Sounds about right... also looks like an old bug that's been around since beta according to the searches I've been doing. Fingers crossed you can find a fix

Did all that stuff already, tried again... nothing changed... still doesn't work.

Tried repairing the launcher, fresh installs, still getting certificate errors. Date and time are correct. Tried disabling bitraider. Nothing works

I'm trying to delete a couple of characters and I can't do that either

Since the last patch and the hours and hours of downtime, I'm now no longer able to delete characters. All that happens is I get the spinning wheel of death and it says the character is in an inactive slot (which it isn't). It then just sits there doing nothing until I quit the game or go to the server selection screen. If I try and go back to the same server it hangs again. If I go to another server and back again it's fine, but the character is still there. I've tried restarting and repairing, but that didn't fix anything. A quick search shows that this isn't a new problem, but I couldn't find any solution.

I got bored waiting (my ocd likes boxes ticked and things completed) so I created a female sorc and abused XP event. Finished chapter 3, completed Ashara, my ocd is satisfied!

I lost the 'chapter 3' heroic abilities from my Trooper and Smuggler. I logged in to both of them, which worked for re-unlocking them, but because they're now on different servers, the legacy isn't updated across the entire account.
