Here I stand where I was told by customer support to complain about bitraider. However, this is not a normal tale about the woes of bitraider. I completed 5.9.2a the day it came out, I was in the game playing SWTOR and loving the looks of the Rishi Stronghold. Now I have been doing all this with a mobile hotspot, as I moved and currently don't have normal wifi. Perhaps that is the source of my problems. But the next day when I went to log in I received the dreaded Unspecified Error, well I did not fear it as there was a known way to combat this foe. So I combated it only to patch again. I figured I would not need to fear that. However, in the middle of the week, the patch started over, making it the third time I had to patch. I got to the second week where it used all my hotspot's data to get the patch to 72% which took three hours. I spent the rest of the week laboring over the game attempting every way I could think to make it patch faster. However, upon completion, I restarted my game as any sane mundane would. But the dreaded unspecified error. I tried to combat this foe. As I am a subscriber, I will not be slain by a faulty piece of software. But upon reboot of the computer, I received it again. So I ask you fellow denizens of the forums. I have had to patch three times since the launch of 5.9.2a knowing full well it can patch and run on a mobile hotspot, what would you do? Would you continue to patch even though you know it will take a week because it used all your hotspot data when the first time around it barely used 7gbs of data.

Eric, Thank you for getting the servers up today. I really appreciate it. I hope EA and Bioware in the future consider some kind of reimbursement for the player base. While delays and down times are unavoidable something emailed or coded out for all the players not just twenty five bots would have been nice to sooth the salted wounds.

Keith, This is really frustrating...Like really frustrating. I understand the servers are being a pain, and I am trying to be patient but this has been weeks! At this point I think you and the rest of the team should be talking about ways to make this up to your player base. I am not looking for a hand out but honestly this is just not the greatest.

Eric- Come on is it to much to ask to make the event retroactive? I mean it sounds like a great event if your into but an event this large that is not recurring and your asking people to re-roll toons or spend money to by slots or be separated from their guild and friends on a completely different server. That is not fun I want this event to be fun but all I am seeing is stress.

What I am proposing is increasing the planet size of Odessan and Zakuul. I would love to see both planets have planet story quests outside of KOTFE perhaps even heroics and exploration missions. The Scenery on both planets is unique. In the latest patch you learn both Zakuul and Odessan are force neutral worlds, and that would be an interesting concept to explore in the world maps. It also opens the door for interesting story missions. So below you fill find a few ideas I had for missions that don't need to be phase locked. With Zakuul we know that the Spire did not always exist and there are existing hints in the Star Fortresses about the old gods of Zakuul. A planet story might be learning the history of Zakuul in preparation to attack or take over Zakuul, the phrase know you enemy comes to mind. This could open up two paths, The path of technology where we focus on Zakuul’s Present and Future or the Path of history where you focus on Zakuul’s past. There could be a force connection to one or the other or even both. For heroics we could do things like infiltrate the spire for intelligence or supplies. We can open Zakuul up to more than a few levels of the Spire and the Swamp. Odessan we recently got introduced to the wilds and by far this is my favorite location of the season. I have no problem playing this chapter over and over again purely for the wilds. The only problem is once I finish the wilds I can’t go back and enjoy it. As above we can create many scenarios to open up Odessan and create new content. I would love to enjoy Odessan any time I wanted.

I have not heard back from Bioware my ticket is still open.

I tend to agree I took my scoundrel in as a healer for a heroic under leveled. I kept the heroic going barely but so awesome.

I believe I am not certain(don't quote me) It was a Queuing issue with Logging on and PVP from what I saw in the earlier posts. Are you sure humpty dumpty would not have overheated because I know my Shadow had to change her robes while she was there. But that could have been the insanity plot at the time to. Voss or maybe Nar Shadda or Hutta than? Or Tython or Korriban.

They are putting humpty dumpty back together again on Hoth in gear not made for extreme cold.

So I kinda do not see the big issue but maybe that is because my friends from our guild in Begeren where fooling around and leveling in Ebon Hawk, Yes they should have warned you and obviously sent updates through the site but at least they are trying to fix the queue issues.
