  1. So you have no idea when you can play, but still want Bioware/EA to cater to your schedule? Eh?
  2. Yes there's a difference. And no, we don't need them. If you want the channels spammed with: 'LFM for X, must have LetMeSpyOnYourGear rating of Y, ICannotHealSoINeedThisCrutch needed for healing spot, IHaveNoIdeaHowAggroWorks addon for tanking spots, and LookAtMyBigFlashyNumbers addon for dps spots' ... go play that other MMO.
  3. No. For the love of all that is holy .... no. The only thing worse would be player run Gungans.
  4. To be honest, half of your list is unnecessary 'fluff', and a waste of development time.
  5. If anything, Bioware was too lenient. Exploiting to gain credits should be in the same category as buying/selling credits for cash. They both have the exact same impact on the game economy.
  6. Personally, I found healing with my Sorcerer to be quite dull. Changed him to a madness/lightning spec, rolled an operative for healing, and never looked back.
  7. This is the most ridiculous 'logic' I've seen yet on these boards. Let me guess, you're for buying in-game credits from spammers for cash, so it can stimulate the game economy even more.
  8. If you absolutely NEED to take an IQ test to see if you're above the intelligence level of a chimpanzee, you'll probably fail. If you absolutely NEED a DPS meter, you've already failed.
  9. Here's a solution for your problem: Don't PvP. Problem solved.
  10. I've been in 2 weekend betas, and all of early start. Haven't crashed ONCE. Don't blame the client on crappy/unmaintained hardware.
  11. Most of the companies owning the domains for these 'services' are based in China. There is no 'racism', merely fact.
  12. The only 'failsauce' I see is people not being able to comprehend why they had to take down the servers for the midnight official launch. Duh.
  13. If you keep Stim Boost up whenever possible, and keep double Kolto Probes on the tank, healing is a breeze. At least for me, that is. I even have free time to fire off default rifle shots and the occasional Corrosive Dart, etc.
  14. The method (pre-Surgical Probe) that works best for me is: Kolto Injection on tank Burn Tactical Advantage immediately by popping Stim Boost If the tank is taking massive damage, use Kolto Injection as needed until you have time to lay 2 Kolto Probes on him/her Then you simply keep Stim boost up whenever possible, keep double Kolto Probes on the tank, and on other party members as needed, and watch to see if any DPS'ers snag aggro and need aid. This usually gives me ample energy and opportunity to keep Corrosive Dart on at least one target, and periodic standard rifle attacks. When the pack of enemies is down to the last mob, I usually can double Kolto Probe the tank for the last time, walk in and Backstab/Shiv/Overload Shot from behind.
  15. If you're finding healing with Kolto Injection, Kolto Probe and Surgical Probe 'clunky', you should consider switching to DPS or tanking. Even at level 18 or so, this is the easiest healing I've done in an MMO since EQ1 in 1999.
  16. Oh look, another dude wanting to cross-RP and romance a female companion. How original.
  17. "DD" originally meant Direct Damage, as opposed to Damage Over Time (DoT), and Area of Effect (AoE) damage. "Damage Dealer" is as lame as "DPS", to be honest.
  18. Artifice can craft magenta color crystals at higher levels. I believe they look pinkish on a lightsaber.
  19. This. So if you have a character with Artifice, and an alt with Cybertech, you can make every plugin for customizable gear, except for gun barrels (and maybe vibros, not sure).
  20. If you have one character with Artifice, and one with Cybertech, you can create every plugin for customizable gear, except for gun barrels. That's something to keep in mind.
  21. It depends on your class/AC. If you have a character with healing, Biochem is mostly a waste. I wouldn't pick it up with a healer, just for the buffs, there's more useful skills.
  22. Artifice 'mods' fit in the Enhancement slot on armor AND weapons. Any gear with an Enhancement slot, basically.
