  1. skin color looks a bit weird in cutscenes but other than that it only affects the loading screen.
  2. No I has nothing to do with dark side corruption. All my toons have it including my light side ones. https://hosting.photobucket.com/images/v478/joostruijs/Screenshot_2021-03-08_19_02_47_631548.jpg?width=1920&height=1080&fit=bounds
  3. Since about a month or so, all my characters appear translucent/ghostly on the login screen. This only affects their skin, not their clothes or hair. Once they are logged in they appear normal, except that their skin color looks a bit weird during cutscenes. I made a screenshot, but I don't see an option to attach pictures to the post. Anyone has a clue how to fix this? I was hoping this would get fixed after the latest patch was installed, but that didn't change anything.
  4. The world bosses that are a conquest target every now and then are done quite frequently, but the ones that are not are rarely ever done. I suggest to change that. Why not put rarely done world bosses like the ones on Coruscant, Dromund Kaas, Balmorra and Taris on the conquest tab? That way they are done much more frequently. Of course there needs to be a different one for Republic and Imperial characters (reps will have to kill the one on Coruscant and imps get the the one of Dromund Kaas), but I don't see the problem there, there's already differences in the player/guard objectives. And also put the nightmare pilgrim in. It's so hard to find a group for it. If it's on the conquest list, it should be much easier for people to grind out their aratech coral.
  5. Yesterday I tanked KP groupfinder on my powertech. One of the mara’s kept pulling before the tank. On the rancor aggro was all over the place (as that boss is taunt immune). Later I mentioned in chat to no one in particular: please stop pulling before the tank. It is not very respectful. His response: bla bla. On the droid boss he start wandering off up the walkway because someone pulled before me. After that I was fed up so I figured Id get my revenge on Karagga himself. Mr Mara pulled again and this time I let him tank, I only dpsed from the side. Ofc he died swiftly (unsure if the healers realized what I was doing and stopped healing him. His gear was pretty bad anyway). He started ranting and raving in chat. My response: maybe that will teach you not to pull before the tank anymore. His response: teach your mom. I just told him: one for the ignore list to which someone else said: I agree. We killed the boss shortly afterwards. And another one: Same powertech, but this time as dps. EV HM. No issues till pylons. On the pylons we wiped twice. Only afterwards we realized one of the mercs had climbed on top of the pylon on the left side, and was just standing there doing absolutely nothing. He was not afk or anything cause he had clicked ready. When we told him to stop trolling and come down, he activated the fight and dropped group. Really weird.
  6. Did a master mode maelstrom prison yesterday. Me on 70 sent, with another 70 sent, a 68 scounndrel healer and a70 shadow tank. All went fine till the first boss. We ended up wiping because the other dps accidentally pulled a side group. (Healer died first, then both dps, tank stealthed out) Healer retreated, if figured id best stay dead until the healer comes back to revive, less chance of me pilling any skipped trash by mistake (we skipped a lot). Other sent prolly figured the same as he didnt release either. Now the tank went absolutely MENTAL over this. He started spamming chat with messages as: what you you waiting for? Press button Release Run back Press The F*cking Button Etc etc By now the healer is already halfway back so releasing at this point just wastes everyones time, plus I refuse to be intimidated by a dick player anyway, so Im staying put. The other sent loses his nerve though and does release. The tank then says: congratulations you are not the one getting kicked. And indeed he promptly initiates a vote kick on me. Tbh Im not surprised by that, however I am surprised it actually goes through... I hope the other two that were with me see this, because I want to share this message with them: next time, please dont let yourself be bullied or intimidated into agreeing to kick someone simply because the tank initiated the vote kick! Having a blue shield behind your name is NOT an excuse to act like a dick! Nor does it make you group overlord. When a tank acts like a dick, kick him and finish the flashpoint with a companion tank - because most MM flashpoints can be finished like that anyway. As long as there are players who reward tanks that act like jerks, we will be queued with tanks that act like jerks. Break that cycle now!!!
  7. I was in a SM DF yesterday with my newest lvl 65, a body type 4 female chiss shadow in a Satele tunic. and at the start the raid the raid leader ponted to me saying: 'You. Ive seen your blue *** on the fleet before. Not often do you see a chiss in a Satele outfit.' I replied: 'And? Did you like what you saw?' But someone already started pulling then so that question remained unanswered. overall it was a really smooth op. Everyone knew their stuff. That raid leader was a leeroyer lol, wouldn't be surprised if he was leading HM opses with his guild.
