Hey Namiia, das schreit ja geradezu nach uns. Wir sind Nightfall, eine Spätraidgilde. Mittlerweile haben wir zwar auch ein paar frühe Raids (19:30 Uhr), aber der Spätraid ist weiter unterwegs. Hey, unsere Spätraidgilde Nightfall sucht verstärkt DDs. Wir sind eine PVE orientierte Spätraidgilde. Das heißt wir raiden von 21:30 Uhr bis ca 00:00 oder 00:30 Uhr. It's the exact same for our group, the scoundrel is always picked twice or up to three times, while every DD just has to handle one pick.

Well, i'd just be as rude as you are. This is simply wrong :-) I did experience this on my machine, which has no heat problem at all even if i max out overclocking. The thing is, increasing CPU speed by a small amount, decreases the performance on my machine. The more I overclock the more likely the game will crash. This fact only applies to this specify game, any other game is fine with hat. Might be right, that your cpu does not have this issue, but this happened here and is not simply wrong. I might point out to a related topic, Windows 8 has a bug with overclocked CPUs, as their time calculation seems to be based on the cpu frequency. This is of course an OS, with much more priviliged access to your hardware, but it's not that simple, that the game is not aware of your system.

What i experience myself is that overclocking CPU does not do well on this game, even with small increases of the cpu capacity. Seems like there are some issues in this game, that do not like this kind of performance tuning. I'd still expect it to be CPU limited, but i'm not sure

That's basically what i'm saying. It's not worth to have the gear, just to have the gear. It is necessary for progress sometimes, but it's never about the gear itself.

MMO rule #1 It is never about the gear Your current gear will be outdated sooner or later. Spending millions of credits or hours of raiding to get those is not worth it. It's always about progression and the bosses. Moreover, it is important to get better gear, as the current Nightmare Operations are very tough for most of the players. To reduce the difficulty the next gear level will be stronger then the best you can get now (Kel Dragon). I'd expect that you can run the Story Modes of the new Operations with 69/72 Gear, getting either 75 or something better. Hardmode will most likely introduce a new level of gear. I'd also expect that Kel Dragon Gear becomes craftable with 2.4. So you can spend your millions again, sorry but this is how it works.

I just want to ask about a related topic. We face serious problems in nightmare mode, when terminate is casted (Shadow + Vanguard tank). So we both have one Cooldown that reduces the damage reliable. What do you use as second CD to survive?
