  1. Okay, I have a(nother) question/bit of confusion about Vector's reunion location. It's in the middle of House Thul (Not Cortess, a place that would have made more sense, nor even in the cave where you ORIGINALLY met him). But please notice the HUGE HOLE IN THE WALL WITH A TUNNEL along with the Killik eggs. Literally in the middle of House Thul. And they were okay with that? "Sure, no problem. Just do a Kool-Aid man through our walls and place those eggs right there. Here, have one of our COMICALLY LARGE bottles of booze while you make yourself at home. Nooooooo problem. *thumbs up*" I mean, I would get it if Vector were super evil and aggressive and he FORCED himself in there. But he's not. Never has been and probably never will be. VECTOR wouldn't have even thought of doing that (and would have opted for House Cortess-especially if the Hive took it over, or for the more universal cave he originally was in. He could have even made a comment-or the agent could have-about "The more things change the more they remain the same.") WHY WAS HE IN HOUSE THUL OF ALL PLACES? Just kind of reiterating the fact that the writer literally just looked at Vector's dossier blurb from the game and went, "Well he was a diplomat for House Thul, so this is fine." This is further back up by Aygo's Alert Text saying, "Hey! Did you know that there were these things called Killiks on Alderaan? You should go recruit them!" Completely ignoring the fact that most everyone in the galaxy hates the Killiks or are, at the very least, very wary of them. Because let's all be objectively honest, if it weren't for Vector, we'd agree with the rest of the galaxy. They're dangerous. Point blank dangerous. Vector probably keeps them in check a bit, but when he eventually dies (because nobody is immortal, no matter how much the Killks may have improved his body). They're insidious. They're dangerous, and they're creepy. VECTOR makes them tolerable (A+ job on his original author, making us look at the person BEYOND the Killik hive-mind.) And Aygo is all, "EFF YEAH! RECRUIT THOSE MOFOS!" Not buying it. But...oh well. But still...tunneling right into the center of House Thul with no reaction from Thul? Why? Really? Why? I'm...just going to pretend that didn't happen (the tunneling a hole right into the middle of the palace). BW is really giving my brain do extra jumping jacks as I try to fill in the major plot holes even the two minute reunion scene added. Edit: Corrected spelling of Thul. I've heard it pronounced "Thool" for so long and knew there was a U in the name, so just thought there was a double U in it
  2. Yeeeeah, no offense, but Lana's customizable model looks like a meth addict zombie straight out of 7 Days to Die. Super pale, gaunt, "Middle Aged Mom" hair, and her nose is all red. She doesn't even look like her SoR model. It's a big reason WHY only one of my characters changed her out of her KotFE outfit (Well that and I don't use her on most of my characters unless the story forces me to. Not out of any strong dislike of her but because my CHARACTERS might prefer someone else to hang out with once in a while. I select a handful of companions that I feel might be besties with whatever character and pump them full of gifts and consider THEM that character's inner circle. Lana makes the cut on a few, but not on all).
  3. :D:D:D:D I used to be a smoker, so I'd pause for a moment, but then I would remember that I now vape (in my effort to quit smoking) so I'd swipe left (or is it right to decline? Been married for almost 15 years, loooong before Tinder existed). And it wouldn't be out of snobbery but because I'd succumb to the darkside and start smoking cigarettes again! Then a few days later his mention of a collection of carbonite superheroes would make me go back. I'd probably drunk text him at that point. And then buy a pack of smokes. In for a penny, in for a pound, amirite? Oh man...you guys...we NEED to make Tinder profiles for all the companions, lol.
  4. My favorite was when they fell down the elevator shaft in the Star Fortresses and died. Bonus points if it was Vector and right before he died he said, "We are victorious YOUR COMPANION VECTOR HYLLUS HAS BEEN DEFEATED." That happened more often than you'd think, lol.
  5. Thank God, I thought it was just me. I rarely do conquest. I was usually able to do the crafting weeks (Solo player) to meet my personal goal and I was satisfied (And I did THAT because I had nothing better to do in the game and was bored). When I heard about the new changes I thought it would be able to do MORE with it. I was moderately excited to see the changes. Now...I can't figure out heads or tails what I can do, period. I thought the tweaks were supposed to be more friendly to solo players and small guilds? Or did I misunderstand that? (Edit to clarify: I KNOW this is an MMO. I KNOW I shouldn't (and I don't) expect awesome rewards for being anti-social and I completely accept that. I'm not one of those people who expects, wants, or needs BiS gear for grinding out Heroics. I just thought that the new conquest system would give me more to do in the game other than do heroics and right clicking on the now inferior version, non-mouth moving Vector to listen to his "you poked me" lines.)