  8. Lately Ive been mostly levelling my new LvD shadow and I had decided to augment her levelling by doing a few pvp matches. I wasn't too hopeful because we all know how low lvl flashpoints tend to go, but I was pleasantly surprised! those low lvl matches was the most fun I had in months pvp wise. no pvp gear, so everyone is kind of squishy, meaning lots of kills on both sides. I was also surprised how well my lowbie teammates were performing overall. Think I won like 80% of the matches I did. I was almost sad I dinged 65 the other day. I was actually in the queue for a WZ, queue immediately dropped as you are not allowed to enter a low lvl WZ once you get to 65. After I got to the fleet to get pvp gear I joined the 65 queue, and boy was that a disappointment Came in Alderaan WZ, everyone in my team staying in mid, even though the imps controlled both side turrets. I shouted in chat: one to me so we can take left, and then every single one of them went left. Imps ofc immediately took the middle turret. People that have been grouping with me in WZs will probably have heard me saying: are we so bad or are they so good? but that time I actually said: you guys are by far the worst group I ever been in a warzone with. I miss the low lvl queue Im on red eclipse btw.
  9. For me: Darth Malgus. I know he's technically dead but so was Revan, and they brought him back as well. Could be that he wasnt killed but was frozen in carbonite instead or something like that. Thana Vesh. Even my dark side characters spared her in the hope she would ever become a companion. She could have cybernetic body parts for characters that did kill her. Sgt. Jaxo from the trooper storyline. My trooper killed 300 people for her to survive, would love to see her make a comeback. Darth Nurin (questgiver for Kaon storyline, Imperial side). Simply because she is a very attractive Sith. The Shroud. We already know he survived. Would be great storywise if he were to make his spy network available against Zakuul.
  10. You as a healer has to kite the shock sticks so they dont get dropped inside the shield. keep moving so the cannon barrage doesnt hit you. Only the dps stand under the shield
  11. Been wanting to write a story about Dr Lokin and Doc ever since I've put them both in my strongholds medbay. I like both characters: they both have an interest in the medical sciences, so in theory they could have been friends or colleagues, yet for some reason they ended up on opposite sides of the chessboard. Being a scientist myself I wanted to explore these interesting characters a bit further. This story will have mild spoilers regarding the agent, Jedi Knight, smuggler and bounty hunter storylines, as well as the general Oricon story. 'Damn damn damn! It died again!!' grunted Doc in frustration. Kira sighed when she saw the dead womprat lying in the isolated cage they put it in three days ago. Doc hit the wall in frustration. 'I was so close. So close! And now I have to start from scratch again. I am going to need more womprats.' Kira sighed. She went to Tatooine three times already the past month to collect womprats. She hated the job, because she knew she was signing their death sentence. So far none of the little furry creatures had left Docs lab alive. But she knew the work they were doing was vital: they needed to find a cure for the Oriconian plague before billions would die. Everyone had assumed the nightmare on Oricon was over after the famous Republic privateer captain Halby led a small strike team into the heart of the Dread Palace and defeated the Dread Masters. Halby's public execution of Dread Master Calphayus - an act the Jedi council had disapproved of - was broadcasted live throughout the holonet. There were rumors the twi'lek smuggler had been aided by the legendary bounty hunter Asteeda, the grand champion of the Great Hunt, but both the Republic and the Empire had denied this. And indeed, it seemed preposterous that a forceblind bounty hunter and a Republic-aligned smuggler would be able to take on six of the most powerful Sith Lords that ever lived at once. Rumours aside, it was a fact that the Dread Master crisis was assumed to be over after Calphayus died. Until a few months later the Oriconian plague suddenly broke out. It started on Oricon, of course. Within a few days half of its population had succumbed to the terrible disease, and soon its spread to other worlds as well, both in the Republic and the Empire. Kira was sure the Dread Masters were somehow behind it - only they could come up with something that killed so indiscriminately. Doc turned on the incinerator - turning the disease-ridden womprat corpse into ash - and tossed this datapad in a corner. 'You know what the problem is gorgeous? It's this damn war. Every time the Empire attacks one of our research facilities, it sets back our progress by weeks! And we do the same to them. At this rate, it will take us years to find a cure. And by then we will all be dead.' His train of thought was interrupted by the beeping sound of the holocomm. Doc looked up. 'What's that? I'm not expecting a call? Better put it on, it might be a female admirer' Kira rolled her eyes. She hated it when he was like this. It was no female admirer. Quite the opposite in fact: when he turned on the comm a figure of an older human male appeared. He was wearing a doctor's coat and had a grey beard and a bald head. Doc's face turned to disgust. 