Rush Down hasn't worked since 7.0 release. No movement enhancing effects increase the damage of Blade Rush/Massacre at all. Please check this out team, Thanks!

What about the Combat/Carnage level 39 Talent i posted about? It hasnt been working since launch. Please fix because no movement enhancing effects work at all with the "Rush Down" talent.

Lol yea, rage/Focus is already hard to come by for Combat/Carnage. Don't know what this tactical will do for us. Maybe increase our movespeed or increase fury/Centering gain somehow.
