Targeting in multi target environment, especially in warzones, where multiple friendly players fight multiple enemy players, is bad. In all the flashes, you easily lose track of your target, no matter how big the arrow above their head is. Here are some issues/options:
- either lock on target and have your toon follow it (this is currently enabled, but only the toon moves, your perspective stays the same, which means that as soon as you try to match what your toon sees, you actually lose your target)
- or when clicking an ability and you lost track of your target, just target the closest enemy; it wastes time trying to locate your original target in all the fighting
- when activating an ability without having preselected a target, the ability sometimes doesn't activate, even though the target is right in front of you
- the "select nearest target" option should actually select the nearest target, regardless of whether that target is in front of you or not; it should also automatically turn the toon, as well as your POV
- tabbing is broken; when you want to select the target in front of you and pres tab, often nothing happens or some other target (often one you don't see) gets selected; sometimes multiple targets get selected, before you finally select the one in front of you
- when you try to activate an ability while running (because you clicked before you let go of the forward key), you get an "error" message; make it so (at least an option) that when you click a channeled ability, you automatically stop
- sometimes when you click on the target, it doesn't get selected
