I have a vision disability which makes it hard to group as I can't read chat and focus on playing at the same time. It took me almost a month before I got the hang of this game, but now I'm hooked. KOTOR is my favorite game of all time and now that I feel competent, I'm enjoying this game more and more. I love the crafting system and maxed out Artificer/Archeology/ TH on my Jedi Shadow which is the toon I'm working on getting to max level.
After I post this I'm going to go create a few other characters (thus far I only have 1 shadow) so I can start leveling other crafting skills. I do plan on aiming for Legendary status. Star Wars is my favorite IP and this content is so much fun. When I got to Dantooine for the swoop bike event the other week and heard that world's music from KOTOR I got such nostalgia feels. I've fallen in love with this game and know I'm gonna play the heck out of it
That said, I'm primarily a Solo PVE player. A lot of that is due to my vision which requires me to use Windows magnifier to read the chat and other features of the game. Voice chat could work, but I'm not sure how social I would always feel. So if you think I'm a good match for your guild and y'all have a discord great, but I might not feel too comfortable using it very often. But who knows, I may get through all the solo content or get struck by a mood to try and be more of a social gamer for the sake of doing group content. The planetary invasion stuff sounds neat, but no promises lol.
TLDR- Mega KOTOR fan now hooked on SWTOR looking for an active Guild that doesn't mind a semi-lurker who contributes and will probably engage more as he becomes more comfortable
