Whoever was behind this decision, that was an idiotic move. This must be fixed.

This is a serious issue. Removing the ability to add cosmetic gear to NEW companions was an idiotic decision. This must be fixed. Limiting player's customizing options is not cool. Currently i have Lana with me most of the time, all i really want is to have her wear the same armor as i am. I was waiting if Tuesdays patch would have fixed it, but no. Hopefully this gets patched soon.

It was an idiotic call. One should never limit player's customization options. Especially if customization is extremely important for that player, like me.

1+ excellent suggestion. Now if only minority of people would stop complaining. Companions are perfect right now, accept it. Most of those who are complaining are probably just trolls. If they think companions are OP, how about you run without them then.

They are basically a second player, able to fight for their own if you decide to put them in a DPS stance, I mostly use Healer stance but from time to time i set them in DPS for bit assistance. But you better remember to have couple med kits with you just in case unless you're running with a class which has healing skills. Admitted, if you start a new character and summon Nico, they'll basically do the job for you, especially if you immediately feed him with lots of gifts to rank their influence level up. But i for one prefer to fight mobs myself, so it doesn't really matter. Only problem is with KOTFE Companions, the lack of customization. That is probably the only problem. I know a lot of armors which would suit Lana (for example) better.

1+ This needs to be changed instantly. I for one have no interest in collecting different gear to my collections anymore if this doesn't get changed. Who is responsible for this idiotic decision.

All the cosmetic gear, from packs etc, they're practically useless now. I have no interest collecting any armor at all if i cannot equip my new companions with them. All i want is to have Lana wearing same armor as i am.

We will find out at official launch. It better be fixed.

Speeder clipping wasn't really that important. Didn't even notice it. But customization means hell of a lot more.

This patch better include the ability to add cosmetic gear slots to Lana for example. Customization is a huge thing for me in games. If this doesn't get fixed then this is a lot less enjoyable to play.

Actually they do attack, but it is minimal.

All versions of Sith Stalker armor from Force Unleashed. That would be instabuy. And the armor Starkiller wears in Endor DLC of TFU2.

We'll see at official launch, i better be able to customize my companions the way i want.

1+ I do hope that this changes at official launch. Customization is one of the most important thing in games for me, and i won't be able to customize my characters and companions the way i want, i simply just don't play the game, it's that simple.

I'm pretty sure too, that most of the players complaining are just trolls. Companions are in perfect state right now, and who ever decided that all companions could be either Healer, DPS or Tank (Well, i for one mostly use the healer stance) IS A GOD DAMN GENIUS! One of the best things in 4.0 Finally i can choose the companion i like most and have her/him as a healer rather than using some annoying *****.