'Eckard' he said. 'Still alive I see. I should have finished you when I had the chance.' The older man shaked his head. 'Tut tut. Is that your way to greet an old friend?' Kira looked confused. 'You two know each other?' 'This bantha turd and I have...history. What do you want, Eckard?' The hologram started speaking. 'I know you have been trying to find a cure for the Oriconian plague. We have been trying to do the same. Knowing how brilliant you are, you probably reached the same conclusion as I have: we will never find it if we keep sabotaging each other. So I propose a truce. I have a laboratory on Nar Shaddaa. I'll send you the coordinates. If you accept, please come there and bring your research. If we compare our notes I am sure we can find the cure we are looking for. Oh, and one more thing: do come alone. I am a very cautious fellow and I don't trust your present company.' The hologram dissolved. 'Who was that?' said Kira. 'and what did he mean by 'we'?' Doc pulled out a datafile and gave it to her. 'That my dear, was Doctor Eckard Lokin.' Kira took a look at the file. It was a scientific journal: The application of intravenous kolto injections to restore damaged tissue - by Dr. E. Lokin and Dr. A. Kimble. Kira was no scientist, but she had heard of this implementation of kolto: Master Kiwiiks had told her once that this treatment had saved countless of lives. Kira looked puzzled. 'who is A. Kimble?' Doc sighed. 'That's me. My mother named me Archiban, after my great-grandfather. Always hated the name' Kira looked up. 'Did you invent this? You never told me! You probably saved thousands of lives with this you know that? But I still don't understand what this has to do with that man we just spoke to' 'He was my professor at the Coruscant medical university. Brilliant man. It was his inspiring lectures that made me want to become a doctor in the first place. After I graduated, he accepted me as his PhD student. What you are holding there is the fruit of our combined labour. Everything changed however after the war broke out. Dr. Lokin was always ambitious, and the Republic has always had certain laws that forbade certain types of research, which frustrated him greatly. So when the Empire approached him and offered him a high tech lab to do his research free of restrictions, he jumped at the opportunity.' 'He defected to the Empire?' Kira interjected. Doc nodded. 'That was more than ten years ago. Haven't seen him since.' 'If he's with the Empire now, you can pretty much guarantee that this is a trap. You do know that right?' Doc sighed. 'If there's even a small chance we have a shot at curing this terrible disease, then I'll have to take the risk.' 'For once I agree with the pathetic Jedi girl' They turned around to see Lord Scourge standing in the doorway. 'Goddammit' said Doc 'Haven't you heard of knocking?' Scourge ignored the comment. 'Not that I care if you live or die, but do you know who Dr. Lokin hangs out with nowadays? None other than Cipher Nine' 'Cipher Nine?' said Kira. 'I thought he was just a myth' Scourge started laughing. 'Oh he is very real. And if Lokin is involved, you can be pretty sure Cipher Nine is involved as well. And that will not end well for you.' 'Nevertheless' said Doc. 'I am going. And none of you can stop me'
  12. Am I the only one who thinks the crew from Guardians of the Galaxy is basically the smuggler and his companions? I mean, Star Lord dresses like swtors smuggler, he dances like one, talks like one, fights like one etc. His female companion is more or less a carbon copy from Akaavi Spar except she's Miralian instead of Zabrak. The raccoon dude kinda fills the comic relief role of Guss Tuno. And both crews also have a vocabulary challenged companion: Groot/Bowdaar The story also has similarities:
  13. My smuggler is a scoundrel, but I have a sniper as well. My strategy for the sniper is simple: use a healer companion. Now I know smugglers got kinda shafted there because they get that annoying Guss Tuno instead of the uber cool Dr. Lokin, but if you get your healer in 162 gear or above he will more or less keep you on full health during trash pulls. Don't use Corso unless your a scoundrel (on scoundrel/operative you are better off using a tank because like half your damage comes from back blasts)
  14. ran into a game of tank wars on the eyeless hard mode yesterday. Joined a group with my dps juggernaut. We had a main tank and an offtank for the adds in the group. Now I know a second tank is not really needed, but in this group we had one. Which is fine ofcourse, except when the tank designated as offtank decides on his own that he is better suited to be maintank and starts to taunt the boss of the whole time. Boss keeps running back and forth between the two tanks, the entire room fills with green circles and there are even RANGED dps and healers being killed by purple circles because he does a few in the middle of the room. If you are that powertech tank on The Red Ecplise that did this on the runs in the middle of the night yesterday, **** you for wasting 15 peoples time.
  15. Ive never played a marauder before, but for some reason I had pictured them to be roughly the same as LotROs champion (melee warrior with two swords, who excels at doing massive AOE damage) However now Ive been starting to wonder if this is actually an accurate image. Im currently levelling my sorcerer, and when he gets in a group during a heroic 4 or KDY, and there is no real tank class, I expect the marauder to step up and tank. So far I am sorely dissappointed to say the least lol. No tank equals my sorc has all aggro and dies. The Mara's seem to be sturdy enough, and true they have aggro on the mob they are killing, but is it unrealistic of me to expect them to keep aggro on all the weak mobs in the pull? A melee dps class will take aggro by doing lots of AOE damage, but the marauders Ive met dont seem to do that. Can an expert marauder shed some light on this? Lets take KDY as an example. Can a good mara tank KDY with proper heals and have I just met a bunch of bad players? Or is that impossible because mara's are not made to tank and even the good ones cant keep aggro of a healer or ranged dps? and is a mara a AOE class or do they only have single target attacks?
  16. My complaint was mostly about the world boss, I just posted that second bit as a footnote so to speak. I dont really care about dying in the pvp zone. ofc I dont like dying, who does after all, but I wont lose any sleep over it if you know what I mean. I just go there for my quests and the strategy I generally use is not one of strenght but rather just a matter of staying beneath notice while I do my thing. ofc my scoundrels stealth ability facilitates this playstyle immensely. I tend to see others as a liability instead of a benefit, because a group of four is much more likely to attract unwanted attention, especially if you have one of those explosivo's in the group that actually goes to seek out other people to fight while I just want to get my quests done so I can get the heck out. ofcourse you die a few times but thats to be expected in a pvp zone, I wont whine about it. I was just amused no one of the enemy faction killed me while my own faction has on multiple occasions.
  17. I was doing the Gree event yesterday on my scoundrel, in a raid killing the wampa world boss. When the boss was around half health, there was a huge raid entering the cave (must have been 20 people or so), all from the same guild. They proceeded to taunt the boss and drag him out of the cave, until it reset. After that they stole our kill. And the best part? This was a republic guild. Thats right: reps stealing a kill from fellow reps. Too bad we are not allowed to post names here but their guild name starts with an M and its on the Red Eclipse server. I was so disgusted I logged over to my sniper immediately afterwards. Also because I had already met them earlier that evening, in the pvp zone, where a couple of them were killing Republic players . Guess a certain amount of douchebaggery is to be expected during and event like this, but this is ridiculous. Cant remember meeting ******s of this level last time the event was active Funny thing was on both my scoundrel and my sniper I died a few times in the pvp zone while doing my quests, which can be expected. But not counting deaths outside the pvp zone (mostly during world boss farm) I only died from attacks from my own faction. My scoundrel got killed a few times by that douchebag guild I mentioned earlier, and my sniper got killed by Imperials only. Is this a new trend? Only killing people from your own faction rather than the enemy?
  18. Ashara fell to her knees in pain. The air smelled of ozone from the Force lightning she had just been hit with. Her face whinched in pain as she looked up to the man in front of her. 'Foolish child' he said. 'Next time when I tell you to bow, you'd better do so. It will be less painful' 'Never!' she said. 'I will never bow for you! I am a Jedi, not a Sith! You can hurt me, but you can't break me. I'll never turn to the dark side.' She struggled to her feet. Lord Giacopo smiled. 'Oh its only a matter of time. You are already mine, you might as well accept it.' 'Never!' she repeated in an angry voice. Giacopo started laughing 'Good! Use that anger! Give in to your hate and strike me down!' Ashara realized what he was doing and turned around. She started crying. 'Just leave me, you monster' she sobbed. 'I will always be here' said Giacopo as he left her room. 'Until you accept your fate.' '[that Jedi is worthless]' said Khem Val in his usual Dashade tongue as the Sith lord walked past him. '[You should let me devour her]' 'Watch your tongue' said Giacopo. 'Question me again and I will kill you' He turned to the cockpit. 'Andronikos! Get over here, I have an errant for you to run on Nar Shaddaa!' A few days later Ashara got out of the shower. She hadn't showered since she had left Taris so it had felt very good. Giacopo hadn't shown his face since the controntation they had a few days ago so she had taken the opportunity to try and adjust to her new surroundings. Her new companions weren't much of a comfort: Andronikos only spoke to her once just to tell her she was not welcome in the cockpit, and Khem Val just looked at her as if she was a juicy steak so she found it best just to avoid him altogether. Instead she had spend a lot of time with the ship droid. He was annoying but at least he wasnt unfriendly or hostile. She reached out for her Jedi robe. Something was wrong: the robe wasn't there! 'Looking for something?' said a familiar voice behind her. She startled and turned around. She felt very naked with just a towel wrapped around her middle. 'Have you Sith never heard of privacy?' she snapped at Giacopo. 'And what have you done with my robe?' 'Oh that old thing?' said the Sith lord with a smug smile. 'Well you were telling me the other day how you were a Jedi and not a Sith so Id figured Id oblige you.' She looked puzzled. 'Jedi do not form attachments nor do they have possessions, so Ive took your robe and burned it. You seemed attached to it after all.' He opened an locker beside him. Inside the locker was a slave girls bikini. 'Instead, you will wear this.' 'What?!' said Ashara. 'You can't be serious!' The Sith lord smiled. 'Oh Im dead serious. You will wear this until I decide that you have earned the right to wear the robes of the Sith.' 'I will never wear a Sith robe!' snapped Ashara. 'Good' smiled Giacopo. 'Then I can look at you in a bikini for quite a while. Unless ofcourse you prefer to go around naked. Works for me as well.' Ashara sighed. She didnt have much choice seeing the bikini was pretty much the only piece of clothing left in her room. 'Fine. You win' She took the bikini out of the locker. 'Can you at least turn around for crying out loud?' she exclaimed when Giacopo kept standing where he was. 'Why?' said the Sith Lord with a smile. 'Im pretty comfortable right here.'
  19. As a dps juggernaut I was basically wondering how big the difference is between using a shield generator with dps mods in it, or a power generator with the same mods. In other words, how big is the effect of the force rating you lose if you use a shield generator? I hardly have any force based attacks, does this rating effect lightsaber attacks as well? Someone on the fleet told me a juggernaut cant shield if he/she is not in Soresu stance, but my stats screen does show a shield/absorb rating when I have a shield generator equipped, regardless of the stance Im in. (Soresu just adds 20% to that number). Can I shield in a dps stance?
  20. I play a dps scoundrel myself and in my opinion its definately very viable. I play a scrapper myself (never tried dirty fighting) and never had any complaints about my dps. The most important thing is to keep position. (ie to stay behind the target) Solo they are awesome, I soloed all heroic 2s and a lot of heroic 4s without issues. I dont pvp so I cant comment on that but in flashpoints you should have no issues if you keep your gear up to date (but that goes for all classes I guess) Dont forget you can bring more to the table than just dps: scoundrels have awesome cc, they can act as team scout, they can offheal in emergencies (though that will drain your energy fast) and they have an in combat res without a cooldown for the whole team. In operations it is possible as well, but I admit I have to work a lot harder than on my sniper. Its hard to keep position with 16 people and many mobs around.
  21. k so this thread is not about combat prowess (see this thread about that:http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=744755 ) but rather about the aesthetics and storylines of the various companions. Which ones do you prefer? Ill start: The oneliners: Have to go with Gault here. His funny comments just crack me up. The storyline: Dr Lokin. Even before my agent was created, I knew Dr Lokin would be epic just from the stuff I read about him, and I was not dissappointed. Infact, I made my agent male even though I did not really like either Kaliyo nor Temple, just because female agents are only able to romance that boring/creepy Vector. I want a Dr Lokin romance! And Im a guy so go figure. The character itself: I just love Blizz. A tanking jawa with a rocketlauncher. It just doesnt get more silly than that. Sexappeal: hands down dark side Jaesa, mainly because she represents the type of woman I am generally attracted to: she has a great body, she knows what she wants, she doesnt beat around the bush and she is not afraid to take initiative. (nothing more sexy than a woman who takes initiative). Plus I like women who are a little crazy great expectations (talking about companions here for classes I dont play yet but I expect I will like) Doc: from what I read about him he is very flirtatious, so I expect he will remind me a lot about myself. Lord Scourge: A Sith pureblood as Jedi knight companion? Thats just crazy. There has to be a great backstory to that... (two Jedi Knight companions in this list..I should definately roll a JK soon lol) female trooper chick Her name escapes me (I dont play much on the repside) but I remember seeing a very attractive female trooper companion on the Republic fleet. Curious about her backstory/romance. (even though looks dont mean much, as any female companion can be made attractive with the proper customization. Too bad you cant change body type with customizations, Mako needs to gain some weight)
