  1. Have not seen an answer to this, yet, but from the info page on the characters and the screenshots available, Lana certainly looks different, so I'm guessing at least some aging will have happened.
  2. When you complete the SOR prelude you will receive 3 boxes of (I think) 99 Basic comms each as part of reward. Plus you'll be getting gear throughout the prelude Flashpoints.
  3. The story goes, as a previous poster mentioned, Lucas actually paired up various different groupings of all the different actors auditioning for Luke, Han and Leia to see the chemistry between them. At one point, however, he was short a Han so he grabbed a carpenter that was building cabinets at his house (and who had had smaller roles in some of his other pictures) for a stand-in to read lines. That carpenter happened to be Harrison Ford and his chemistry with Mark and Carrie was so good that Lucas used him.
  4. I agree about Doc's outfit. Haven't seen the others yet as my second week I geared T7 and his is invisible. However, liking Doc's 192 gear look I'd still like to have an outfit designer for companions so that when the gear levels inevitably increase, I can keep the current 192 set appearance on my healer - it might need a dye, though; not sure how I feel about the burgundy color scheme.
  5. If it's the inheritance gear tokens, the vendors on Coruscant are on the left side of the approach to the Senate tower, before you get to the stairs that go to the underground area in front of the tower. There will be four vendors - one for each basic class type.
  6. The Crystal is not silver. Actually there are several different color crystals. What they are talking about is items from the Cartel Market typically have a small Cartel symbol in the bottom left corner of the item icon denoting its rarity. Some are silver colored (rare) and some are gold (even more rare). On average it seems that Silver rarity color crystals with a global unlock, cost about 60cc to activate the global unlock once it has been put into your Collections. As for the item that you are talking about, I'm not sure. I know that you receive a token for an Inheritance Main Hand weapon at the completion of your Chapter 1 story missions. I do not remember, offhand, if that item (once it is redeemed) is legacy bound or simply BoP, however.
  7. Would be great if there was a two-person version. User would be pilot while passenger becomes the wounded patient.
  8. I do not know when the Marauder gets Healer companion, I have not played mine high enough yet. I did start with a Sentinel (the Republic side mirror to the Marauder) however and I will say that the mid-20s were probably the roughest levels to get through. I was doing enough damage by that point that I was regularly pulling mobs away from my tank companion (range tank) but switching to my melee DPS comp basically meant that I was having to stop and heal after every fight. Once I got to the early to mid 30s and picked up my healing companion, Sentinel became fairly much a breeze from that point onward. There were a couple points where boss fights were a little counter-intuitive (I had to let me Healer comp tank the boss while I ran around killing adds) but all in all, outside of weird mechanics, my healer easily kept me alive and going for 4 or 5 fights at a time. Stopping to heal after about 5 packs was more to top off the companion than me.
  9. There are actually several facial hair options for the cyborg but they are tied into the selection of cybernetics and you have to use the Appearance Designer to access them. All in all, however, I agree. I'd love to see some hairstyle customizations available for more than just humans.
  10. It's not an oversight. There was discussion when the Outfit Designer was still on the PTS about both including weapons and doing an outfit designer for companions. I believe it was stated that both were things the devs would like to do at some point, but the way the Companions' gear was handled on the back end, and something about the weapons' systems, precluded them from including them in the Outfit Designer as released. No real mention was made as to whether it was something they would continue working towards or just something they'd like to do but aren't going to pursue. I'm hoping with the number of times both of these have come up on the General Discussion and Suggestion forums, already, that it will be the former and we'll see either or both in a future patch.
  11. Here is an accurate link. Somehow extra punctuation got picked up in Zion's original link. http://www.swtornetwork.com/news/interview-with-bioware-stats-and-game-design-decisions/
  12. Well yes, it's vendor junk. Blue quality vendor trash that I would much rather have given to an alt, a companion or been able to put up on the GTN. Instead, the nice pretty blue loot from the mission boss mob turned out to be no better than the trash white loot everything else drops. The greens and blues drop so rarely off kills it would be nice if they were at least useful to someone when they finally do show up.
  13. Perhaps I am missing something, but is there a reason I keep finding Assault Cannons with Cunning or Electrostaves with Aim? Are weapon and armor stats really that randomly generated without regard to whether the item can even be equiped by a class that uses the Main Stat on the item?
