Ok, on 3d ticket they gave up and sent me my crystals by mail. I've opened discord logs and provided them more precise timestamp of killing the Queen and finishing the weekly, guess it's helped.

I've started farming crystals by 2 more toons last week. On the last week I've killed Mutated Geonosian Queen in Veteran mode by those 2 toons and finished the weekly, got 1 Monumental Data Crystal for each, and on this week was going to get 2nd to buy 258 mainhand or offhand. I saw that I have 1 Monumental Data Crystal on those toons, I checked it several times. But on this week I've found out that the crystals just has disappeared! I wrote ticket #33938093 but they replied that "we were not able to locate/verify the source of the Monumental Data Crystal and none were found as well". They also said that did find 1 crystal on the other character, but it was newly got crystal from this week, and this toon should've already have 2 crystals. I wrote another ticket #33938491 where noted approximate time of killing the Queen in Veteran mode but they said that "We also Investigated more regarding killing "Mutated Geonosian Queen" and according to the logs we were not able to validate that either, sorry we wont be able to validate your claim.". Wth??? Was it a dream that I killed the Queen in vet, did have the crystal, did have the lockout for the Hive in Vet mode, and now they don't see it? I suspect that the support is doing their job carelessly, just replying standard stamps without checking anything and this is really frustrating.

lol I was getting same pieces for Ossus 10-dailies weekly 5-6 times in a row every week on 8 toons when the Ossus began, and I heard many ppl were getting same piece on the server too; I even created a ticket and a topic on forum http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=9701987 I got many replies in the topic from cocky kids that it's RNG and I'm just so unlucky and support replied to the ticket that it's a bug and closed it ; I created another topic in bug section http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=960510 but got no reply from devs or smth almost 2 months have passed but noone gives a fk on that, so I wish good luck to the topic starter

I wouldn't raise this if I was alone in such, but as I heard on server many players are getting the same pieces every week like I did and even on this forum with so few ppl some of them were telling about the very same situation in the original topic. + the answer from support ofc. However, seems the dev team doesn't give a ... about our concerns that can be frustrating for many ppl farming Ossus. As for me, I have 16+ toons 70 lvl and tons of UCs, and getting full 258 can take only 2 weeks for 1 toon + I've began crafting 258 items for selling from this week, but it's still frustrating for me, and I can only imagine how ppl who are not altoholics like me feel themselves.

so, the question to both of you - if this post violates ToS, rules, and such - why it still exists?

dude, I didn't tell anything about duping If you want to hear my humble version - someone has bought super-huge amount of cartel coins, bought hypercrates, and dumping the loot - armor sets, decos, etc, as fast as possible for credits; those guys are either rich and stupid, or some credit cards scammers and credits sellers and what was your another explanation? anyway, claiming "this armor set is years old" to the armor set that wasn't even named shows your level of expertise trying to look smart with some eggs on your face is always funny, keep going

I would agree with that but armor sets on CM are being sold by pieces, not in box even so, buying 50x armor sets only once for 2600 cc = 130k cc ~217 referral link clicks ; but 10 times 50x armor sets = 2170 unique clicks ; finding so many dummies would take ages

you still haven't answered how many years ppl were saving Callous conqueror set before dumping 100+ pieces of it dude, any of your "logical" explanation sounds much dumber than the wildest "conspiracy theory" ever sounded here guess only a yellow post could save us from all these wannabe-experts with their "explanations" based on their own theories

What I've seen on Darth Malgus GTN are: 50x Callous Conqueror armor sets for 12-13m each (3 times, a couple of months ago); usual price was 35-40m+ 50x Revan Reborn armor sets for 9-12m each (3 times); usual price was 25-30m 50x Tulak Hord armor sets for 8-12m each (2 times); usual price was 30+m 50x Satele Shan armor sets for 8-10m each (3 times); usual price was 25-30m So, it's always was the same pattern - someone put 50 pieces of each armor set 3-4 times lower than average price.

Yeah, easy to explain, now tell us where to buy 50x20=1000 armor sets which cost 2600 cc lower than 6 mils so you can put it to gtn 20 times 50x pieces each?

It is Cartel market items, not crafting or dropping from somewhere, for ridiculously low prices. Same pattern continues for the last couple of months: some ppl put 50x Armor sets which are being sold for 2600 cartel coins on Cartel Market for 6-8 millions. This is very suspicious.

I asked ppl on my server and many of them were telling that they are getting same pieces from the lockboxes all the time too - just the same issue that we have. Unfortunately, devs haven't replied yet neither to this topic, nor to the one I created in the "Bugs" section. I already have several toons fully equipped by 258 except mh/oh - added 8 more toons for farming those masterwork crystals and the new monumental crystals (grind, grind, grind), but still curious - are they gonna fix it or nah.

Knowledge database? No, never heard of it. And I wouldn't expect a fix in the nearest patch - some bugs I've met recently in this game and googled were from 2013, like ops chat bug or gsf t4-t5 upgrades reset or many-many more annoying bugs. They still can't fix mission sharing, collected artifacts quest and the bug boss on Ossus which sometimes gives credits and sometimes doesn't, so, may be they will fix the random thing in 5.10.100. As I said, let's see what devs will reply.
