Did both and i'll say the worked quite well for me atleast I went with a chiss trooper, with the mindset that I myself was a patriot to my people, but despied the empire, so I defected from the empire for fight for the republic, in hopes that one day I could liberate my people from their tyrrany A pureblooded Jedi knight is not out of proportion, Lord Rathari was a sith but became a Jedi after so it's not impossible. I kinda just roleplayed that I was once a powerful sith lord that was bested in combat by a Jedi, then redeemed and sent to Tython to learn of the Jedi ways. Then I also got to know that I've been fighting for the wrong side all the time All my characters are mostly on the empire, but I just tried making sense for having these races on the republic

I decided to replay the Inquisitor story, and WoW, this was a very underwhelming experience. Yeah, you get 5 minutes of sitting on the council, but mortis says; "We will call you again once the dark council congregates" or something like that. Does that ever happen? No. The only times you are EVER in the council room is in The attack on Korriban and once in the Sith warrior and Inqusitor questlines. And what about my follower powerbase? The final scene on Dromund kaas is epic and all, but I never ever get to call upon the grand moffs, the Silencer or any armies at all after that. It would atleast be nice to have a couple of council meetings every now and then, to make it feel as if you actually we're governing the entire sith empire. That said, with Kotfe and basically the ENTIRE council dead, any hopes and wishes for what I want is basically gone isn't it? I doubt Bioware is going to sink in the resources to develop new characters to rebuild the Dark council.

I play swtor only for the story telling, and I honestly can't stand Kotfe. First of all, the class identity of all the classes has been completely ruined. I remember each class having an unique set of companions. These were the ones that drove me forward and kept me playing since each and everyone of them was only for that one class and they all had one story. Now all companions are passed around like a cheap ******. How many companions are we up to now? 50 or something? What about class dialouge? Jedi as far as I know get the same dialouge anyway, like when Valkorion asks for love, you tell that jedi just stray away from it. Or when lana beniko tells that Darth Acina has become empress, there is no mention of the sith inquisitor being one of the two only remaining dark council members. What about becoming the Emperor/Empress yourself? And remember how they said options matter? Well they don't really. You can kill off companions left and right, but how much impact do they even have on the story? Saving the people on Zakuul and letting them die has the same ending. How is it that my sith warrior is being bossed around by Aric jorgan to save civilians? Why can't I just strike him down with a lightsaber instead? What about the part where we though Bowing down before valkorion or not would change the story entirely? Well it's just the same *********** thing. The dialouge is not even different! Let's not even get started on the most predicatable betrayal in gaming history, where Scoripio took control over the Eternal throne. I NEVER saw that coming right? Even on my imperial agent I was always wondering when the moment came that that Robot would stab me in the back. Then we have the Discrace that is called the Eternal Empire. So suposedly the most powerful empire in known galaxy beats both the republic and the Sith empire at the same time with just the Sheer numbers and technological advantage, then 5 minutes in an their emperor is assassinated This so called empire with millions of troops that problems catching 4 people inside their own capital city of Zakuul, and you're telling me that they never noticed a *********** huge ship on the planet? Oh eternal fleet! Omg thats so big! Most pathetic threat I've ever seen, in the introduction there is like 100 eternal ships destroyed by ramming your own capital ship into them, then lets not forget that the gravestone basically rapes their entire fleet and forces them to flee And Scorpio just so happened to have the manpower advantage against the Eternal Empire? They fail at basically everything, Arcann even knows that he let a very dangeorus person go away, and still only sends like 5 guards after you in the swamps I mean where the hell is the military power we are told about? Where they invaded korriban and basically brought the dark council and the Sith armies to their knees aswell as the republic ones, yet ingame they can't do jack**** against a rebellion? You'd also think there would be a failsafe mechanism incase the Skytrooper army and Eternal fleet would "Rebel" against their overlords. And when it actually makes sense for the character to be powerful, it still doesen't make sense. "Well I have absorbed the spirits of 5 stupid powerful sith lords, but I still need to be babysit by Valkorion against Arcann I mean holycrap what was even the point of this expansion? It was just so bad and sluggish to begin with. Let's not forget about the fact that Darth accina had declared herself empress of the Sith empire, yet the Sith inquisitor him/herself can't challenge her to the death and take control over the sith empire to aid their troops? This expansion has just been a major dissapointment. I really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really really, really, really REALLY hope that this entire trainwreck is just a nightmare. Our character wakes up and we find out that the Empire and republic is stronger than ever and we have to help our respective factions just like in Vanilla.

