Before the companion system was changed, Treek was literally most useful and unique tank companion with her healing ability. Now, she is performs even worse than standard story companion with lacking taunting abilities and her healing abilities removed. That's embarrassing. Back then, I spend real money to get her, now I feel that i've been fooled.

Remove lightsaber from sorc and it looks ok as it is. I just don't want to lose additional stat bonus from item.

How Powertech tank blocks? How any non-force user classes do it?

It was suggested before and i repeat it again. When i play my sorcerer character i never use lightsaber in combat, why not give me option to use second focus item instead? Make it expensive, i don't care.

If you want DPS Powertech then go Pyrotech - strong elemental damage which penetrates armor.
