Title says it all. I just don't understand why people get so angry when the topic of server merges comes up. There are servers with legit population problems that could be solved by merging the lower pops servers. However whenever this topic is mentioned there seems to be a very aggressive response by members of this community. Can anyone explain what's so bad about the topic?

I'm trying so hard to maintain excitement. I have a few 30's (highest is 36) and a couple of 20's across multiple server types and I'm starting to realize that the motivation, the "Spark" to keep playing is becoming increasingly difficult to find. I'm a huge SW fan and I want this game to be "it" so badly but I just cant seem to find the interest. Meh.

What people don't seem to get (maybe they do and they're just being thick for the hell of it) is that just because the server YOU play on may have 200 or folks in fleet at a given moment, it doesn't mean that's the same for every server. I play mainly imperial side on The Constant. During prime time this weekend I saw at most around 70 people in fleet. I switched up and made a Rep side Jedi on Lord Adraas and fleet had well over 170 people and even Corusant had well over 150. Now that may not seem like a big difference but when you are try to put a group together or even just looking for "atmosphere" that extra 100 - 120 people make all the difference. A lot of the people posting this stuff aren't trying to detract from the game, we like it. We just want more opportunity to play with other people so we can get the most out of the game. It is, after all, an MMO. So please do everyone a favor and don't let your specific personal observation on your servers status be the be all and end all, because it isn't.

When Win 8 comes out and the MSFT tablets all drop and we have unified platforms all running Metro you will see a surge in app development. BW would be well served to get ahead of the game because the Windows Mobile platform is about to jump.

Hello All, I'm hoping to find a Republic side guild that focuses both on the RP and PVP side of things. Usually I can find a whole lot of one and not so much of the other. Where - Location Were - Past tense We're - We are (contraction) Wear - Don, put on, etc. Ware - Item for sale or state of caution Your - Possessive, indication of ownership You're - You are (a combination of the two words, a contraction) If you play the game half as well as your (not you're... this is the possessive version) grammar and spelling indicates then I can see how you might be running into issues.
