  1. You're right we should totally just keep the current system of spamming general chat for 12 hours.
  2. I, too, compare modern MMOs with MMOs as they were 7 years ago, rather than their current iteration. "What is competition? I do not know." - Demonix, Bioware
  3. No, it's not bioware. Bioware Austin is comprised primarily of SWG/SOE failures. Richard Vogel being the biggest example of failing.
  4. And those armor sets look pathetic on every body size. (And in fact, most (good) sets look pretty good on size 2 males)
  5. Last I checked that option was bugged and didn't stay on between area transitions. They may have fixed it since, however.
  6. I'm not really sure what your argument actually is to be honest. You provide 7 different pieces of gear to 2 of 4 classes. The only other class that matches that market opportunity is synthweaver, which also sells 7 pieces to 2 of 4 classes. I am sorry you don't feel that is a pretty good market to sell to, and I'm sorry bioware screwed you by forcing you to actually trade to fully equip one of your 5 total companions, which you do not even have to use. Bowdaar is an exception to the rules, basically.
  7. Synthweavers. He's not a force user, but he is a heavy, melee tank. Str is a melee stat, not a force stat.
  8. I'm not a smuggler but I see no indication risha's main stat is anything other than cunning, from the database sites.
  9. Emmanuel, I'm excited that these changes are being implemented. I have a question though. Are there plans to continue adding orange armor? I believe you previously made a statement saying that all appearances would have an orange version, but as it stands this is not true. As an example, I have been completely unable to find an orange version of the following, in database sites OR ingame. http://www.torhead.com/item/8h0uIGt/pilots-overcoat This, IMO, is the best looking chest piece an IA or medium armor companion can have, yet it seems to only exist as a level 15 green.
  10. Because before the nerf (and perhaps still after) there was an extremely large slicer population who only did augment missions so they could level the skill faster for better lock boxes. Alternatively they wanted a specific stat, and since augments are random, got a lot of augments useless to them. Armor with augment slots are also fairly rare for anyone who isn't armormech or synthweave, so there isn't much demand, either. Both of these contribute to augments being under valued.
  11. I've yet to see a convincing argument from anyone in favor of expertise. If you are in favor of expertise for reasons of pvp-pve armor balance, then start calling for a full spectrum of +expertise PVP gear from 10-50. Otherwise make a convincing argument for why it should remain, that doesn't obviously portray you as someone uninterested in challenge, only in easy farming.
  12. Funny, I thought the incentive of PVP gear was great gear you didn't have to grind ****** bosses for. Maybe that's just my incentive. If you're a PVPer, use your skill to defeat lowbies, not some I win stat they don't get, and won't get for quite some time because of reduced rewards for losing.
