Is there any chance of opening up other weapons for certain classes (ie. rifles for commandos)? A passive could be added to level 10 commandos which increases rifle damage to match the equivalent tier assault cannon. As it stands right now, commandos can use rifles, but cannot use Hail of Bolts or Charged Bolts (Grav rounds work fine). Why not add a little weapon diversity for a purely cosmetic standpoint. Consider: Jugg/Guard with saberstaves Shadows/Assassins with single blade sabers Operatives with a pistol Snipers with rifles or a pistol Scoundrels with rifles Commandos with rifles Mercs with rifles These changes could be implemented by recycling existing animations and including passives that modify damage. It would be a nice visual change, and it would probably help sell some cartel market items.

The Sorceror is hands down the easiest. Khem is a a solid tanking companion, and your leveling rotation can basically be summed up as force storm > chain lightning > repeat.

I disagree, at least for me. Generally speaking, taking a speeder directly to the next area means that you're missing 1+ quest (which is usually quick xp). The quick travel cd reduction is a convenience, but it was already low enough for me with legacy. Additionally, you still need that area of the map open for you to QT there, so it's really only a huge convenience for people that haven't figured out the quest pathing or those rare instances that require you to go way out of the way for a quick turn-in. Don't we get commendation changes from the fact we have 12x XP to ensure that people have acceptable gear? I'm one of those people that spends far too much money on f2p games. I started a subscribing again just before 12x, and probably would have stopped again already if it wasn't for 12x. Is 12x needed? No. Does it generate additional revenue for them? Absolutely. Will I stick around after 12x? I don't know. PS: I just previewed this post, and have to laugh at my signature. It's interesting how time flies.

Have you tried using mouse4/5 + 1-=? I'm using a Razer Anansi and Naga Epic. It is awesome, and I'm amazed at how awesome it is. It has been 100% worth the money spent.

The tradeoff is that the basic Jedi slash attack looks elegant, while the basic Sith slash attack looks like they're trying to use their saber like a sledgehammer.

I'm 79th in a 15 minute queue. I started at around 120ish. I've been in queue for about 13 minutes. Which US East PVP servers don't have queues? Well, there's the RP-PVP server, but I don't feel like getting banned.

They obviously underestimated the popularity of PVP servers. There's plenty of PVE servers with room.

Except all the US PVP servers, both east and west, appear to be full...
