Lag spikes still here 2x maintenance after it was supposed to be fixed. Just had a 30 second spike.....yay

Same here, Darth Malgus server. Enormous lag spikes sometimes every 10-30 seconds. Completely unplayable, so I'll let my sub lapse until it is fixed. Would be nice to get a message that Bioware is at least acknowledging this problem. EDIT: Funny thing is that for the first 2 days after the Update everything was running great, then since it has gone to hell.

I was told that you cannot trade or mail a f2p account though?

Is there some way to gift a sub or cartel newcomer bundle to a f2p guildie?

Eric, you guys keep surprising me with decisions that are dumber than the last dumb decision. Mess with what a player can collect in an MMO (ie. gold, gear/mounts/pets and achievements) and you have a sh*tstorm or proportions in the making. It is truly like you don't understand MMO's. Case in point your reaction way back when to someone having reached Legacy 50. You do not understand the playerbase. Period.

Thank you for all the (reasonable) replies. I guess I will let my subscription run out. I doubt I will keep playing when the same issue made me quit GW2.

I've been taking a break from the game and came back to see this level shift thing that has been implemented. I would like to know if there is some way to turn this off? This thing is exactly the reason why I stopped playing Guildwars 2. All lowlevel mobs took ages to kill, which is ridiculous when you are supposed to be immensely more powerful than them. Case in point, I just had a fight with a lvl 15 champion mob (I was lvl 40). It couldn't hurt me, but because I was scaled down it took a ridiculous amount of time for me to kill it, when I should have been able to disembowel it on the spot. I haven't tried doing old Flashpoints yet, but I am guessing it is the same thing here? That would mean you would have to go out and find a group if you just want to farm some old stuff for a special gear look or something. This is really stupid in my opinion. Please tell me I can turn it off. This unnecessary scaling makes me want to quit the game.

Hi Bioware With all due respect, I think you need to release a more detailed FAQ regarding our character(s) transition from the current game into the expansion, and our amassed stockpiles of gear, resources and strongholds. I see so many questions everywhere. What happens when we transfer one character to the new areas, supposedly years ahead in time? Can my alts still mail stuff to him? Is it even possible to access the old areas at all after I enter the expansion? What about Legacy containers? What about all the stuff we've amassed, is that gone? Seriously w.t.f.?? Please release a more detailed FAQ about the transition. Right now I don't feel like logging in and playing because of all the uncertainty. Thank you in advance.
