Can you guys just agree to disagree? You obviously have different opinions, stop trying to force each other to accept your own opinions. I started reading but i honestly got bored of the wall of texts as if you're trying to out bore each other. Krea you've obviously spent A LOT of time playing this game, and I dont doubt your passion, but can you make things easier to understand for whoever is reading this thread? Just so much text for me, i have difficulty paying attention. Give us a nice summary of what you think about this "issue".

I wonder how much rating you got doing this. You're right, there should be a CC immunity in the spawn so people like you can't abuse the system like this. What if that person happened to have a longer loading screen or something? But that guy was obviously running about doing nothing.
It only backs up the case of how much a joke RWZ is. It's stupid that you get rating for winning a game 3 vs 4. Whatever the circumstances for someone leaving is irrelevant. It just ruins it for others, yet you get your name bumped up on the leaderboard for doing this. I wouldn't be surprised if people start copying you now, to try do anything to win. Well done.
IMO you should have the rating you got from that win removed. CCing someone in spawn is clearly not intended and I would go as far as saying you're breaking the rules. By removing someone from the game, you're ruining everyone elses experience on the other team.

I'd love there to be leaderboards for achievements, such as total overall, for each category (locations, flashpoint etc..)

If someone pays for food, they get the air as part of life, which they are paying for.
If someone does not pay the food, they starve and die, and no longer get any oxygen.
Yes, I'm vastly overexaggerating here, but that's because it's very disengenious to say that you're paying 15 bucks to get the coat.
You're not paying that to get the coat.
You're paying that to play the game with all the features.
The coat is just a bonus, that you don't have to pay anything extra for.
If you had to pay for the coat, the fee would be larger that month.
I recently bought 6 posters at a comic con near me, and they gave me an extra one just because I bought so many.
I didn't pay anything extra for it.
I paid the price of 6 posters.
I got one extra for free.
If I had not bought the posters, I would not have gotten the extra one, but that doesn't mean I paid 20 bucks for 7 posters. It means I paid 20 bucks for 6 posters and got one for free.
But in order to get the 7th one you had to purchase the first 6 therefore the 7th one wasn't free. You cannot get the 7th one unless you pay for the first 6.
Blimey, is that really hard to understand?

I've sent reports, with the time and dates, some players are deliberately playing badly to let the other team win, sometimes they press /stuck as well. I know of two people in the Top 5 per class that know each other and win trade together, even though it's very discreet.
What is bioware going to do about these people? How exactly are you going to measure whether someone is playing badly to let his friend win?

Andryah is right, if you don't like that Bioware has "reskinned" an item, then you can just go elsewhere. Also, the items that are being given (aside from the companion himself) aren't required for the expansion. Nico Okarr is a part of the story of KotFE, so he is essentially required to be used. However, his duster or his blasters aren't required. You can have Nico in any set you deem necessary. So, getting upset that digital items (in this case the duster and blasters) have been "reskinned" is silly at best, stupid at worst.
Never said he was wrong, I'm just saying what he says is the same as saying "not all men".

No sweetie.. the purchase price of a subscription is between $12 and $15 per month depending on the interval you purchase. It gives you full access to the game in an unrestricted manner, and it also gives you 12X XP right now (the real reason most are subscribing in advance of the expac... that and early access).
The Duster.. is not for sale. You cannot buy the Duster. You yourself admit this. It is one of 4 promotional items being offered to SUBSCRIBERS prior to 4.0 release. You deperately want to try to conflate it as somehow "purchased" so you feel justified in complaining about the "alleged" design. It won't work, sensible people know better.
None of us have actually seen the Duster in game yet.. so at this point any criticism of it = allegations. THIS is the real absurdity of this thread topic and the complaining.

In order to get the Duster, you must purchase a subscription. Therefore, the Duster is not free. I can't explain it any simpler.
Looking through your posting history I can see you're getting pretty upset because people don't agree with your opinion.

Wrong, purchase price is $15 dollars to get the coat. (Less if you choose a longer subscription period) You may have already paid this money, but it is the ONLY method to get the coat, subscribing by a specific date.

PS, you can't get the Duster without subscribing, therefore the Duster isn't free, which means F2P players can't get it.

Ahem... this is an MMO, produced and managed by a large gaming company. By definition... they have a negative PR image with some percentage of the player base at any given time. Those that hate a game company (for whatever reason) will continue to do so and will actively seek reasons to do so. No positive PR effort can or will mediate such committed negative feelings. These same people, the very negative ones, will continue clamoring to snap up incentives and rewards every chance they can get... perhaps just so they can complain some more.
No... Duster-gate will be long forgotten in a month or two as habitual haters and complainers move on to their next internet chew toy.
Seriously... you have maybe a few dozen vocal complainers about this duster... without by the way actually seeing it in game yet. That does not = PR torpedo.
People need to stop inflating their importance as internet complainers. There are, and always have been things about this game I do not like... but I also know there is no point in complaining 7/24 in the forums over every perceived deficiency in the game. I've only gotten to a true frustration point one time (when they were incredibly inept for months after SoR dropped), and I took a break for 6 months from the game too. Came back when they showed some evidence of forward progress of the game with 4.0 coming. Of course 4.0 could be a disaster worse then how they handled SoR too.. and if so ... and if it upsets me ... I'll take another break.
Ah Andryah, defending the game as usual. I've read a few of your posts and it honestly doesn't surprise me what you've just said, as ridiculous as it is.
Like you said yourself, there are things that you don't like, but you choose not to voice your opinion about them. Yet you mock others for doing exactly that.

"Woman " and "Man" are different from "Female" and "Male". A male person may identify themselves as a woman, and vice versa.
If you are a woman, then that means you identify as a woman, it doesn't mean you are female.

He was pretty much making a joke. One which seems to have flown right over your head. Of course I wouldn't expect any other response from you that isn't defending bioware over everything.
Oh any by the way, posting on the forums isn't "playing the game" . Maybe he is waiting for his subscription to run out and making use of his forum time to voice his opinion. Therefore your attack is invalid.

You're letting those people who were MISTAKENLY given the Nexu, to keep it. You're allowing people who did not earn an item, to keep the item that was mistakenly given to them???
And then you go on to say it takes away the exclusivity for the gold tier players....players who have EARNED their gold tier because they wanted the Nexu mount to show off their achievement... Do you not realize that will push players away from Ranked?
What about the exclusivity of the people who were wrongly given the mount? Why do they get special treatment when they did nothing to earn the mount? What about the rest of us?
Bioware is an absolute joke to the gaming industry, they honestly don't seem to care much about PVP, and the evidence is shown with a complete bugger up like this one...

How you feel about it is your business. Your feelings are not going to stop someone from "helping" you if they want to do so.
Only in your mind. The rest of us know computer game bad guys are nothing like French fries.
So again, you have a highly personalized set circumstances under which "helping" another player (or another player helping you) is acceptable, and other players are expected to adhere to this unknown set of guidelines.
The term "high maintenance" springs to mind. The part about (and I am paraphrasing) "I will punish you by never inviting you to my group if you ninja my security chest" is particularly entertaining.

-no phase walk
-like 2 ranged abilities
