I hate to say it, but this one seems like a bust. Except for one game I got into I've just been seeing bombers, gunships, and I myself got pretty sick or trying to play nice with them.

Had some fun dogfights with some cool Imps tonight that really have been helping me iron out my play style with my Starguard and getting faster on swapping lasers! ...Also on knowing when I'm outmatched for a head to head and thus when to take off running only to come back and shoot in the butt.

Dangit I thought this was a new guild or something. Way to get my hopes up.

Shout out to Sonya for a fantastic run through a domination match and being a really good sport for all the gunship rump stinging I was doing. Wound up being a VERY close game that we barely won by a few points. Good fun!

Hi. Was someone asking for an all gunship team?

Just thought I'd throw in my two cents, strike night on Ebon Hawk is generally pretty fun to fly. The games seem to get pretty intense every week, and it gives me a decent reason to dust off strikes when I usually am in stings and gunships. c:

You know. I'm all for pinning a few names up of people who are trying to ruin the TEH GSF community's status with a few screenshots so the rest of the pilots on the server can spend a few games just constantly letting them know we enjoy being heroes for newbies and just destroying them. c: As for myself, I try to stay away from spawns. I find myself chasing a lot of people from the middle of the map and they dive straight back to the cap ships, though, which gets really annoying, so I'll chase someone all the way back just to let them know that doesn't actually save their butts, then boost back out (I don't chase on gunners/bombers for pretty obv reasons I think). Other than that I get annoyed seeing spawn camping on either side or dogfighters who seem to become unaware that all that open space they're swarming is open because it's not really 'the map,' but floating over cap ships.

Believe me I was feeling the heat when you had me in your sights and the clock was counting down those last seconds. ^^;;; I was like "DON'T LET ME LOSE THIS!!!!" ;_;

..Okay Bioware. I have had to jump through literally 5 different "This thread has maxed out at 1000+ posts so it has been recreated here" posts just to find this latest thread. Whatever happened to "Oh yeah, we're definitely going to work on same sex romance options post-launch don't worry!" That was your plan right? Well this is pretty darned post launch and you didn't follow through. This is the kind of attitude that has forced your game into F2P to begin with. You decide delivery is a little too much, so you don't deliver, and people call you on it, then they leave. Maybe come back and dabble for a couple of months, but they don't stay because they know you don't follow through. Disappointing. This obviously isn't a small or rare issue, either, but large enough you've had to close countless threads over it. Edit: ..You know, it just occurred to me that one of the high end affection conversations with Elara (Musta been around 8k, 9kish?) literally has her telling me that I should have kids and be a mom. For some reason, considering all of our complaints so far, this suddenly strikes me as hilarious.

Generally everyone playing together still keeps it loose though. I know impside we like to group, but when we see the republic is very much suffering from the matchups we have pilots say "Gonna head rep side and even things up" a lot. That's awesome. Grouping is understandable, but try not to wipe out the new guys who actually might sink their teeth into this and help us grow y'know? This was somewhat aimed specifically at a group who've been doing this stuff (and livestreaming if I heard correctly) a couple of days in a row for some 6-7 hours in a row now. >.>

Could we please get a little less 4 man aces all queueing together with voice comms and sitting in satellite skirt games? Two days of this now and I can tell you, as someone who's only been GSFing two weeks and one of the 'newbies' of the community, this is getting old REALLY fast (yes, I'm looking at you Dementia and co.). I don't even want to imagine how the actual new guys joining these games are taking it. Edit: I'm just saying outright I'm not going to bother to keep playing games against obvious set ups like this. The GSF community has been REALLY awesome thus far but this seems like the exact sort of poison which is ensuring the community stays small.

Gotta give a shout out to Ko'shii and crew for that amazing TDM. XD 49-48... man, trust me, I was sweating most of that match, wasn't sure we were gonna pull it off! Edit: I know we're not supposed to do shoutdowns. But matchmaker, c'mon. Most of the day across the board has been brutally lopsided.

Man I dunno. The few times I hopped in my horribly ungeared strike on imp side I was murdered either by groups of holy-cow-that-guy-vaped-me-in-2-seconds or by that-regular-I-know-oughta-know-about-Strike-night-yet-just-killed-me-twice-in-a-gunship. XD

I spend a lot of time in strikes republic side. o.o I only get in the gunship when I need to zap some people.

If I remember I'll give this a shot. Gives me some more work on my Clarion, Pike, and my Rycer anyway, all of which I love. c:
