  1. Should be against the back wall of the room, behind the stairs and a little to the right of the center. At least thats where it is for the Imperial side, i dont know if theres a different lay-out for the Republic casino.
  2. As this is a question about the finale of the Imperial Agent storyline, it will obviously contain spoilers. Procees at your own risk .
  3. If you're talking about credits, than you can mail them to other characters. But only if youre a subscriber, F2P's can not send mail. (im not sure if this restriction applies to Preferred players). If by gold, youre talking about Cartel Coins. In that case the answer is no, you cannot transfer it to others. Though Cartel Coins are a legacy-wide currency, meaning all characters on the same account have acces to it.
  4. Flashpoints, Operations and Uprisings are the only type of missions that actually require you to group up, these missions are literally made as group content. Note that some Flashpoints also have a 'story-mode', which is made for solo runs. Aside from that theres Heroics, planetary missions that are just a tad more difficult than regular missions but those are often still soloable, especially with a healing companion. If the missions that you struggle on are not any of these above, but instead just 'regular' missions, than the problem is likely on your end. Could be that you're underleveled or undergeared, maybe your gear is even broken for not repairing it frequently? I suggest looking into your gear first If you cant find people to help you, maybe youre on a less populated server? I play on the Red Eclipse and finding a group is usually not that difficult, especially not during the weekends when the servers are the most crowded. If this is the case, you might want to consider moving to another server with your family. For Americans the Harbinger and Ebon Hawk are the most populated servers (im pretty sure), while for EU side the Red Eclipse is by far the largest, and Progenitor coming in second.
  5. I was wondering if you get the prior level cap achievements when you create a character at 60 or 65 using the Outlander Token. At this point, i have raised nearly every class to level 70, only excluding the Imperial Agent. The only time i used an agent was in the past when i had F2P status, so when i completed the story at level 50 i deleted it and started another class story. Now that i am subscriber i just want to get each class to the new cap, however for the Agent i do not have the achievement of hitting level 55 (nor the ones beyond 55, obviously). So this raises my question, if i use a token to start an Agent at level 65, will i automatically get the achievements of the 55 and 60 level caps, or do i actually need to train a character up to those points.
  6. Simply put; when you use the token to create a level 60 character your story will start at chapter I of the Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion. All story based content prior to this expansion will not be accesable for you. As Jagaimee stated though, Flashpoints surrounding the prior expansions will still be playable. The same goes for using the token to create a level 65 character, only then your story will start at chapter I of the Knights of the Eternal Throne expansion. Which means all choices during the KotFE expansion that influence your story in KotET, will already be made for you.
  7. [MILD KOTFE/KOTET SPOILER] Well, as the title already says, i wonder if every potential companion during KotFE & KotET have a 'refusal achievement'. During my first playthrough of the expansions i simply tried to gain all companions. When i came to the mission to recruit some Wookie (not Bowdaar) it was the first time i had to choose to either recruit the Wookie, or let Broonmark kill him and recruit Broonmark instead. At that time i chose the Wookie, as that was the mission & it was a Light sided playthrough, thus forcing me to refuse the services of Broonmark. Refusing Broonmark got me an achievement of doing so, and so i wondered if every potential companion has a similar achievement to get. Ofcourse with Yuun youre not giving a choice. (as far as i know) Right now im doing another playthrough on a Sith, so i suppose now would be the better time to refuse/kill the potential recruits and get the achievements on the way. But i would like to know if this is something you can do for all potential companions or only a few, so maybe i can save myself a lot of time.
  8. As for your personal story, no its not. At least not from my experience, back in the day when you couldnt choose your companions discipline i almost always used tanks/dps companions, and it worked out just fine. For Heroics a healing companion is useful so you can solo them more easily. When it comes to multiplayer gameplay though, a healer would definetly be helpful. Lower level flashpoints are generally easier to get the new people going, but later on the general split of 1H, 1T & 2DPS is very useful, even more so in operations. Though, if you don't see yourself becoming a raider i suppose its not too important for you, maybe you prefer focusing on solo gameplay and thus heroics would be enough for you. And as i said, heroics are easily doable with a healer companion. And as a Sentinel, healing is not your job. So if you do decide to do a FP/Operation every once in a while, you can search for a Healer to group up with, but you ought to focus on DPS.
  9. So this is a request concering the mission ''Mutations'', a Heroic 2+ on the Republic side of Taris. The heroic itself is very straightforward; kill 5 irradiated rakghouls and you're done. The problem is the mission area holds only 6 of these rakghouls, spread across 5 groups of mobs. Taris is a fairly quick planet to complete when running heroics, and thus a good amount of players come here. Pretty much every time i come to this heroic there are 2 or more other players hunting for the same rakghouls, resulting on all of us constantly waiting for the mobs to respawn. Today i spend +- 45 minutes on the Taris heroics (there are 6 total), 15 of those was wasted on waiting for the iraddiated rakghouls to respawn. Now this is a very mild problem, it does not cause any glitches or stop mission progress altogether, but it's just such an annoyance to continously having to wait at this mission. Besides that one could argue that grouping up with the people present is a solution, and to that i say; that doesn't always work. I have grouped up with some people in the mission area at times, but there are always people neglecting the invite, or one of the people already progressed a bit into the mission, meaning they have to re-do some untill the other groupmates are done as well, and so on and so on. My request is simple, either decrease the respawntime, or take out some of the other mobs and replace them with the irradiated rakghouls. Either of these solutions will have a positive effect on the players experience in this mission area, as there will be less need to constantly wait on respawns. Thank you for reading my request, and i hope you'll consider the possibilities.