  6. I had a screencap set from AGES ago where my male smuggler was meeting Theron on Manaan. The screen has Theron and Lana looking at him, him looking back at them with a scowl and his arms crossed, and Theron with his hand on his forehead (the scene was all in reaction to something Jakarro said). Oh, and my smuggler was wearing Theron's outfit. I had mentally captioned it with, "What? WHAT? WELL SOMEONE'S GOTTA CHANGE AND IT'S NOT GOING TO BE ME!" (with the intent of actually editing the pictures with those captions...just never got around to it.) I can't remember if it was on an old computer or if it's buried deeeeeeeep in my millions of screen caps that I've taken over the years in the multiple games I play. None of which are in any way, shape, or form organized (it's my secret shame). I kind of want to go look now, lol. *cue Mission Impossible theme*
  7. The bedspreads. THE BEDSPREADS! THE BEDSPREADS! They're ugly. Need to nuke them from orbit.
  8. That IS the nice thing about being able to finally customize Theron, Lana, and Senya. There's not a bunch of clones running around on Fleet. NOT a fan of the slave girl outfit though, and that's the downside of the customization. To be honest, I like Theron's original outfit. I like Lana's KotFE outfit as well, though my Inquisitor changed her into her SoR outfit just for variety. Those slinky outfits just looks so impractical, especially if the companion is fighting along side of you. Cover up that torso, yo! You're just asking for a gut shot!
  9. The fan in SCORPIO's room on the Agent's ship! It makes my hair blow slightly! KILL IT WITH FIRE! (In all seriousness though, BW's not going to read the thread and see that we've reached full Meta. They're just going to think we actually want to kill Corso, Vector, etc. Just a heads up.)
  10. LOL. Eshvara, if you had the choice, there'd just be Arcann companions as far as the eye can see (Meant as a well-meaning jest, not condemnation. Tone is hard to convey in the written form.)
  11. I'm glad that it did That was my intent when I wrote it. Because who actually likes or cares about Andronikos and Corso? I kid, I kid, I kid (sort of). Ultimately, it's all bad writing. It's written by someone (some ones) who are OBVIOUSLY not at all familiar with the original source material. Have you played a full blown, Dark 5 Darth Nox? It's completely out of character for a Nox to allow anyone, ANYONE, to back talk to them and allow them to live. Darth Nox punts puppies with spiky, steel toed boots, bathes in the blood of the cutest internet kittens, and drinks the tears of the saddest, most pathetic orphans just for the shiggles (that's a combined word for s**ts and giggles). The only character who's probably tied for being Over-The-Top evil is DS Jaesa (Okay, to be fair, that's how I view MY Nox. YMMV). That's not even getting into the fact that the Inquisitor (being the protagonist) will ALWAYS be more powerful than pretty much anyone else in the story, which happens to include Ashara, no matter how much meditating she's done on Voss. And then to let D5 Nox let her go without so much as a FIGHT? That's bad writing for the Inquisitor. Ashara's character development wasn't all that bad, to be honest. I actually believed her story progression. The real crime here is the insult to the Inquisitor, particularly a D5 one. It didn't even need to be a "Kill" option (because I'm not a fan of them, period. I didn't even kill Kaliyo and I really, REALLY never liked her-she never fit with my agent. Instead I exiled her.) Let it be a FIGHT where Ashara escapes and the Inquisitor VOWING to find her and kill her someday (it doesn't even need to be followed up upon, to be honest). Just make the Player Character come out on top instead of looking like a chump who didn't even TRY to live up to those D5 points. BW set the precedent long before Quinn returned by allowing players the option to kill Aric or Kaliyo. Once they opened THAT floodgate, THAT'S what started the "Well, we should be able to kill Quinn for what he did years ago!" had they never added that dumb "Kill" option for Kaliyo and Aric, and maybe just only had the "exile" option and stayed consistent through out, then there would have been a lot less complaining when Quinn's return rolled around. A few people with their "Murderections" would have screamed, but not as much as people are now. (That's not even getting into their whole desire to relive their past glory which in this case was the "Virmire" choice by making us choose a companion to live and die -Vette and Torian in this case. The WHOLE thing felt very forced because unless the Commander in that situation was a BH or SW they wouldn't care nearly as much as the ACTUAL PLAYER would. That's called Metagaming. Relying on the Player's knowledge rather than the Character's knowledge. That's just bad writing. But I think I've said that quite a few times already.) What was even WORSE about that was Quinn gets killed pretty much before he says, "It's good to see you my-- *GAAAAAACK*" There wasn't any build up. We had a full chapter with Aric and Kaliyo, each, before that option came up. Quinn's bleeding on our boots before he exhales. Man, that's not even getting into how