    Yes same thing happened to me, she is listed as unavailable companion and cannot be used. I had an old quest from her "What you do for a partner" in my quest log at the time if it somehow connected. Anyway i really want her back so i can finish ale of her conversations and have her unlocked in legacy tab

    on the other hand i kinda like the word ... LASERSWORD!!! you should message George Lucas to change the name of lightsaber for laserswords in the next updated sw movies
