Juggernauts completely and utterly useless in PVP....

I've only been able to solo weak healers in warzones. I don't feel like my Rage juggernaut is useless in pvp but I'd welcome a buff regardless. -
I've gone back to Rage after playing Vengeance and Immortal for a while and it's a lot of fun. I can't quite settle on a choice of utilities though. Any tips, anyone?
