  1. Just wanted to add that the minefield is buggy as well. Defused mines turn green as they are supposed to, but then turn red again as if they are active. They are still safe to stand on once defused, but it can cause some confusion as to where it is safe to stand if group members were killing adds and didn't notice the initial green.
  2. Heroic moment won't work; your comp is taken away in that fight. Are you using area attacks? Been a while since I did that fight, but I seem to recall that Yonlach is only supposed to attack if 1) Yu-Li is down or 2) you hit him. Make sure you only use single target attacks (if you are lightning, remember chain lightning is an AOE even though it doesn't have a targeting circle). You can also try using stims/adrenals, or level up if you are lower level than they are. If nothing else, try asking in Tatooine gen chat if anyone will give you a hand in the fight. Can't hurt.
  3. Go to Fleet in December and buy the Celebration Jawa from the Anniversary vendor. It works for those achievements in place of the Party Jawa.
  4. There is already an Unrelenting Aggressor Lightsaber in game. The preview in the collection looks pretty much like the dualsaber, at least to my eyes. https://torf.mmo-fashion.com/unrelenting-aggressor-lightsaber/
  5. The mission giver was moved. There is a Resistance Remote Holo on a speeder in the fields south of the road leading from Gorinth Outpost to Outpost Victory. My map showed it as being around x = 181, y= 1901.
  6. I disagree with this, at least within the context of this game. Life and death are factors in some decisions, but plenty of LS/DS decisions in SWTOR have nothing to do with them. Whether you are talking to a panel of senators or your contact on a planet, throughout chapter 1 of the trooper storyline there are multiple scenes in which the player must choose between telling the truth about what happened on Ord Mantell (thus earning LS points) or lying about it (DS points). All republic characters can do the mission Planetary Checkup for Fez Burba on Coruscant, in which they can choose between taking back accurate data (LS) or tampering with it for the chance at more money (DS). Nobody dies as a result of your actions, you simply gain DS for being dishonest. Sometimes decisions don't really involve morality or life/death, but still grant LS/DS points. Jedi doing the Chamber of Speech heroic on Tython get LS/DS points depending on which history they preserve. On Alderaan, imperial players get LS/DS points depending on whether the payment they request is a reward for the Empire (LS) or themselves (DS) when they return the crown to the Queensguard. At the end of the first stage of the Hoth planetary missions republic players are given DS points for accurately stating that the lieutenant in charge of Aurek base-who the game portrays as being in way over his head and not up to the task- should be replaced. None of those decisions-and others like them throughout the game-have anything to do with choosing Life or choosing Death, but they still grant LS/DS points.
  7. Were you knocked back? The lightning effect you describe sounds like you got hit with Overload from a sorcerer who had taken the Electric Bindings utility (masterful tier). With it, Overload immobilizes its targets for up to 5 seconds.
  8. Looks like you missed the Alsakan Overlook, at the VERY bottom of the map. Go to around 1463,1207 and you should see a path (initially heading east) going up a mountain. Near the top of the mountain, the path veers off to the right towards a ruin. Instead of going to the ruin, keep heading forward, and you should run down into a snowy/grassy depression. Run around in there and it should pop (happened for me at around 1602,1518)
  9. If you haven't already done so, try submitting a ticket to customer service asking them to grant the achievement in your legacy. I had the exact same issue with Swordmaster, and CS was able to unlock the achievement for me after accessing my account and verifying that I had unlocked the eliminator vibrosword.
  10. I haven't had any problem unlocking and running Kingpins this week. Are you saying the missions aren't available for you to take after using the Kingpin authorizations? Just asking since some players expect that using the authorization will add the Kingpin mission to their log when all it does is make them available for you to pick up from the bounty terminal.
  11. Just to clarify-Were you unable to pick up the Kingpin mission from the bounty mission terminal after using the item? I might be taking your statement that you bought the contract too literally, but it sounds like maybe you thought you were buying a contract that would add a mission to your log upon using it, when you really bought authorization to pick the Kingpin mission up from the terminal.
  12. No they aren't-my gunslinger is using Mischief as his mainhand and Anarchy as his offhand. Have you equipped them with mods taken out of weapons you got as loot? That can lock them into specific roles. My gunslinger's Mishchief and Anarchy are currently locked as a mainhand weapon and offhand weapon, respectively, because I equipped them with mods ripped out of those types of weapons I got as loot.
  13. The problem might be that you are simply not high enough level. At least some of the missions at Outpost Largona are part of the Tatooine bonus series as I recall. Those quest givers shouldn't be active until you are at the right stage of the bonus series, which itself can only be started after you reach level 60.
  14. http://www.swtor-spy.com/codex/alien-initiatives/91617/ The rebellion of Malgus the Betrayer struck a decisive blow to the Imperial war effort, weakening the Empire’s offensive and shattering its united front. Alien factions that flocked to Malgus’s banner would forever be judged for their disloyalty. But in a time of turmoil, those species that remained faithful were rewarded. Against the protests of its more conservative leaders–including heated objections from Grand Moff Regus–the Empire began a concerted effort to integrate its most devoted alien subjects into the military. Only by increasing its numbers with alien stock could the Empire survive the raging conflict against the Republic. The new alien recruits face down prejudice and competition to prove their worth and secure power within the evolving Empire. Cathar clans have vaulted to prominence, while Kaleesh tribes and countless other species pledge their support to the Imperial fight. Fueled by these brave and committed alien warriors, the Empire rallies its strength and marches into a new era.
  15. I would argue that there is in-game evidence that things have changed. Any Imperial character that completed the mission "To Pierce the Heavens" in the ROTHC storyline should have the "Alien Initiatives" entry in the lore section of their codex. Basically, it establishes that after Malgus' rebellion the Empire began a more concerted effort to integrate loyal alien subjects into the military. Did the hardline conservatives object? Yes, but in the end pragmatism won out as the Empire wouldn't have had the manpower to survive the war without aliens. So there is in-game lore justification for the alien personnel.
