  1. In my opinion, the Sith Inquisitor character is far more powerful than the Sith Warrior character. Sorry for the less than thrilling and well thought out opinion, haha...but that is how I look at it.
  2. What I mean is, every role you choose for Khem now, gives him force powers. I just don't understand why...or don't know I should say. I honestly didn't think Dashade's were force users.
  3. I thought Dashade's like Khem were just force resistant. I didn't think they actually could use the force. Can someone explain this to me?
  4. Level sync is epic because it's realistic, immersion wise, and because it's amazing, mechanic wise. Immersion wise: If you return to low level planets, you are still vastly more powerful/skilled than when you first went through there...but you're not curb-stomping enemies like a god. That's how it should be. Mechanic wise: You don't have to force yourself to stay on planets and run every single mission now. You can return to it some other time, at some other level, and still play through content to earn xp. That's why level sync is epic to me.
  5. Jedi Guardian, Focus. Just the perfect idea of the Jedi type I wanted to play. Acrobatic Lightsaber skills and a plethora of Force attacks.
  6. The Force Guardian and Kira. https://ouroportal.com/w/images/0/01/Screenshot_2016-07-07_20_33_05_471098.jpg https://ouroportal.com/w/images/8/8e/Kiracolourssmall2.jpg
  7. I'm of the belief that player created characters in swtor are top of the food chain in star wars lore. However, I completely understand others not feeling the same. It's just my opinion.
  8. Are you saying that looking at a list of companion abilities, while not in game, is an exploit?
  9. Oh really...I can see the abilities in game? I had no idea... On a more serious note...I was simply looking for something that I can check out while I'm here...not in game. Also, cheat guide? Not sure what you are talking about there. I just wanted to look over the abilities while not in game, nothing more. Not sure what makes you think I'm trying to cheat by looking for this.
  10. So, are you saying there is no place to see the list of their abilities, except for in game?
  11. Alright, so there is a mission on Nar Shadda, for republic side. The Ambassador and Bareesh give you a mission to save children from a gang. However, when you get to the mission, the people you save are actually what look like hooded spice users. I've just always wanted to know...was this Bareesh using the word "children" to get you to go do his dirty work...or was this Bioware not making the NPC's for the mission correctly?
  12. Not going to lie...it's kind of awesome that the loss of a companion (for whatever story reason) makes people this upset. Really looking forward to KotFE now.
  13. Is there a site, like dulfy, that lists each of the companion abilities?
  14. I honestly cannot believe this bug is still around. Am I honestly the only one who cares about things like this?
  15. Is there a way to get a deleted character back?
  16. Have they fixed the bug that only shows the default colors of what your companion is wearing in cutscenes, instead of the dye you use?
  17. I think it would be strange for a romance not to happen. Sure, there is the Jedi code...but these are two young Jedi, forced into action on their own because of the PC being so powerful, and Kira's proximity to everything going on. Then, throughout the story, you are the two most active Jedi in terms of taking action, and not meditating. Forced into battle after battle with each other, saving each other. Jedi or not, the story just makes much more sense for them to end up together.
  18. I just need a better explanation here. How did you consciously put out 4.0...and then realize they needed a 50-75 percent nerf? That is massive. I wanted companions to be brought down, and I honestly thought they would have...but I figured that number to be respectable. Cutting their numbers in half, and more...it just doesn't make sense. When you looked at the numbers in 4.0...how was that ok to you then...but now they need a 50% to 75% nerf? I just don't get it.
  19. Wow, just when I thought it was safe to come back to the game. Let me just say, I was one of the people who thought that companions needed to be brought down a bit. However, these nerf numbers are absolutely absurd. The devs made a nice long post stating why, but with nerf numbers this outstanding...it makes me think they are trolling us. Maybe the initial 4.0 numbers were honestly how they intended it to be, and because people voiced their opinions against how strong companions were, they decided to make them ridiculously weak as a "F U" for voicing an opinion against their design. All I know is...they absolutely did not need to be nerfed this much. I'm overreacting of course...but a 50-75 percent nerf. How...just...how...could they have honestly thought the original 4.0 numbers were ok, and then say they need to be brought down 50-75 percent. Those numbers are simply too high of a nerf for any of this design from 4.0 till now to actually be thought out thoroughly, or any part of an actual design.
  20. Whether something is a rip off or not, is completely subjective. If you don't think it's worth it...you don't have to give the money for it. It's as simple as that.
  21. What was the reasoning behind scaling Flashpoints to level 65?
  22. Variance - The Force Guardian http://ouroportal.com/w/images/d/dd/SWTORVariance.PNG
  23. The bold pretty much hits the nail on the head. It's no longer a time to be selfish and darkside for the sake of darkside. You have to rise up and become something more than any of the classes stories. KotFE is truly about saving the galaxy, and your character is apparently the only one who can really do it. What you were before doesn't matter...how you act now, does.
  24. Funniest line would have to go to Doc for me. When he's telling you about talking to Kira, and suddenly rethinking his past relationships...and you tell him that she probably mind tricked him to get rid of him. He replies "Oh, that's just dishonest". Just makes me laugh every time.
  25. Star Wars fans have the uncanny ability to take any character and hyperbole them into legends. Case in point: Boba Fett.
