As long as each member can put up enough points to get their personal conquest goal, and get the guild to its target, you can earn encryptions and turn 50 of them into the frameworks as you get them

these are the criteria devs have mentioned in previous talks about new races 1. Must speak basic (most of the species not just the one off's here and there) 2. Must be romance-able (in other words, their face needs to have a humanoid appearance for romance scene

You can try lowering the graphics of the game to lower setting, that sometimes helps