badly Quinn's joining the Alliance was for anyone who WASN'T a SW. He says "Hi," and that's pretty much it. You never see him again. I wasn't even sure if he joined the Alliance until I checked my roster. Not even a letter of introduction. Quinn or Elara should have been your companion on Iokath instead of Theron. It's just TERRIBLE. I can COMPLETELY understand why people who like Quinn are super pissed about the "Kill" option. I don't care how much damage control BW was trying to do for mistakes they made six real life years ago, they didn't handle it well AT ALL and they just caved in to the vocal minority, frankly because the males over there at BW didn't like Quinn. They were GIGGLING about being able to kill Quinn on their announcement for Iokath Livestream. THAT'S NOT GOOD. THAT'S NOT FUNNY. THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE. First, don't worry: BW LOOOOOOOOOOVES their female characters whose names start with "L" (Lana, Liara, Leliana). So Lana will always be safe and sound (which, TBH, is probably why a lot of people are becoming disgruntled towards her) . It has nothing to do with her being an option for lesbian players to romance. It has EVERYTHING to do with her being female. And dudes can romance her, too. And that's FAAAAAARRR more important to the dudebros at BW, who operate under the assumption than there are no females on the internet and if there are, they CERTAINLY don't play video games. Ultimately I agree with you. I don't want BW to kill ANY of the companions. I want BW to live up to their former reputation of being the best story tellers in the business. However they seem to lack the desire to do so, or to even make the attempt to TRY with their limited resources. So we're stuck with...whatever this is. SIDE NOTE GUYS: We might want to knock it off with these "I wanna kill so-and-so" threads, even if they are in jest. BW doesn't actually READ these threads (If they did, they wouldn't have pushed out these sad excuses they call companion reunions), they just see the topics and assume they're serious. All these threads are going to do is make the whole "Let's kill all the companions and force them to get companions from the Cartel Market! *congratulatory back slaps all around*" an actual thing.
  12. Uh, ACTUALLY, and respectfully, you obviously didn't read the whole "Kill Vector" thread because a lot of the same people actually ARE saying that fair's fair and he should have had a kill option. (Which, to be honest, would have been a super confusing thing to add because he did absolutely nothing to warrant a kill option, ever, other than being a Joiner <-- a choice that was involuntarily thrust upon him I should add.) If you READ the whole point of this thread, it's that it ISN'T fair that Ashara (and Vector) didn't get a kill option. Seeing as back when Quinn was going to come back people were calling for his head, the Devs gave him a kill option without a "How do you do?" It's almost like a parody of calling for Quinn's head, with a little legit confusion as to why a Dark V Inquisitor is just allowed to let an insubordinate apprentice go without much of a fight. It's a bad characterization of the Inquisitor. It's not about the sexism of the players. It's the sexism of the writers and Devs for adding these options (and disproportionately paying more attention to female love interests and adding the kill option to more male love interests than the female ones). I'm not a fan of killing any of the companions. Reject them, banish them, sure, fine, whatever. Or maybe they should write the story better so there's no need to brick the companions at all. It's not something to take personally, though, and it's starting to look like you are. Take a breath (hear that in Lana's voice, I know I did when I wrote it). Demand better from the Devs and writers. If they step up to the plate, then us players would be much happier
  13. It's the Empire part that makes me sad for having my Agent side with them on Iokath. Because the Devs were all "Blah blah blah your Choices Matter on Iokath" I was really worried that if I chose the Republic that whenever Vector came back, he'd reject me because even though he's the NICEST character in the whole game, the Devs would be like, "Nope. Imperial character. Hates the Republic. Sucks to be you." Besides, my JK sided with the Republic and I was DESPERATE to see if it would have made a difference (it really didn't). So then all this stuff with how awful the Empire was to the Killiks I felt that my Agent betrayed Vector and, honestly, she'd be very upset with Lana for not bothering to MENTION the Killiks involvement in the war, especially since Lana would know how important Vector (and by extension the Killks) was to my Agent. Another reason why this whole "Return inferior companion models to their original class" thing bothers me is because now that he's now a Neutral Faction character he could have FIT IN PERFECTLY as a companion with any other class from any faction (so long as they were light leaning, of course). He always could have, but now with this new attitude he has towards the Empire, he'd fit in even more. They wasted his character. Wasted his character and favored Kaliyo over him.
