  1. you will be nerfed nevertheless.
  2. I seriously don't understand the problem with triple capping. Is it better when the whole team is defending the one sat they can for the whole game? Triple capping just makes it go away faster. There is no problem with triple capping.
  3. WOW never made changes that turned the game into a solo rpg. That is what BW is doing. There is no problem with that, however, but they have the wrong business model. I am not going to subscribe monthly for a 30 minute story every 30 days, when the MMO part of this game is slowly crumpling away. This game as an MMO is in the last phase of its life.

  5. But of course they are. They seem to be slightly dumb too. A lethal combination if you ask me.
  6. Bollocks. Seriously, I am not going subscribe monthly to get a 4 hour playtime story I am not going to revisit again, while the mmo content of this game is going to be obsolete within a few months. The business model is wrong. EA abandoned this game for Battlefront. You can buy all the editions of Mass Effect for one month's worth of KOTFE subscription. Again, the business model they chose is wrong, it's entirely possible they will go downhill from november. We will see. I will subscribe until the october release, and see what happens.
  7. You will get all previous expansions for free as of Oct 19 or 27 with the release of KoTFE
  8. no ah, no short answers, so, again, to emphasize, short answer: no
  9. It really isn't. People are really fed up with the "I will leave if you don't develop the game to my liking" attitude. Leave then, stop the blackmail. No, if I want to stay and play, and pay for it too, that's my business, and none of yours. If you say you don't enjoy the game and want to leave, so be it. It's your business, and none of mine.
  10. I don't remember reading anything from BW stating they want to do more SP RPG than MMO? The way I read it, they want to do a story driven MMO, which is, by all means, fine by me. Why would that be a problem in any context?? It is what makes this game what it is.
  11. Sorry to butt in, but you really are in denial. It is quite obvious that story solo mode is the main focus for the next 9 months, while tweaking the pre-expansion content to keep as much of the playerbase as possible until launching the new MMO content. What I am unsure of is if the new expansion will be staying as the platform for the new game(engine), or it will be yet another separate launch. Should be the former. I really don't see what the whining is about though. A fresh start is much needed, the engine is archaic, why do you - or anybody - expect BW and EA to pour money into something that has to be dumped anyway? You will all get what you want in the end, it will take some time though, and we all got a bone to chew on until all the tiles fall into place
  12. No,it's not for free. You get it ONLY if you are a subber. So far, what we know is that it will be a solo expansion with hardly any group content.. Like a game in a game. You will go back to your pre-expansion worlds for any MMO content. They had the engine for an expansion like that ready. For all we know, this could be the clever means to an end of this game as it is. Take it into account that the engine the game is built on is seriously archaic by now, and certainly not up to the standards of today's mmo requirements anymore. It is not worth the effort to put serious development work into it, imho. So whichever way you look at it, the expansion is either a means to the end, or an long interlude before an engine change, which basically means a new game. Either way, I expect the MMO part of the game to be in its final state in its present form, no serious effort will be put into it for the next 9-12 months IMO. In the meanwhile, we will be subbing like crazy hoping that the above is not true. OR, for that matter, that IT IS, if you get a better game by 2016.
