Same sentiment... Even the casino event had potential...though that got boring.

Given how immersive Star Wars is, and its resurgence into popularity, I feel like there is a lot of room to improve on events. Events themselves are small and keeps a player base interested. What do you think should be added in terms of events? Or what would you like to see? Just a few, very general/broad ideas: events based on single planets (which also temporarily revitalizes the exploration of an earlier planet), events with single WB (think Secret World), or possibly even changing up current events and adding more into it.

Essentially, yeah. ^ I would much prefer it if it went back into the game, either way...I don't think the players should see benefit. If you are not paying for the game then you cannot really place expectations on them.

THIS. It always had me wondering. It was almost sweet in a really sad way. I sometimes cannot tell if Quinn is loyally in love with my SW for who she is... or because she is powerful. I have to wonder...if she suddenly said "I do not think I can serve the Empire any longer..." would he follow her? She doesn't even necessarily have to switch teams, she can simply go rogue and just bounce.

Okay...forgive me if it has been addressed in this thread already, but I just combed through as much as I want to...soooooo, my questions are: Do we know if LS or DS will have any influence with him when he returns? Do we know if he will be uber pissed at us if we were too friendly with the pubs? I watched the stream, it almost seem like it was suggested that our past choices in helping the Republic might bite us in the arse.

Many will disagree with this... Generally people will not post or review unless they have a complaint - and that holds very true on these forums. Just about every other thread is a complaint from an individual who sees something wrong with the game. Even I am not innocent in this. However, I find a lot of the doomsday predictions to be ridiculous. I just want to point out a few things: 1) They released an entire expansion only a few months ago. It has not yet made it to the half year mark and people are complaining about lack of new content. Something we are getting in April. So, I ask, exactly how fast do you want content to be released? 2) Whether you like it or not, their methods are in attempt to keep a steady flow of players on. I hate the CXP grind too. There is just no way my alts are going to be geared, and my main is still not fully geared (and I play a few hours everyday). Getting the gear gives me something to do, it also got me involved in some ops. The majority of people I see complaining are not really willing to stick their arm out and group up with people to get the gear. I will remind people that this is not a solo game (get a console then). What are you going to do once you are fully geared? Part of the fun is being in the group and taking the challenge. 3) The general hypocrisy. On one hand you have people complaining about the server not being populated, while on the other you have the same people complaining when the DEVs put something out to ammend that. In other cases you have people who want everything to be solo-able, and then people get mad that it is 'not really an MMO' anymore. There are things about the game that upset me too. However, I am not going to project these ideas in a way that suggest the game will end in the next month because of it. If they took a dump on you tomorrow, it would not surprise me. They are working with little positive feedback. And if you do have a complaint, kinder words work than threatening subscription (which LOL, we know you are not doing that, you are still here) plans or attacking any other player who comes here with something positive to say. I recognize trolls be trolls in some cases, but some of you really need to take a Xanax or hit the pipe. Free spice anyone?

Or they can just not try at all and let the game rot entirely. The fact is they are working, and they are trying. Might not be perfect, might not be what we want, but they are pushing forward when the general consensus on these forums tell them otherwise. If there were no updates there would soon be no game. Given that people who complain about the game dying keep coming back to the threads....what does that tell you?

Lol... I mean, it makes sense to some degree. A hot, fit, male on board with two attractive females... But you know, what about girl code? Shouldn't she figure the second I laid dibs it is game over? I recognize irl that that sort of mentality doesn't really play out. It is really up for both of the individuals to decide...but in game it is the sort of thing I can see BHs adhering to. Like, girl...did you not see the both of us making googly eyes over the table at dinner?

Lol, or they are honestly just trying to cater to what they think their player base wants while trying not to erode the rarity value like they just stated. Again, with the doom-and-gloom mentality everyone thinks of with this game.

I am just now starting the romance options on my BH - and with the new system of companion quest, I got to the part where Mako mentions that Torian is cute and my reply options clued me in that something was not exactly right. A quick google search and I realized that I needed to romance him a bit more first to get rid of that conversation all together or else they would end up with each other. (Which, honestly was my first thought of being a possibility when I have two young, hormone riddled, attractive companions on my ship.) So I did as much...and thankfully Mako put it to rest. However, just got to the part of the BH story line where I am going to some swanky party in my honor on Nar Shaddaa...I (*snortgiggle*) tell Torian he is to be my arm candy and Mako complains about staying behind to close the ship. Torian offers help, and of course my jealous BH is like HELL NAHH. So, does this trend of them giving each other the eye continue? Should I continue my ***** attitude towards the sweet Mako?

This. It is a money maker. People will spend money buying packs + inflation of the market which will prompt some people to buy CC with their real monie dollars. And I am so okay with it. Plus...where do we get that they are struggling with money? Again, I hate this comparison, but it took WoW 3 years until they had their next expansion released. Or in some cases 2. This game has pretty much followed the same pattern. Plus, they are dealing with a lot more story wise - with the dialogue and all. I am not running into the defense of anyone or anything, because there are plenty of things I am unhappy with that really should be fixed, and shouldn't be that hard to fix. (*cough*mercs*cough**cough*) But this perpetual idea of the game in a dying state, be it financially or player wise, is kind of silly. The doom and gloom is thick in these forums and spreads like a nasty virus. Off topic, what is interesting is the evolving game industry that is heading towards mobile gaming. For all intents and purposes, this game is doing wonderfully.

Seconded. And more sea like decorations! Tangent, would be pretty bomb to have an expansion on a water planet where you can go under the water. Just no Jar Jars please. (Though I think that goes without saying.)

Same, it has me a little concerned. I am hoping when we have to choose a side that it won't matter because we will be forced into something anyway. I have a backup warrior going already.

Lol, I am that mediocre player. I use my strife keys but I don't have it set up where I can just whiz around like that - nor am I a clicker. My screen moving around like that just makes me dizzy. I recognize I will never be the best player for this, and fine with it. The point is made - there is an advantageous point to it. It is meant to disorient (and it works on me) and make it harder for you to focus your hits.

I have called it E/W myself, though won't demand it be called that. Points for comprehension really. If they say E, go east. If they say grass, go grass. I also think it comes down to just knowing the map.

Oh, I would love some sea themed decorations too! Would be a great summer patch. They should consider it.
