    You can add a new one. During the Darth Malgus fight on the Ruins of Nul flashpoint, even if you are at full health and have healing over time, somehow you die from fall damaged when he pulls you just a little bit forward. Equal ground, nothing else affecting you, and you instantly WIPE

    Has anyone else had this problem where the notes do not show up? As in, I mouse over them to read what they say so I know what to apply. But they do not show anything. So I end up having to make random choices and end up blowing apart the fighter because of the notes not appearing. Is anyone else getting this problem, or is it just me?

    Found another problem for the Mek Sha quest on Imperial side. Informant says to travel to marked zone, which does not show up on map, and as a result you are ineligible for the conversation you're supposed to have to complete the quest