  14. That's way too many flags and variables for BW to handle when they're at their BEST. You just need to have Arcann alive because you can't romance a corpse. And then choose the "Flirt" option and be all, "Yeah, Arcann, I'm warm for your form!" and your character is good to go.
  15. Okay! Amusing head canon time! Back in THE day, end of Act 3ish, Zissler (my Nine: First name is Miram), Vector, and crew are chit chatting. Zissler starts venting a bit about Hutts and how they are so difficult to deal with most of the time. She makes a proclamation that she's ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE that they know full well how to speak Basic, but they just choose not to because they just like being difficult. Vector, ever the gentle and somewhat trusting soul, disagrees! He's had dealings with the Hutts in the past. SURELY they are unable to speak Basic, because why in the heavens would they go out of their way to make negotiations difficult?! So they bet. Betting on Zissler's ship isn't for high MONEY stakes (which usually makes Kaliyo bow out in disgust). No. We're talking something like ten credits. Because it's not about the MONEY, it's about being RIGHT, and the long suffering sighs of the person who lost the bet gives the winner a certain amount of satisfaction. Bonus points if the long suffering sigh lasts through the rather immature "I was right, you were wrong dance." Only invoked when it's HIGH stakes, naturally. And this bet IS for High Stakes. Zissler: Hutts can speak Basic. Vector: They don't. (BTW, when he wins bets, he doesn't do the dance. He's a gracious winner. Naturally.) Temple: They don't. Kaliyo: They can (she can't help herself. She does so love doing the "I was right, you were wrong" taunts, ESPECIALLY when it's to Vector.) SCORPIO: Can't be bothered to participate because the bet, the discussion, and everyone on the ship is beneath her. Lokin: Lokin, curiously, declares "No bet." Won't clarify why. Just shakes his head with a chuckle when the other try to cajole him into betting.* Ship Droid: Prattles on about something, but nobody pays attention. Fast forward to Vector arriving on Odessen. Zissler is showing him around, introducing him to everyone which, OF COURSE, includes her advisors. She saves Doctor Oggurobb for last. Right before Vector goes into Oggurobb's lab, Zissler tells him, WARNS him actually, that the doctor will ask Vector for his brain to experiment on, what with him being a Joiner and all ("How fascinating!") and, NATURALLY he shouldn't feel bad when he declines, and BTW, don't be offended, Oggurobb asked for her brain as well. She doesn't go inside with him. She's not the type to laugh, or even smile that much (Vector's usually the only person who makes her want to) but if he were to see her grinning from ear to ear he would suspect something was up. She waits outside until Vector comes back out. She has the BIGGEST smile on her face as she holds out her hand for the ten credits. "They speak it fluently. They just choose not to." Vector heaves a long suffering sigh. He might not have remembered a debate from almost a decade ago, but as soon as Oggurobb started speaking...well the nest has a VERY long memory. He hands over the credit stick (hits his credit stick against hers? I was never really clear on how the physical credits worked in SWTOR). And then he heaves another long suffering sigh for a completely DIFFERENT reason. "Do you know how many negotiations...? *siiiiiiiiiiiigh* *shakes head in disbelief* Zissler pats him sympathetically on the shoulder and leads him to her, no THEIR room. She's TOTALLY going to do the "I was right, you were wrong" dance. It was High Stakes, after all. Just... you know...not in front of everyone on Odessen. Oh, and the Dance isn't a euphemism for sexy times. Think a mix between Elliot (from Scrubs) and Carlton (from Fresh Prince). With a lot of sticking out the tongue going, "Nyaaaahhh." Because, sometimes, a little bit of levity and silliness makes an otherwise bleak situation a bit more tolerable. There you have it. Silly head canon! *Lokin wouldn't take the bet because he at least knows OF Doctor Oggurobb and he didn't want to go for the easy win. At least not against Vector. Edit: This reads like my Agent is super petty and always needs to be right. It's not meant to be like that at all. It's supposed to be an endearing...riutal? that the crew did back in the day. Bringing it up isn't meant to be a shake down of Vector and his ten credits, nor even to nastily drive home a point of how she was right. It's meant to be something that sort of centers Vector and herself. To remind him of what was basically an inside joke they shared a long time ago. I see she and him laughing as she does her SUPER TERRIBLE dance. A dance that I'm pretty positive gets interrupted as he grabs her and kisses her. Mumbles something along the lines of "We've missed you. We've missed THIS." Aaaaannnd Fade To Black. Not even remotely mean in the slightest. I felt I needed to clarify.
