  1. Thanks for your post and explanation. I hate to go off topic but I seriously hope the Ambient sound bug is fixed for Copero SH because it's really annoying to hear the sound all the time unless I log completely out of the client. Would also love to see Mak-Ska SH on my legacy. As for galactic seasons I love it so much that I completely unlocked it. It was worth the money for me personally. I will play it out on other servers. Love everything except these two bugs and especially the Copero SH sound bug. That's major for me when I need to log out of the client. Doesn't motivate me to log back in.
  2. I have all my sounds to 0 except for voice, yet each time I enter the Copero Stronghold there is this extremely loud ambient sound of wind. It follows me regardless if I switch servers or accounts. The only way I can get rid of it is to actually log out of the client. I hope with this new patch today that horrible sound is fixed. Second gripe.. Mak-Sha stronghold still not showing on any of my legacies on any server. Hope that gets fixed too. Thanks! PS does anyone know how I can stop it other than logging out after each time I visit the stronghold? Thanks!
  3. Mak-sha still not showing up in legacy. The update did not fix that.
  4. I know they didn't use those words specifically but it was nevertheless implied or at least that's how I interpreted it. We all see things differently so I do agree with posters who said they should have been more specific in their wording.
  5. They always said that it was but yes also APAC.
  6. Yeah I do pugs when they are available. It's a new server so like any baby, takes time to grow. I'm patient. I actually find the newness refreshing. I'm not saying that I don't want transfers because I do. I'd like to transfer my legacy. By the way, on the character transfer page of your account in the rules it states: "...must have been open for at least 90 days." It hasn't been 90 days yet. That will be in 5 more days if you want to get technical or if we just stick by the month, then February 16th since the server opened November 16th.
  7. Hi, I'm actually one of the people who spend time playing on the server, not as much as I should since last update but I plan to do so more. What I find interesting is that if all these people who have become chronic posters were actually playing on the server, it would be alive, robust as any server should be. I doubt transfers will make that big of a difference to be honest as far as server population goes. Some folks just like to complain. I'm all for complaining for the right reasons. I've complained my fair share over the years about things that I believe in but then there comes a point of what is called? Oh yeah, kicking a dead horse. My advice, play the game or find a new hobby and just patiently wait because griping won't speed things up.
  8. Thanks for all your advice, greatly appreciate it.
  9. I'm only stating the exact word verbatim that I've been told, TK Sage is not viable for NiM and most HM.
  10. Thanks for your input but that's the problem. I want my TK Sage to be able to participate in all endgame content, including NiM or HM. As it currently stands, it cannot. I sincerely hope Broadsword will fix what Bioware broke with the PVE TK Sage, especially since devs state that all classes should be viable for all content. It's obviously not true according to most people in the SWTOR community across all servers.
  11. It's very discouraging when according to devs every dps class should be able to participate in end-game content such as vet and master ops yet player base says otherwise. That's why I created this thread because I was hoping for feedback from SWTOR community on their experience with not only TK Sage but also with other dps classes who are currently not able to participate in end-game content as we are alluded to believe that we can.
  12. Thanks for all the info. Very interesting. I hope TK sage can be viable for all content, as all dps classes should be according to devs. If they are not, then some adjustments should be made. I will say since last update I'm seeing a slight improvement in my character's dps but then again that could be rotation or improved stats due to gear upgrades. All I really know is that I strive to do the more challenging content on my TK sage.
  13. Hi, I'm getting varying opinions across servers about TK Sage viability since the BIG nerf years ago as a dps role in end-game content such as hm and nim. I just wanted to hear from the swtor community their opinion on the subject. If they are viable, what is best rotation and stats? Yes, I've read online blogs, sites, youtube, etc but none of that advice changes anything for my beloved tk sage. Thank you.
  14. I don't even list my items anymore. If I weren't in the hospital with nothing else to do I'm not sure I would continue playing. I have quit in the past because of previous updates and didn't return for a few years. It's unfortunate because I guess the development team or publisher appears to not really care. However, I'm extremely happy with the new content, currency exchange and other options to have end game gear so that people who are casual players like me might actually have a chance to play some of the end game content. For that, I thank them.
  15. Thanks for reminding me because I forgot to mention that bit too.
  16. That's impossible to sell an item higher than the lowest price unless it's a bug because the system is not designed for that.
  17. The only way to sell is to play the GTN game and only list an item at a time, always undercutting the next person. I don't have time for that and also that's just not who I am as a person so it's really beneath me. I also don't like that we can no longer collect the credits in mail but I do appreciate collecting the credits instantly. I still prefer the old system and the freedom and so many other things that I've previously posted about.
  18. No, if you read my previous posts, I've outlined in detail all of the reasons why personally I don't like this GTN with latest update.
  19. I would just like to say that with the old GTN people did undercut, sure. I never played that game. I didn't worry because I knew that when their stuff sold, people would eventually buy my reasonably priced items too. It's not a fair system under this new GTN. As I said in my OP I'm happy with many changes with the recent update, just not the GTN.
  20. The only way to sell now is to play the GTN game of listing one item at a time, standing there after each items sells, constantly undercutting other sellers. It's terrible for a game. This game requires many credits to play.
  21. I also sell dyes so am having the same identical problem.
  22. They need to care about players, and what their paying customers think, because at the end of the day it can cost them financially.
  23. I respect your opinion but I still stand by my original opinion and suggestion. I prefer the old system and I think most do.
  24. First of all I'll start on a positive note despite the subject title. I do love the improvement in graphics. I like the new currency system because it allows casual players a chance to get better gear so that they can actually try more challenging content. The improvement in stats has actually made my character worth playing again. Thank you for that! On a more sour note, the changes to the GTN has literally ruined my game. My sales have dropped significantly. Maybe your sales will drop too if you don't fix this. The economy is a big part of the game. The older system although it may be flawed was working. It was better than the new current system. I like seeing everything for sale all at once. I like to have the freedom of choice to choose who I buy from and how much I actually want to pay. I like getting credits in the mail because if I'm on field, or wherever, I can simply summon my mail droid. Everything has become so complicated. It's become a kind of communistic GTN. Player has only one option, to buy the cheapest price. Even then that doesn't always work because sometimes it only allows you to buy one. Seller puts up an item, only to have someone else come along and list the same item for only 1 credit cheaper. It's become a vicious cycle of do you cancel listing and lose expensive listing fee to play this who undersell each other just because you need credits or not? The older system you had the option to list items in the order you want and to choose who you want to buy from or to actually just see everything. I can tell you that nearly everyone on the fleet is complaining about the GTN. Not everyone reads the forums or takes the time to post. I hate to say this, but a lot of people might stop playing the game if they have no real way to earn credits. The only real solution is to listen to your customers and bring back the old GTN because it actually worked... at least better than this. Thanks for listening.. I hope you do anyway.
