Have you looked at the stronghold terminal? Maybe the problem will be solved, like it was with the Mek-Sha stronghold.

@Crystal_Mind: Thanks. At Startpage i can change the language now. At dxdiag-page i can only change to german the others languages are always russian. Weird. But now, i can make a DxDiag report. I can't join the test server to get the mount, but I might be able to support the team with my mail.

Copy Character transfer was fine. Install PTS without problems. But after i click "Play", nothing happens.
I can't provide DxDiag report. The homepage (https://help.ea.com)always sets the language to russian. But I can't speak Russian.
Does anyone have an idea about my problem?
Edit: I use the normal version. No Steam.

Interesting theory. Add items to collections but cannot unlock them. Maybe, i don't know.

There are many many other items with 10cc unlock and discount price. This year there was already a discount. At this point, all Galactic Season 1 items cost only 5cc.

Unlocks makes more sense for some people, but not for others. But that is not the point.
10cc is a lot for some, not for others. But that is not the point.
Of the items listed, some unlocks cost 10cc and others multiple 100cc. But that is not the point.
Almost all have a discount at the moment. But not all. Why? Only Bioware can answer that. Everything else is speculation.
But before prematurely I yell 'BUG' loudly, I wanted to know if others don't have a discount for the same items. Or maybe someone doesn't have a discount on other items that I can't verify. I look forward to more replies on this topic.

... I opened both crates and the only thing inside each was 50 tech fragments, no gear and no items.
This is by design.
Items + Economy
- All 6.0 Gear Crates contain equipment meant for level 75 players. Opening these crates at level 80 will provide players with Tech Fragments.

When I checked the list of rewards last week, only the first one was a reward. The others were only on the vendor...
There are 3 Thurrb in the collections.
- Tellurian Thurrb (Subscribers Reward Level 1)
- Brumal Thurrb (Subscribers Reward Level 50)
- Conflagrant Thurrb (Vendor 'Ki’at Thavo')
These 3 were shown to me before the patch and are also available after the patch as well.

Could it be that you confused Brumal Thurrb and Conflagrant Thurrb?

1) Bei 50.000 Eroberungspunkten bekommst du eine Belohnung
2) Wenn deine Gilde das gewünschte Punkte-Ziel erreicht hast, bekommst du eine Belohnung

Dies ist eine sehr vereinfachte Antwort ohne zu sehr in die Details von Vorraussetzungen, Belohnungen, Eroberungszielen, Gildenpunkten etc. zu gehen.

Droid Reconnaissance: Tatooine (Found all of the MCR-99 droids on Tatooine.)
If you scan respectively one MCR-99 droids with 6 different characters, then you have completed the achievement.
MCR-100 Miniprobe (Pet)
To meet the requirement for the pet, you must scan all 6 MCR-99 droids with the same character.
With this example I wanted to show that the requirement for the pet has nothing to do with the achievements.
Of course it's possible to get the pet on multiple characters.
You just have to re-scan all droids with another character.

Ki’at Thavo, our other Galactic Seasons vendor, functions a bit differently. Ki’at’s inventory is a select offering of Seasonal rewards found on the Subscriber reward track. Like his counterpart, purchasing something from Ki’at’s inventory requires Galactic Season Tokens, giving Free-to-Play or Preferred players the option to purchase Subscriber Reward Track rewards, while simultaneously giving Subscribers the most flexibility with their Galactic Season Tokens!
While the Season is underway, Subscribers will not be eligible to purchase items from Ki’at Thavo to help prevent accidental purchases of rewards they can earn later from the Subscriber Reward Track. Once the Season concludes, Ki’at’s inventory will open to everyone, giving Subscribers the opportunity to purchase rewards they might have missed out on. Ki’at Thavo’s inventory is Seasonal, and will completely refresh with all new rewards at the start of Season 2.

It's around the corner where the hutt's hangout place is. Quest marker kinda shows that it could be the same entrance, but it isn's. Just run around the corner and you should see it.edit. What lvl are you? Quest for shuttle pad is listed as lvl41 quest, so don't know if that has any impact on how or will it show on map.
Hey, i had the same problem but if you look on your map, you can if you're facing the force field where you cant get through, then you turn left, go ahead then 2 right turns goes down a bit, there s another entrance where i could get to the elevatorsucces
this is the correct solution. it looks like the elevator is inside the locked phase but actually it's in the next room. go around the corner as stated above and you will find the elevator in question.thanks for the help!

We also hope that this bug will be fixed this year so that games in groups can be played without any problems.
Workaround till the bug fix:After every boss the person with lead stand in arena.
The other person go out and than leave the group.
Now the person in arena can klick the terminal.
Rebuild a group. The person outside the arena can enter now.
His mission progress will be updated.

It's not a bug. There was a change in March.

Die Entscheidung rückgängig machen bzw. die Missionsreihe nachzuholen ist nicht möglich.
Die Story ist abgeschlossen, aber du hast Zugang zu den täglichen Missionen.
Um die Story zu "Zersplitterte Allianzen" kennenzulernen, musst du dann die Missionsreihe mit einem anderen Charakter spielen.

The item Czerka Prototype C8-0-M4T is in Czerka Care Package.
There is only a small chance of getting the item from the Czerka Care Package.

You're not the only one this happens to. The problem is easy to solve.
Go to the stronghold terminal and activate the stronghold.
It's on fleet in the supplies section.
Edit: @VegaMist was faster. i need to long time to translate. ^^
