So I assume when my account goes free to play it will remove me from the GM spot and give it to the highest ranked sub account. Is this right?

Just curious what will happen if my current account goes from sub to free to play. Can I keep the GM spot? Thanks for any help.

Sorcs usually do nothing but fluff damage. I have a sorc and have done 900K damage and ZERO kills. It is easy to heal through the dots and lightning storm.

I have two of those for my GS and it is just silly to look at. Her belt has got to be about to break for the effort of holding them. And they are bigger than her arm. I love them, but they are just silly to look at.

I am going to start with the obvious. Force lightning is used way too much. If you are a sorc, you don't need to use it nonstop, over and over. It is just annoying and you all have other attacks that are much more effective 1v1. So Force Lightning and Sorcs are OP so nerf Operatives please. I haven't had a toon to PVP in low level for 2 years I think. I do PVP in the 55-59 bracket since 3.0 just to get to lvl 60, but that is it for a long time. I just started a new gunslinger a couple weeks back (I think it is because I enjoy the pain). So I started in low level pvp and... The balance is horrible. Sorcs and sages rule everything and there are a lot of them. The balance issue isn't this bad for higher levels. There are still OP classes in endgame pvp, but at the start it seems they give everything to sorcs and sages. I actually met new players in low level pvp. I promised them it gets better (I kinda lied). And I wonder how many of them actually leave the pvp world because of how bad it is. Oh well. My other advise was to delete your toon and start over as an operative. I am always helpful.

I get what you are saying and I think you are right, but how is it actually against the law? It is against the TOS, which the players sign up for and bans are appropriate, but it doesn't violate any laws so BW/EA couldn't do anything to the actual sites.

I really appreciate the information from Eric. I would hope more messages come out like this. Now I am going to complain. There is so much cheating/exploiting in this game, it is not funny. Why make this into such a huge issue? I posted this before, but I used the exploit. I did it after the final boss on Ravegers didn't drop any loot so I used it to get the loot not rewarded. If I get banned oh well. But I know of so many people who win trade, use bots, exploit pvp and more. I report when I can, but NOTHING happens. I know someone who has been using a bot to run crafting missions for almost a year (mostly augmentation kits). He has made nearly 1 BILLION credits. Not all from the bot, but he has earned so much using the bot that he controls the market in the GTN. As he put it, he can buy anything. He even brags about selling credits to the gold spammers. I report him on a weekly basis. Nothing has happned and he has many friends just like him. He alone has had more of a negative effect on the market than the raveger exploit. On a side note, Kharma may have caught up with this group. They all did the raverger exploit. So augmentation kits may become cheaper in the near future.

I am sure someone asked this, but I can't seem to find it. Why the change to no crystal? Is the expectation now that we purchase them in addition to the main or off hand? They can cost rather a lot on the GTN and PVP vendor. I am not sure if they can be obtained any other way. Thanks for any info.

I would guess mats are becoming more difficult to obtain since most 55 operations that drop the mats aren't as active. People have gone through their stack of mats and crafted everything from them. Only people still running lvl 55 operations will get the mats for the 186 gear. As for 192 those mats are even more difficult to come by.

Thank you for posting this. I heard about the cantina event, but I could not attend. I appreciate the information on 3.1 from the developers. I am still unhappy with their choice of communication through a cantina event. Why doesn't the dev team post that letter for everyone to find. I was not aware of the letter until you mentioned it. I agree the letter had information on 3.1, which was out in PTS and has patch notes, but the rest is non specific. Very non specific. That seems more like an outline for a plan.

I would like to see a new warzone map in a city. Something with buildings, rooms, rooftops, streets, walls, NPCs, defensive positions and hazards. I would also like to see the worlds opened up more. A planet like Tatooine is huge and lets you go almost anywhere you can get to. There are a few invisable walls that prevent you, but not too many. Then a planet like Rishi has invisable walls everywhere that prevent you from exploring, but it looks like there are areas that could be explored.

That is a good point. I understand they want to keep some things a surprise. But there isn't a general roadmap of what the content updates will include. Something as simple as: Will be working on game performanc, WZs, GSF, Operations in coming months. Keep an eye out for updates. The secret keeping approach seems like they are being dishonest.

(Not realistic I know) What if tanks could ONLY tank. No DPS, No self heal. Or healers could ONLY heal, no dps. And DPS could only do damage. Why does a Sorc DPS need to heal? Why does a Jug tank need to dps? Why would a Sorc Healer dps at all? (More realistic I hope) In the least a Sorc DPS should not heal others. A Jug DPS should not taunt or guard for others. There was a lot of talk about "hybrid" classes and the new tree would prevent that. From my point of view EVERY class is a hybrid except Mar/Sent and Sniper/GS. The rest have heals or tank ability. My wishlist would include pure dps classes. No heals or tank for dps.
