  1. Rajivari is a force apparition; it is recognized as more than a holocron by your character and is also stated by Yuon Par to be a force apparition. I can see a story difficulty as depending which way you did the convo. The spoiler tags are bugged/not working so I won't elaborate.

     

    Re: the Exile, that would not stop this writing crew from wrangling a story for a comp. After all look what happened with the emperor for kotfe.

    They wouldn't have to be melee alone; plenty of force lightning and throwing stuff already as precedent in the game. I know I suggested Rajivari in some thread years ago, but the idea keeps returning :D

    round 2...

    In a few short weeks, my wife and I are expecting our first child!

    Between paternity leave and some paid time off that's burning a hole in my pocket, I am going to be in and out of the office quite a bit over the next few months.

  5. Had this same issue; left it for the last couple of weeks then looked on the forums and found this thread. Based on the report that the bug had been fixed I tried again today and used the suggestions here.

     

    Found shooting the adds more effective than stomping, kept the shield up amap, circled the walker when not zapping adds, and kept firing on it. I also tried stomping the walker at close range (on top of it really) I think it also did some damage that way. When my health bar went below 30% I went to the shrine entrance, moved out of line of the red beams every time, kept up firing on the walker, and BARELY survived.

     

    At least it's done. All to have some of my choices stick going forward with this game; not what I'd call fun. That said I haven't tried out Jedi under seizure with an imp, Ossus was nice the little I've done, and I'm trying to be positive about future story plans. I would like to get past kotxx as far and as fast as possible.

  7. I reserved 4 place holder Alts for some funny or witty names. Was a total waste of time because I won’t ever use them unless Bioware make some changes to the female models

     

    I had to delete some Alts to make those place holders. So that’s got me a bit miffed.

     

    The only name worth using now is “smashed crab” and that wasn’t even one of my 4.

  8. I waited for this race to come for years now. Npc and companion look so pretty but the players version looks just like that hairy troll figurines back from the 90s. So disappointed :/ none of my characters will be nautolan because they simply look way to ugly. If they had just made them look like the npcs I’d have been perfectly happy. Speaking female version only - I don’t have any male chars and I’m not planning on having one.

     

    OMG YES ! I hadn't thought of that but YEAH they DO. Edit: look like troll toys that is

     

    I complained a bit about them on PTS, wasn't happy with it then, they're worse now IMO

     

    The artists who did the NPC's must be LONG GONE from BW.

     

    Good thing for me that I wasn't hyped for them to begin with.

    I hate the way they make the SH look.

    Like super bright LED digibillboards.

    Distracting, ugly, and annoying.

     

    I've removed the jawa and droid vendors from the SH and hidden Felusia behind the entrance to the stairwell. bye Felusia :(

    I tried putting her in the kitchen behind the pantry, sunken into the wall but then just her most protruding parts were visible :eek:

    Couldn't do that to her.

    Not gonna work.

  10. can't please everyone...too much, too little, I want this, he has that....holy crap, what's the world becoming ...*shakes head* :cool::cool::cool::cool:

    TBH, if you feel your char has too many abilities, trim them done yourself, pick the ones you like, put them on the quick, and ignore the rest. Most missions just need a few attcks, heals, or defense anyway ;)

  11. Why should any player have to buy character slots AGAIN? It's fine for new players who have not already invested in extra slots but some of us had already brought extra character slots. When the servers merged I lost 60 character slots over the UK servers, 130 on the 5 that merged into Star Force . 80 on the other US server and over 100 character slots on both the French and German servers. I am sure if the OP has 93 he also lost a lot of empty character slots. Not only that unless we remain subs we also lose characters we have made which before the merge would not have as they were over several servers. So I fully support the OP. He's already paid and should not have to again.

     

    I opted to create as many toons as I could before the server merge; kept a whole lotta slots that way. :rolleyes:

  12. The problem with this is, most people had mulitple toons over different servers, that were kept UNDER the level and we didn't need to buy any more slots. BUT someone else, not us, decided to merge the servers, and we were caught over the limit. So you can't blame US for what others have done, we didn't go over the limits, they pushed us over. So now that we've a new species coming out, our only option is to pay CC's for char slots, or hope that they become cheap on the gtn again. And depending on how far over you are, it could be expensive.

     

    Not even going to say how many toons I accumulated via the server merges. I don't need to delete any to get a nautolan character (which I'm not particularly hot on anyway). I just have to pay to re-spec a current level 1 toon to nautolan in appearance designer. 792 cc's I believe. little more than a new slot, less than a transfer, and I still keep umpteenzillion toons/slots on one server. Or I just use one of the other servers of which I have plenty of empty slots. No biggie.

     

    Maybe the devs will give a discount on the AD re-spec for slot-filled alt-collectors still playing the game? :D

  13. From the one Nautolan that I made, a size 2 female BH, it appears disproportionate; the head is too small for the body. I considered if it was just the face portion, but no, the whole thing looks too small.

     

    The choices are okay, it would be nice to have faces that are more like npcs. I'll have to take another look at game Nautolan's to be sure.

  14. I agree with the OP. Tau was written beautifully and I hope we see much more of her.

     

    I hope it's not a contradiction to add that I also love the original class companions and hope to see more of them too.

     

    Yep; that's what I think too. Tau was well written/drawn and voiced; enjoyed that part. The way the original comps have been bricked it's not likely they'll be involved much going forward. Post kotxx they don't even have the facial animations anymore. That tells me plenty. I'm guessing original comps are too class specific and are too difficult to keep in the story.

  15. Yep, sums it up. I won't be watching the Rian Johnson trilogy. Rian Johnson made a Star Wars enemy out of me w/ TLJ which I watched after it was out of theaters. Disney can make movies with that guy without my trivial dollars.

     

    That said the Game of Thrones directors films I am very likely in for those... but we will see.
