Thr player gets special command interface and in this interface your advisors such as lana and theron always present to give their point of view on how to rule the planet. Second:in this command interface player can view entire planet properties such is military strength or industrial capabilities. Like something similar from godfather 2. Player use that interface to develope the planet as he sees fit. Rememeber Darth lacris ruling balmorra? Well player gets actually to rule.

Simple:Start by creating a new planet for which factions will fight. Only this time give player control of fleet with tactics. Also building on the planet facilities and choosing which style of goverment to have and how to rule the population.

I don't know if anyone will be interested in this idea. So what if player would get control of his planets buildings and defences in strategy mode? Build stuff.Improve your people lives or build military. Channel finances to quality of life or propagnda. Build defences on planets and other buildings.