  16. Hey, hey, HEY THERE, HOLD YOUR HORSES! They treat LANA with the utmost respect, TYVM! Oh...wait...you said comps. As in plural. Never mind. Carry on. :p:p:p:p
  17. Not from my personal experience, but someone I follow on Tumblr says that Vector does still say his battle cries. He probably won't say his ambient stuff anymore though seeing as this is "Future Vector" travelling to "Past Vector's" old world.
  18. A lot of what Vector said in his reunion actually lines up with a good portion of what you wrote. Heck, ALL of your stuff still fills in a lot of gaps. The only REAL difference is that he and the Killiks fought with the Eternal Empire (and were kind of decimated. At least THOSE Killiks were. Nothing saying that ALL the Killiks in the SWTOR galaxy had been conscripted.) And your ACTUAL reunion was done better. (I still love the "locking the agent's song and the key was her touch" bit.) The biggest difference is that yours was much, much better Edit: Man, I think I might need reread your fic now.
  19. (Emphasis mine) I get your entire point. However, if you honestly think that Risha, Corso, Vector, all companions who are being returned to their class only are actually going to get new content you're kind of kidding yourself. Basically, these "class only" returns is essentially killing them off in the main story. We're never going to hear from them again. Hell, I doubt we'll even get a letter from them (based off the fact that Vector hasn't sent my agent a letter once I got him back). These guys are GONE. They have been deemed "unimportant." How they've been treated basically shows this. (Siiigh. Remember how they PROMISED meaningful returns? Remember how we all used to believe in BW?) Back on track: OP, it doesn't matter if Vector has a "No Kill" option. He won't be around anymore to bug you (Aha, see what i did there? ) anyway. He's gone. Forgotten. Never to be heard from again. If he bothers you that much, just head canon that you killed him and move on with your life. Meanwhile I'll be over here with my head canon that the reunion with Vector was much better than it actually was.
  20. That...was probably the most embarrassing giggle snort I have ever done :D ETA: I just watched an Arcann video. I made my husband watch it with me. It really was cringe worthy and my husband said, "So THAT'S what happened to the author of 'My Immortal!'" He's not wrong. It's bad fanfic bad. Just, wow.
  21. My original head canon is that the Agent has always known where Vector was-"for the most part" is added after this update. Shortly after Ziost she and Vector made a rule that they can't travel together anymore for major missions. She kept the black box, you see. And so if anything were to happen to her, Vector would still have it and keep it safe until she returned. It fits with why she went on Marr's ship alone. (They also made their marriage official so they would have access to each other's bank accounts to fund any rescue missions.) Any arrangements they made would have covered family members, the nest, and the location of the ship when/if it needs to be dumped. Fall back plans. Plans that Lokin and Temple would have been "in" on (Agent did not ever trust SCORPIO or Kaliyo so they weren't in on it). Cipher Nine is NOT an idiot. They aren't going to be blindsided THAT easily-especially not after the whole "Keyword" incident; they always have a plan. (Cipher Nine is also smarter than Theron and a better spy. Means nothing in this case, just thought I'd throw that in there ) So Nine just plays along with Theron and Lana not knowing where Vector is. She doesn't trust them enough to tell them the actual plan. The plan was always to hide out in the Killik tunnels on Alderaan. Lokin would be a contact for Vector; someone he can touch base with (which explains why Lokin was on Alderaan of all places). EDIT: That was my original thoughts two years ago, when there was little information to go on. As time passed, I grew more hopeful and excited that maybe BW would come up with something better and have him on one of the new planets, or at least a DIFFERENT planet, so I came up with different head canons (my favorite being he was on Odessen all along, keeping tabs on Nine, but making sure the nest was safe, doing his job as Dawn Herald, before attending to his more enjoyable, personal business). I should have just stuck with the original head canon, I probably wouldn't have been nearly as disappointed Now to expand and add: Now, Vector's distress and break from the nest still makes sense here. It's one thing to plan for tragic events, but to actually EXPERIENCE them? Utterly terrible, especially for him. The reason being is that becoming a Joiner strips everything away from you. Including any sort of coping mechanisms. Why have those when the nest can absorb it and ease it from