I don't know how any of you could possibly say Skadge is the worst companion, he is clearly the BEST!!! He's not nice to anyone, but he has respect for people that deserve it. He's not a kind or loving man, he is a brutal psychopath which is what's great about him. Unlike other people who gets emotions involed with the bounty, he gets the job done, quick and easy and he is just pure muscle power, I bear he could tear Senyas arms off if I told him to. He is an expert and master when it comes to the Underworld and gangs which also gives him an edge. He is a very tough guy and a business partner I ALWAYS run along with. A bounty hunter without skadge is like a Jedi or Sith without the Force. ------ Now, as for the Worst companion in the Entire game I'd say Theran Cedrax. His entire story consists of Jerking off to a hologram and building a so called generator for a contest. When the generator finally completes it all backfires and this 20 minutes of dialouge were COMPLETELY wasted. He also has the stupid tendency to yell; "Did I mention that I'm a pacifist?" Even though I have the Kill achievement on him. What a lame *** guy

I really like skadge! From the day I got him I have always been very fond of him. If you treat him with some actual respect, he's not half bad. He's a towering mountain of pure muscles that is also quite intimidating. It's also fun that he makes fun of everyone. "You brought Voss for us to kill? Thanks!" "I've always wondered what the Voss looked like on the Inside." "Don't see the big fuss about these little Voss runts. Ain't got better things to do than sit around and scratch this junk on walls. Good for nothin'." "Aww, you want me to call your mommy?" Skadge is a person you can Make fun of him, you can ignore him, and you can insult him and he's still fine with it. Quotes from Skadge fans: "Skadge has to be my favourite companion. His constant trash talk, whether aimed at me or his target always makes me smile. He is also a decent meat shield, as long as you turn his pushback ability off. Mako is too sweet and sickly. I tried hard to like Torian, but his whining gets a little too much. Gault is OK, but two ranged DPS dont work well (Im Merc) and Blizz is, well amusing for a few levels then it gets tiring." Said by Andyhipkiss. Even more, it looks like I promised to let him kill Jedi we were after and then as LS BH broke that promise. I simply felt like I do owe the guy a lift to the next space-port after that. And about his uselessness, not only some of us do prefer to run with a melee tank, when Skadge ask you to give him a lift he literally said "take me with you, I will kill for you". Fair suggestion from a bully like he is. He _is_ a rude stupid bully, but a comical one. You can make fun of him, insult him or ignore him - he does not complain. I do believe he was one of those companion we could let go in beta (like we could kill Quinn) but he is not half as bad as people say. Actually, if that carbonizing option will ever come to the game I am not sure I will use it on him. And right now my only regret is I did not get Skadge before Alderaan. These characters feel too powerful to be companions imo.

Vector; Went back to Alderaan to build an army of the bug creatures there (dont remember name). You go there and help him out with some things. Imperial agents gets him instantly. Ensign Temple; Serves Imperial military with Guerilla tactics, also becomes a Sith. Help her and Quinn fight the Zakuul from the shadows. Khem; Assumes you were dead, goes back to dromund kaas to the location you first found him in. Alliance needs him to easily kill the Zakuul knights. Best him in combat. Inquisitor gets him instantly. Ashara; Goes freelance. Banned from the jedi and to afraid to give in into sith she doesent know. Players will help her fight against Zakuul, for freeding. Adronikus; Becomes a freelance pirate. Simply bribe him and hell come along. Vette; Settles down on Nar shadda and lays low. Convince her not to commit suicide. (She lost both her husband and mother so) Malavi; Works with Raina Temple. You get both when you finish the quest. Jasae; Abandons her formed sith master and goes to find ways to become more powerful herself. Shes very arrogant. She'll attack you. Fight her with Lana. Lana will break her and she'll submitt to the alliance. If youre a sith Warrior, you'll break her will yourself. Shes ******* insane, thats what. Broonmark; Settles down on Hoth and becomes the Warlord/leader of all the Talz. Fight him for the leader ship of the Talz. Torian; Settles down with the mandalorians with Akaavi. Prove your worth as mandalorian. You get him and Akaavi when you complete the quest and instantly if youre a bounty hunter. Skadge; Goes into Deep-space and rejoins and becomes the leader of the Black sun. Run errands for the black sun. Instantly get him if you're a bounty hunter. Skadge will make it up you somehow, and show you that hes not such a bastard. Gault; Freelance Scoundrel. Same as tatooine, try to catch him. Mako: Lays low in the underworld, working like Anonymous to destroy Zakuul networks, WIth Theran. Hack networks for her and Theran and work together to destroy the Zakuul network. Theran Cedrax; See above Felix; Serves republic ressistance forces against Zakuul. Hit the Zakuul hard with the republic forces. Revive the rift alliance. Nadia; Has become a Jedi master, and resides on Tython training new jedi in hopes of Destroying Zakuul. Gather the Jedi shes trained and strike with her against the Zakuul harder than anyone. Destroy the Zakuul knight facility and rescue the brain washed children thats raised to become knights. Zenith; Welp, Whatever Zenith does, it becomes Balmorra 2.0. Idk, do the same as balmorra. Corso; Returns to Ord Mantell, only place he feels safe. Kill him. Risha; Goes to the planet shes Queen on. Having an army at her back, she awaits her husband/best friend smuggler. Convince her to join. Smugglers get her instantly. Akaavi; See torian. Gus; Resides on nar shadda, uses his Jedi abilities to work his way up the ranks and get what he wants.Idk Elara; Goes rogue for being accused of being an Imperial. Idk Kira; Fights the Zakuul without mercy and awaits the return of her master. Strike at Zakuul. Doc; Becomes the grand doctor for Zakuul. Too big of a business opperunity to turn down. Smack him across the face. Beat the **** out of him untill he joins the Alliance. Rusk; Same as Felix. Scourge; Has trained and become extremely powerful. He now actively hunts down Zakuul knights and swears revenge on the Sith Emperor Valkorion. The Jedi Knight will have to rematch a More powerful Scourge.

