    That is absurd.

     

    Being a Jedi...or being on the path of light has absolutely nothing to do with what you wear.

     

    It's about what you do.

     

    Have you ever see a Jedi wearing black robes or using red crystal on the lightsaber?

    On the expanded universe.

    No, and it's not because of some Jedi's fashion thing.

     

    Apart from Jedi's philosopy which is totally OT here, we're talking about LORE.

    So being a lightside Jedi wearing Eradicator and red crystal is ok, lore-wise?

    This is absurd.

    I totally agree and /sign.

     

    ...as well as the vanishing of border between light and dark, i see jedi running around in eradicator armor, i see sith with green and blue lightsabers wearing jedi clothes or bloody trooper armors.

     

    THIS, expecially.

    Want the Eradicator, or a shiny, cool red crystal?

    Dark side tier 3 at least.

     

    And the same thing to do with clearly lightside/Jedi gear... It's not to be restricted by faction (even if i would do it, but maybe i'm just too lore-strict) but for sure by Dark/Light alignment.

    Bioware should not ruin the lore just for an "everybody's happy" policy.

    If you want to use the ligtsaber more, you might think about a Jadi Consular Shadow. They have a very strong DPS and use two lightsabers. You lose the ability to heal but gain stealth. Being melee damage instead of ranged you will use your lightsabers alot!

     

    You mean double-lightsaber.

    However, you shouldn't be getting so much trash-talk (if any at all), unless you're something very wrong. If you know what you're doing, people (mostly) don't react like this.

    From level 1 to 55 and never had a single problem about my class, all this hate around Marauder/Sentinel looks quite strange.

    Best companion ever.

     

    I've just rolled a Jugg Sith Pureblood and going to Lightside him (!!) just to see how the lightsided Jaesa is.

    Aesthetically speaking, I prefer DS Jaesa anyway.

    And the customization are not that interesting... Original appareance is the best one.

    So here is my list of preferences- Melee>Range, Burst>Sustained, Direct>DoT.

     

    Sith Marauder Carnage spec (Jedi Sentinel Combat spec for Republic side).

     

    Even if stuns are missing (except for a 7 sec AoE) Marauder/Sentinel has very good raid utilities... I think it should be your best choice according to your preferences.

    Notice that i'm not considering godlike characters like the Emperor or Nihilus... I'm focusing on more canon characters, from the movies or the games most recognized as canonic, lore-wise.

    Human, male.

    Fought among the Mandalorians inehriting their love for strenght and war. He has an odd behaviour and a quite odd sense of humor.

    Little is known about this Mandalorian blue-skinned woman. Only that she loves money, a lot. And will do everything necessary to become very, very rich. Imperial Intelligence reports her as a hired-gun working for Dark Lord Rheigan.

    Master Sabai-dee Ka, Sage (healer) LS oriented.

    Human, female.

    Humble and devoted member of the Jedi Order, she's a fierce soldier in the war against the Empire and the Sith. She recently placed a mark on a high-ranked member of the Sith Empire: Darth Rheigan. It's not confirmed, but it seems the Dark Lord himself cannot wait for this battle to come.

    I've levelled my Marauder from 30 to 50+ with Jaesa as companion, just because she was my favourite. After every encounter rec is needed ofc.

     

    Then Makeb missions forced me to use Quinn as the mobs hits quite hard and it's more comfortable to have a healer at your side.

    It's not impossible to keep using Jaesa thou, even if silver groups or bad pulling could cause you a quick death.

    I suppose Jaesa is more suitable for Juggs due to higher survivability than Marauders, thou...
