i just finished all 25 times achievements for the nathema mm fp but still 1 is missing... the "completed the FP" achievement still says 12/25 while all others are at 25/25. can you please look into this as it is not nice to do it 13 more times.

They granted the achievement to 2 others of the group but said its an exception

3 days ago i did it on satele shan with a lvl 57 heal... 1 wipe at the last boss because he did get trolled by the maelstrom as he did not know the fight. once we were in there wiht a lvl 67 commando dps (a firend of mine) and there was a lvl 70 gunslinger with 246 item rating... first boss went enrage gunlinger leaves.. we requeue get a lvl 65 gunslinger (item rating 210).... bosss was killed in the first try (15 sec before enrage) its not the item rating its the skillevel of the players and nothing else...

i am not a big fan of having to write the cs to get something i achieved.... in fact i only did this twice now for mind your step and the first time was for the last master mode chapter where you fight valky. i know the people who coryak mentioned and they reallly abused it and i really dislike what they did. But all the people i did this with didnt get a cheevo for something they accomplished (for coryaks info as he should know them alex (saddy), flo (cerasi), samaran (who failed to get his surviving the terror achievement a few days ago by walking off the home base <3)) but they granted me the achievement and i think coryak is right to ask for a " clear agenda on this topic"

seriously? i had soo many people in 242's lately who didnt even have augments.... those people certainly know more about gearing than somebody with old 224's but fully augmented... #sarcasm even in blood hunt you need only 16k raid dps for the first boss... 1 good dps wll easily pull off 10k there a good tank 4 k a good heal like 2k... so actually you only need 3 people to do it... but you guys are talking gear restrictions

Dear mr. bioware, what is wrong with the customer service? a few days ago i submitted a ticket concerning the mind your step achievement in trial and error master mode. even that i am german i wrote the ticket in english as i know the german support is sub par. we killed the boss first try without triggering anything. yesterday at 10:18:13 p.m (CET) the achievement was granted to me by the customer support. my friends who wrote to the german support were told that they cant do anything bout it. so i told them to write the ticket again in english and mention my account name as a reference. now here comes the unbelievable ridiculous part: they told my friend that they never granted me the achievement. why do they lie to him while he knows it better? whats the point in lying to your paying customers? its definetly a good way to get people upset if you dont treat them equal. even i am upset at the moment, even that you granted me the achievement as my friends have earned it as much as i did. i hope mr. keith and mr musco read this.