Seriously these characters are hated more than they Deserve. Skadge granted can be an ******e is the abseloute backbone a efficent bountry hunter needs. A bounty hunter needs to get things done, think with its head and not his heart, if you do that, you're a mandalorian, and then I can understand that Skadge wont fit but I love skadge on my Dark side non mandalorian bounty hunter. He gets things done, he likes when I kill the target as specified etc. Hes a backbone that everyone needs and deserves. Kaylio is all around hilarious. Not hilarious in the way of jokes, but the way shes an ******e to everyone which is just pure Genious. Dream team: Ranged tank: Kaylio Melee Tank: Skadge Ranged DPS: Gault rennow Melee Dps: Dark side Jaesa Healer: Lokin Yes I am using the old dps healer tank format for the comapnions because its the best one, In kotfe companions have 0 Identity.

Remember when Companions used to be Unique to each class and had their own backstories? Not anymore. The main reason I played this game was because of the companions. Every class had a set of limited and interesting companions. Now, you can simply get companions that all other classes have, you can get companions without any story at all, Where is the Uniqueness in this? How am I suposed to give 2 ***** about companions with no story? How am I suposed to care about companions that doesent even fit with my character. I don't want a legion of Followers, I just want my old cozy crew back, you know, Mako, Torian, Gault, Blizz, Skadge (Yes I like him.) I don't want Lord scourge as a smuggler. Seriously, I hope we can delete our companions after Kotfe, I just want to go back to the 5 companions per class format.

I marr dies, why the hell can't we kill Satele shan for once? Darth malgus and Darth marr has both had to pay with their lives, the most awesome sith on the planet, why can't we kill satele shan to repay the favor? I don't even know how the Empire is still a thing at this point. The entire dark council was completely decimated by the end of the hutt cartel. Jedi councill does still have half their members left and Satele shan is still Alive. Darth acina promoted herself to Empress of the sith. Well obviously, I'm not going to let her have that title, So I'm going to have to kill her unless she bows down and accepts me as her superior.

First of all of my bounty hunter I boost her to 60 and chose an apperance in the creator, then when I got her all of her apperance sliders were randomised! All that remained the same was skin color and Montral pattern. Im not paying cartel coins for a bug you make. Secondly, companion conversations? I only got 3 quests with Mako then nothing else.

Seeing many threads now with VS. threads and apparantly Revan wins all of them Delight me, how the hell does revan win over Sidious in any fight? Sidious destroyed Savage Opress and Maul without even trying in the clone wars He killed 5 of the most powerful jedi duelists at the time without even trying aswell. 3 of them all died in one blow another one died fairly shorly after, and Windu never stood a chance. He destroyed entire armadas with just his force powers and wiped out entire species He's so fast he can fade out of existance when moving. I didnt see revan acomplish anything of the above, elighten me fanboy, why is that character so powerful when he cannot even beat Emperor in 1v1? I thought boba fett fanboys were bad but this is just stupid

Well this is depends very Even with dual bladed light saber Hero of Tython is just a better Light saber fighter afterall but Nox has better force powers. With ghosts It's an even match. Nox must be able to kill The hero quickly before he enters melee combat or when in melee combat or Hero is going to win easy.

