In addition to wanting to say thanks for the gift that literally never gets old (collection unlock sale), I'd also like to express additional thankfulness for the generous duration. Two weeks is long enough for about half your subscribers to get another round of CCs for some extra unlocky goodness. So, I hereby aware you 1,000 CPs (CoolPoints), which due to double XP gets doubled to 2,000! Congrats, you just levelled up and are cooler than you were yesterday! Unfortunately, the CoolCrate you received as an award contained nothing useful or interesting. Happy 4th!

I generally like the diversity in the revamped system, but I agree that the rewards are ludicrous. Things like vendoring trash should have a lower reward, be made once-a-week instead of repeatable, or both. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see some reward tweaking as we settle into the new system and the devs start looking at the data.

They can reskin this as often as they want and it will never get old!

The codes make It worse. My first thought was: "how incredibly generous! 450 CCs and two pets!" then: "Why are there more than one of each code?" then: "ffs. It's a race?" Consistent communication is most important, and you are doing that. But if you want to do something nice for your players, wait to assess the full magnitude of the downtime, and then grant something for everyone (or at least every subscriber) that is commensurate with the outage. A mini-pet on the low end, CCs or sub extension on the high end. My $.02.