you, right? But Vector deeply, DEEPLY loves the agent and the nest just couldn't handle it. And then he had to experience the death of all his nest mates one by one? Jesus, imagine the PTSD he should have had and could have had if there was an actual competent writer at the helm. The hoarse, tense, and trembly voice he DOES have fits here though (I've rewatched my video three times now as I work the change into my head canon for him and I'm beginning to like it). Anyway, so Nine gets unfrozen. As soon as she can, she heads to Alderaan. Except Vector's not there anymore. What the deuce? Lokin fills her in on what he knows. Vector and the Killiks were the shock troops and they were pretty much decimated. Nine is rather perturbed that LANA failed to mention this, but that just gives Nine more reason NOT to trust her (I do NOT like Lana, no rhyme I can. I do no like her, Sam-I-Am). Things go even more pear shaped with Arcann, Vaylin, etc. Then Nine gets into contact with Temple. Temple's whole, "I have people looking for him" is code for, "I'll contact him through the special communicator you guys set up before your disappearance." So now we have the "reunion." Nine TRULY is happy, because for a few weeks game time she had no idea where he was and was afraid he was dead. He's tired, battle weary, still struggling with coping with her loss and the loss of the nest. On top of that, the strain of finding a new place to nest with the remaining Killiks. Again, this guy should be more affected by PTSD, but that's hard to write for if the writer has never gone through it, so it's probably best to leave alone (Hell, NINE should be suffering from it as well, since Act 2, and if not then, then after his/her torture in Act 3. That's not even getting into Valk being in his/her head. ANYWAY...) This got rambly, my apologies. I love thinking about character motivations and how events would affect them. I need to get my thoughts together and form a more cohesive, comprehensive "Think Out" of Vector and how the last seven years has affected him. TL;DR: Nine always knew where Vector SHOULD have been, but for a little while was worried when he wasn't where he was supposed to be. I second this. It's a shame that BW couldn't have been bothered to have Vector send us a message. My friend put it best, "So, Vector: How does it feel to be an afterthought?" Thank you for filling in where the paid writers should have
  22. I know they probably had something more grand planned back when they first started KotFE. But I feel that if they weren't 100% positive that they could follow through, then they shouldn't have even attempted it. Honestly ALL of KotFE didn't need to happen five years in the future. Our companions didn't NEED to be taken away. Our characters could have participated in that war. Flip flop around a few things and the end could still have been the same. Because now we have rushed returns to check a box. But that's a pipe dream now. Now it just feels like Charles only cares about HIS characters and everyone else was tossed to a writer who barely knows the vanilla companions' stories. It's...not ideal. Hell, BW, hire some fanfic writers! You have a few right here, in this thread! Go to every love thread and you'll find them. Writers who put much more thought into the characters than the whats-her-face BW writer who is obviously in love with only Arcann :/ As a side note:
  23. He'll still under "Imperial Agent Companions" though, just a heads up if you thought he'd be considered important to the story later . Oh, and you don't need a companion at all to go get Vector. There are no enemies where he's located.
  24. Oh yeah, the burn out is strong with this one and I realize that. I was on a break until my sister took an interest in this game again. Believe it or not, I'm actually quite optimistic in real life but when I start letting things like a VIDEO GAME piss me off, I have enough self awareness to know that it's time to take a step back. That's why I'm extremely apologetic about my current negativity and I will attempt to stop for the remainder of my time here. I would much rather dissect the implications of what Vector talked about and how that would affect him as a character (one of the reasons why, even though it was jarring at first, I'm warming up to his voice sounding more hoarse and such. It adds to his character development <----See? Optimism!) As for clicking on the companions, I do it all the time, usually when I'm sitting in my stronghold waiting for whatever, or when I'm healing up with the class heal. My favorite from Vector is, "when we're done, perhaps we'll work on our memoirs." I will click and click on him until he says it, lol. And watching his facial animations as he looks contemplative, or pensive or whatever...it was a nice, immersive touch that is now bugged.