How exactly? The sith warrior is the Emperors Wrath, everyone in the council fears him from what I know. No one would aid Baras against the Wrath since they would just see their own end, which means he/she's around the most powerful sith in the Era. The inquistor arguably the most powerful Dark council member destroyed Thanaton. Thanaton was no match for the Inquistor at all. The Jedi knight destroyed the emperors Voice. Sure the Sith warrior did it to but there is next to no people that has managed to kill the emperors voice The Barsen'thor is suposedly the most powerful force user of the Era. Eitherway, my point is Their achievement's and powers are far more interesting than the other ones. The smuggler takes out the Voidwolf which is nothing short of a letdown. Built up to be this ****** character, one fight and he dies to his own grenade. The trooper captures a ****** general. Imperial agent takes out some terrorist organisation. These 3 really doesent compare at all to the other feats. Sure none of the force sensetive classes would stand a chance to the significant lore characters such as Revan, Vitate, Malgus, etc single handedly, but they are powerful enough to do this with others. I dont even know where I am going with this, Look at it this way None of the Non force sensetive characters aside from the mandolorian is cannon in my book. None of them stands a single chance against a force user, let alone vitate on Zioist. I don't care what machinery you have, THEY. DONT. STAND. A. CHANCE. If vitate wanted he could just snap their necks in an instant, against the force users it would be more of a challenge. Against a mandolorian vitate would have made short work of him/her but the mando would certainly last longer than the other classes. What is the Smuggler suposed to do? Han solo is the best quickshot in the galaxy and Vader kicked his *** with his bare hands. Suposedly best trooper in the ERA (one from the cinematics) didn't stand a chance against Malgus at all. I mean, AT ALL. What is the Imperial agent going to do? Yeah sure, with a good opening maybe he/she could shoot the force user in the head with either a snipe or a stealth attack but if that fails it wouldnt last more than a few seconds. Atleast Boba fett managed to hold his own against Obiwan for a long enough time.

Well to be fair this is the Sith emperor at Peak power, and as said Marr was unnarmed And we can basically count every single non force sensetive class aside from maybe the Mandolorian as Cannon since lets be fair, Neither The smuggler, the trooper or the imperial agent would have stood a single chance against a jedi/dark councill member or revan for more than a couple of seconds. But this pretty much confirms that Satele shan is going to die aswell. Both the poster boys of the Empire (Marr and malgus) has died, it seems only fair that we get to kill Satele aswell. Eitherway, they really want to make us feel like the Republic and empire is struggling to survive. Just a question, is the trade federation a thing or Kamino? Prehaps the Empire can turn to the Gunray legacy for assistance and get battledroids, then prehaps the republic Can create clones so we stand a chance against the Zakuul Empire. How would it make sense (If these things are a thing in this time and space) Simple, after Swtor, the empire is destroyed and all their connections with the Trade federation is lost, They then dissapear into the shadows untill the the prequels.. Recovering after the countless wars, the republic can no longer afford to keep up the production of clones. Someone Erases all the records of any involvement of the past, and sets in motion Palpatines plans even before he's born. He's ****** like that

Welp The Republic and Empire seems to be near wiped in Kotfe so my Idea The classes gets even higher praise The Jedi knight becomes the leader of the Jedi councill, more characters are added to it after everyone in it is slain. Class story line revolves around recruiting jedi to the new council. Jedi Consular becomes the grand Chancellor of the republic after every senator is slain in the Zakuul empire attack on Coruscant. Class quest revolves around rebuilding the senate and rising Coruscant from it's ashes once more. Trooper becomes the general of the republic and reforms the republic military after it's completely destroyed by the Zakuul Empire. The smuggler becomes the Sherrif of the republic with Underworld connections. With the republic near destroyed the class quest will make the Smuggler seek aid from the underworld in aid of the republic. Sith warrior gets a spot on the Dark councill and becomes both the Wrath and the general of the Empire. Class quest will revolve around gathering a force and crushing the Zakuul armies. Sith Inquistor becomes the new Darth marr and must raise the fallen empire *Ba dum tss* from it's ashes into a new empire. After all She/he said that he/she would rebuild the empire in his/her image. Imperial agent the leader of the Space Illuminati lends his//her forces to the Empire. Becomes Lana benikos personal Advisor/assassin. Gets to bang her. Mandolorian is what it is.

Well we can just eliminate all the non force sensetive classes aside from maybe The mandolorian and The Imperial agent. The Imperial agent might take out The Consular or Inquistor if he gets lucky with an incredible opening. If that fails he/she's out of the game easily. The Mandolorian might stand a chance against any of them. But I still think he'd/she'd fall short. Either way, The Sith warrior is the strongest. His evil Incarnate, touched by the Emperor himself. Defeated the voice of the Emperor that was even empowered by Sel'makor, and that was not even at peak power. Baras didn't really stand a chance at all against The warrior. I'd just rank it; Warrior Inquistor/Jedi knight Consular Mandolorian Trooper Smuggler
