I am having the same problem. I cannot buy augments or kits on the pts. I get the "you do not meet the requirements" error when I try to use the vendor.

I get what you’re saying. HOWEVER they never told me it was a bug simply that I did not win the planet. They also never warned me they just threatened. This same thing happened on the revan the revanite conquest to many many people and since that was a rare even the outrage from affected players was enough that it was specifically addressed on the developer blog and customer service manually granted the achievements and players were issued apologies. The fact this still happens and they haven’t corrected the in game issue or the issue with customer service is ridiculous.

I had a similar experience with the conquest achievements for CZ-198. The first time I got that planet I sent a ticket about my missing achievement and a screencap of my guilds name on the banner and was told I didn’t actually complete conquest. So the next three times I screencapped getting the complete conquest mission and the top ten guild mission and my guild on the banner and was still told I didn’t complete it or that my guild didn’t actually win. Eventually I was told that if I sent another ticket about the matter that I would be banned. I even quit the game for about two months I was so upset. Recently I’ve had them tell me that they couldn’t help me with the achievement in the uprisings Trial and Error for not setting off any traps. A few friends and I decided to get all the achievements in one night and we got them in veteran and master mode with no issue but the story mode achievement wouldn’t work for any of us. We all sent in tickets and were told they wouldn’t help us. I gave up because I’m afraid of being banned for asking for help just like they threatened over my conquest achievements.

After the ridiculousness of the revanite week I thought surely they'd fix the conquest achievement.. I should have known better... I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up.. I have my cz-198 conquest bugged from the other week. I have sent many tickets along with screencaps of getting the encryption and the 25k and 50k chips. The customer service claims that I did not cap my toon and only got 11k points and the log they sent to "prove" this is showing inaccurate SH bonus.. but they also say I achieved my conquest goal in the same log and have a time for it. I have also called customer service and been told to go away. Literally. I was even hung up on after asking for the matter to be escalated. This very very frustrating. I nearly quit this game after the revanite week when I had to fight customer service for both yavin and rishi and now here I am with one of my last two planets... and its bugged again. And yet again bioware seems to not care at all.

Did you talk with CS about it? I really don't want to get warnings or bans from making tickets and including screenshots trying to prove that I did indeed get these vary rare titles. Especially since they're the last I need for galaxy conquerer.

I'm trying but I don't honestly have faith in the American CD I've fought with them many times on many issues and only rarely get a resolution instead of being brushed off. Its making this game not so fun. I'm very seriously considering leaving swtor for a game that is managed better. My roommate plays final fantasy and I'm always amazed at both the common curtesy of the player community and the care the CS takes to ensure any problems are swiftly resolved.

TOS violations are you *********** kidding me?!?!?!? Jfc. I'm so done. If I don't get my yavin and rishi titles by Tuesday I'm leaving this game for final fantasy where the customer service and in game mods actually work to resolve issues and make a much less toxic community. Oh and new raids come out regularly. This stuff in TOR is entirely unacceptable.

Honestly I'm at the point of quitting also. It's just too many bugs and problems that aren't being solved. This is a big conquest week and we're being ignored and shoved off. I don't want to do this again in another six months. Especially when there are so many games that are being managed better with customer service that cares and cultivates a good community. And with better raiding content. I've stayed simply because I love Star Wars but this is becoming too much. If I don't get my achievements fixed from this I'm done. I'm tired of not getting rewards from missions and proving with screencaps and calling in and arguing to get things. Being told I didn't complete xeno hm even though I'm locked out of it. Being told I didn't win yavin and rishi even though my guild is displayed on the planetary banner. I've never had a gap in my sub for the three years I've been here and I've raided and been on the pts and bought many many cc but this is the last straw.

You got it when you said they're teasing. They're just stirring the pot with people who are upset. Over 24 hours they're targeting every poster and even going back on things they say. I wouldn't bother with them tbh. They want you to argue with them.

Some people can't separate themselves from the thing they like. That's why they're taking it so personally when people don't like what happened with crystals.

The problem is customer service is not assisting us and is brushing us off. I wish I could say it's uncommon but it happens on many many many issues. We just have to get lucky that someone wants to actually do their job.

This is not the first time this has happened with conquest being broken. With easier planets I've been less serious about it because they come up more often but rishi only comes up once every six months. This is ridiculous. I went through the same thing over not recieving ranked rewards last season and over grey helix components not being granted. Once I was literally locked out of xeno hm and a customer service representative told me that I hadn't completed it. Something needs to change. I'm tired of having to fight for achievements I complete and loot that doesn't drop properly.

Yes I play mirror classes on different factions. I'm on four prog teams and I pug a lot and in general run things with several guilds on three servers on a weekly basis. The other two servers I run on more I run monthly. So yeah I don't need to bother with my odessen saber on bastion but I do need to fix all my weapons on harb, EH, JM, Tre, BC, and JC.. so yeah it is a huge inconvience for stuff I paid to use account wife already and to not be able to use them.

That's exactly what happened. They're supposedly gonna fix it in a month but it is a huge inconvenience to go through all my legacy weapons and remove tunings and change to non cartel crystals right now. Then change it all back in a month. Personally I feel like the CC i spent unlocking cartel crystals and tunings was wasted now. And I probably won't use them again in case they go back on their fix to try and extort more money again.

This exactly. I stopped playing because of that. I'd get enough to buy a ship, ask which one and buy it. Then get yelled at from people for having something dumb or not playing it right and then grind for another ship. Not to mention I didn't know the controls until I explored the custom keybinds. Finding out I could stop the ship helped a little but getting one shot constantly and then yelled at for not having good ships by my teams I was paired with and constantly called a sand bag I just didn't consider it worth it when there are other areas of the game easier to get into.

It's a huge cost of credits when you move things around multiple times a day. Especially with how hard it is to attain the higher gear now I need to share my legacy min hands with toons on both factions. So yeah I could rip out crystals about six or Severn times per weapon a day and reclaim the white/ white black/ red striated ones I generally use on every toon but that adds up to a lot essentially making me pay daily in the meantime for a service I already paid to use. It shouldn't have been implemented before it was perfected. They're punishing those of us who paid more than they are those who used the work around to get free unlocks. They're only losing credits. It's now become unpractical for me to use the crystals I paid CC for as well as costing me credits to purchase other crystals in the meantime.
