I just rationalized it as my Sentinel simply didn't need his offhand saber for minor tasks such as cutscenes. Sometimes a single saber is more expedient, even for a Jar'Kai stylist.

I alternate between Hatred and Deception. I prefer Hatred, but Deception has better animations. I also dig all of the Operative disciplines.

I feel bad for thin-skinned players in general, but RPers seem to take everything really harshly for some reason. I hope they don't get bullied, but I also hope they can behave like adults and use the in-game tools like custom channels and the ignore function.

I lost one really good name for a Sith Warrior on Satele Shan(kudos to whoever got it), but Star Forge is where my main legacy was consolidated and, surprisingly, I didn't lose any names there. I had one I was fairly worried about: it is actually a really cool adaption of the name of an insane despotic Roman Emperor made to fit a Sith Inquisitor. I know for a fact I was competing with four other toons for that name. Since Star Forge is made up of a couple old RP servers, it didn't surprise me that some other history nerds came up with the same moniker. The competition must have just been RP alts or abandoned for years because I'm a binge player with very little playtime compared to others. Is it wrong to say I love my character more now that I know he beat out four other toons to keep his identity?

There's really only one name I have any real emotional investment in and I know for a fact I'm competing with at least two other toons for it. With any luck, they're throw-away alts or belong to people who quit a while ago. If I lose out, I will honestly have to congratulate someone because I've spent several insomniac hours and weekend binges running around as my main. Maybe I'll send the winner a cool mount or something.

Lana is my favorite. I'm imagining quite a few things, and honestly I don't think it would bother me as much as Theron's new look seems to be bothering you. Seriously, they could turn Lana purple, give her an awkward third arm, and give her a mullet. But then, we probably play for different reasons and that's 100% fine. I completely respect your opinion. I'm just saying the visceral reactions here completely threw me when I actually watched the trailer.

If they did that, I'd probably laugh for a second and continue playing as if nothing had happened, tbh. edit: and I really like Lana. I hadn't seen the trailer before reading this thread and I just had to check it out to see how horrible the new look was. You guys seriously piqued my morbid curiosity, but for all the hate I gotta say I'm disappointed. I don't know what I was expecting, but it turned out to just be some stylized mohawk. Maybe I listen to too much punk rock, idk, but it seems fine to me. Customization options would be nice after the whole traitor story is played out, though.

I don't think setting up shop here would really be worth it to most players, unless they're specifically looking for a low population server like I was when I first started. We're finally getting a merger, though, so we'll see if anything changes.

If you blink, you miss the comment on Yavin 4 where they mention that they're your distant genetic cousins if you're playing as a Pureblood.