  22. yesterday I was the weird one. I logged in on the fleet with my dps scoundrel and I saw a group adding for Karragas palace 16HM, need healer and tank. And on a whim I asked for an invite as healer. Dont know what came over me lol, I have never healed a single thing since lvl 1. No flashpoints, not even heroics (I soloed the ones I could and skipped the ones I couldnt) Immediately after I joined I realized I didnt have the field retrait thingie unlocked. And it so happened I had just made a large purchase that afternoon so I was more or less broke. I asked in the group where the retrait guy was on the fleet, someone pointed me to the section with the auctionhouses, but I was unable to find it. Then I noticed peoples health bars going down so they had already started clearing. So I was like sod it Ill just go in in dps spec. It actually went fairly good, no wipes except for one at the droid because people kept screwing up the puzzle. ran out of energy a lot as expected, guess the other three healers just covered for me. At some point one of the healers said: its the first time healing this for me, a tank replied: first time tanking here. And I said first time as healer for me too. Unsure if they knew I was talking about the game, not just Karaggas palace But I hope its not a DP run Im interested in next time I feel one of those whims coming up.just kidding ofc
  23. basically the only thing you can do is making sure you get the best gear for your level, learn to use your defensive cooldowns, and use a companion that suits your playstyle. If you are a sentinel I would recommend either a well geared tanking comp, or a well geared healer. And to your second question: no, sentinels are unable to equip heavy armor. If you try it will give an error message. And if its adaptive armor (the stuff from the cartel market and reputation vendors) it will have the armour value of a medium armor piece.
  24. Title says it all: which companion do you use most. For me: Mercenary (arsenal spec) Default choice: Tossup between Blizz and HK51. I use Blizz during hard solo, and HK during easy stuff where I just want more dps. Occasionally: Mako and Torian. Sometimes you need a healer more than a tank, so I try to keep Mako in good gear. And Torian gets all my hand-me-downs so hes slowly becoming better geared than HK (droids are so hard to gear). He will most likely end up replacting HK as my default dps comp in the future. Hardly ever: Gault. Which is a shame because love the character. But HK and Torian are just better dps. Would rather drink molten lava: Skadge. Dont want him, dont need him, hate him. Juggernaut (vengeance spec) Default choice: Tossup between Quinn, Jaesa and HK51. I use Quinn for hard solo (like soloing lvl 50 flashpoints and such) and Jaesa and HK for easy stuff. Never: Vette, Pierce and Broonmark. I stopped using Vette when I got Quinn, and Pierce is still in his starting gear even. Broonmark wears my Oricon freebies simply because I had no use for them anyway. Sniper (marksman spec) Default choice: hands down Dr Lokin. I use him like 95% of the time. He is so wellgeared that hes basically healing me faster than the mobs can damage me, except during hard solo (like heroics) Occasionally: Ensign Temple. Sometimes when Im doing easy stuff I use her for more dps, but generally Lokin is still quicker because I dont need to regen between fights when I use him. Very rarely: Kaliyo. Theres the odd fight when you need a meatshield more than a healer. The tower boss daily on Oricon springs to mind. When I did that for the first time my Kaliyo was badly geared, and I just couldnt do it with Lokin. (kept getting stunned, interrupted and knocked out of cover). In the end I had to beg for assistance. Gearing up Kaliyo atm for those rare occasions. Never: Vector, SCORPIO and HK51. HK is still in his starter gear on my agent. Only using him as crafting monkey. I love SCORPIO (more than Kaliyo) but shes a droid and droids are just too much of a pain to properly gear (they should really do something about that) Scoundrel (scrapper spec) Default choice: hands down Corso Riggs. Basically the opposite approach from my sniper. With Corso I soloed all the heroic 2 quests, quite a few heroic 4 quests and even a few lvl 50 flashpoints. Stealth is awesome Occasionally: Risha. when its easy stuff and I just want speed, but even then I quickly get annoyed that I am unable to use back blast because I have aggro all the time. Very rarely: Guss Tuno. Sometimes you needs heals more than a meatshield (like during a flashpoint when the healer drops group) so Im keeping Guss in decent gear too. Never: Akaavi Spar, Bowdaar and HK51. HK is in his starter gear still on this char as well. Risha does better dps than Akaavi, and I tried using Bowdaar but even when they were equally geared I felt Corso was better at staying alive AND keeping aggro. Shame, because its a friggin wookiee..whats more smuggler than that?
