I just spoke to a customer service person and they said that this is worldwide and everyone should wait 30 to 45 min for launcher to update. Can I get confirmation on this? It isn't updating very fast and there was no mention about it on the twitter.

For $15 a month we should be able to play the game whenever we choose to do so. This is ridiculous. I have to call into CS once a month to get my CC which are ALWAYS delivered late. Servers shutting down and then not being able to run the game when they are "back up". Bioware clearly doesn't give a **** or else they would issue massive apologies and compensate us for lost time. It adds to my frustration that this seems to only happen on days that I have extra time to play. Get your **** together BW and SWTOR.

I have a 55 Serenity and a 53 Tactics that I am trying to decide on using for pvp. I am also new to pvp in the game (not new to game). Can anyone suggest good strats and builds for both. I also am a little confused about how to properly gear a toon for pvp before hitting 60. I know green 162s are the highest you want due to bolster but are any low greens good or do you want the highest greens for your class? Help would be appreciated.