  10. I can't really tell you much classes have changed over the years, i've been playing somewhat constantly so for me the changes have been gradual Some classes do have certain skills added or removed, but overall it's still the same classes that are able to tank, heal, stealth etcetera. On the website below you can see the ranking of all classes & disciplines in terms of DPS, HPS and Tanking ability. https://torcommunity.com/guides/miscellaneous/class-rankings#dps-rankings The total population on SWTOR has gone down quite a bit over the years. I believe The Red Eclipse and Ebon Hawk are the most populated servers on EU and American sides respectively. On the website below you can see the current server status and population, the higher the number under 'average' the better of course. http://swtordata.com/server_statuses Hope this helped, and welcome back!
  11. In terms of companions & story only the first run matters, even if you haven't fully completed KotFE and KotET yet. If you run a previous chapter again, you'll not be able to call upon your companions. For example chapter 2 of KotFE is done completely solo (with the exception of Valkorion's buffs), any companions you've gained before, like Gault or Aric you will not be able to use during that run. However when you complete or quit that chapter you will be returned to Odessen and you will have acces to your companions again. Additionally your earlier progress will be saved, so you can start again at chapter XI or wherever you are whenever you choose to do so.
  12. Obvious spoiler Compared to the Inquisitor ending, the Consulars ending isn't all that special. There is a difference between Dark and Light side Consulars, but that difference is only wether or not you will be given a seat on the Jedi Council. Light side does, Dark side does not. It's barely a minute of dialogue and if you go Light side you won't actually sit on the Council and make decisions or whatever, so the difference isn't that important.
  13. Something i've always wanted to see are spin-off movies about Revan, Marka Ragnos, Tenebrae, Darth Bane, Darth Krayt, they all got such interesting stories i think it would be incredible to see them on the big screen. This grabbed my attention, i would also love to see more of the Jedi that initially managed to survive Order 66, even if they were hunted down afterwards. Overall there are many incredible persons and stories in the SW-universe, wether it be canon or expanded universe, so many that they'll never be able to do justice to it all. But regardless i hope the filmmakers decide to take a step away from the Skywalker saga and make more spin-offs.
  14. Im not exactly new but figured this is the best forum to ask this sort of thing. I have recently returned from a long break and noticed that the server with my characters has become less popular, so im considering moving to a more populated server. On the server i currently play i have a level 50 legacy with 8 characters of level 60 or above, on the server im considering moving to i have no characters, no legacy, nothing. If i were to transfer ALL of these characters to another server, do i keep the legacy, it´s achievements, unlocks and all that? Do my fully completed strongholds also transfer or will these get deleted? Are the items in my cargo holds safe? Additionally, if i were to transfer only one, or a few, characters, what happens than to the aforementioned subjects? Im especially concerned about my strongholds because there is a LOT of credits invested in those.. Hopefully someone can provide some clarity, thanks in advance!
  15. I just want to add that a cheap alternative to the white/white dye module is the white/light gray dye. Colour wise it's pretty damn close but in contrast to the white/white dye which tends to sell for millions upon millions of credits on the GTN, the white/light gray dye module only costs ~90k (on my server at least). Personally i've used the white/light gray dye module on Thexan's armour set and you can barely see any difference if you stand next to Arcann.
  16. All classes have their respective opposites on the other faction, such as Jedi Knight and Sith Warrior, the same goes for advanced classes too. As far as i have seen, the abilities you get to use are very similar between the two opposing classes. The name and look of the skills are different of course, but the effect are the same for the most part. As for melee, i believe the Jedi Sentinel is the best DPS class, all 3 disciplines you can choose between are all DPS oriented. Whereas classes such as the Jedi Guardian can also be Tank specced. When it comes to ranged DPS it will have to be the Gunslinger for me. basicly the same as the Sentinel, the Gunslinger is pure DPS oriented whereas the other three ranged advanced classes are all able to be either Tank or Healing specced.
  17. I don't know how the Republic is handling this, but on the Imperial side she has been... well.. Let's say she has been properly educated to not judge the masters decorating skills.
  18. Personally, i love strongholds. I have decorated 3 different strongholds to completion now, not just planted random stuff all over the place to gain the conquest bonus but actually decorated them to feel homely. And still i find myself redecorating certain rooms just for the fun of it. Which brings me to the topic; what planets could potentially host new strongholds? I've thought of a few planets that i'd love to see obtain a stronghold; Voss: The Republic introduction to strongholds even states; ''Strengthen your political connection and expand your influence in the galaxy''. With this sentence Voss seems like a no-brainer right? Strengthening political influence on the Voss as you try to convince them to join either Empire or Republic. Alderaan: Kind of similar to Voss, politics obviously plays a major role on Alderaan, so why not strengthen the Empires/Republics hold on it? Odessen: As this planet is like the capital world of the Alliance, your own personal home on Odessen would make sense to me, especially after the ending of KotET it seems reasonable to assume you'd spend a lot of time there. Not to mention these three planets all have beautiful scenery, at least in my opinion. So these are my favorite planets where i'd like to see a stronghold, what do you guys think? What planets would you like to have a home on? I'm curious to see what others think.
  19. I've had my game freeze on me during several moments in Fallen Empire and Eternal Empire. A rather quick solution i found was just lowering your graphic settings for the moment, something else that really helped me was putting the game in window-mode. I don´t really know how the latter helped my performance but it did, so it might just work for you too.
  20. Kaliyo likes to operate independently, so she'll dislike being a servant of Darth Jadus, however she does like pretty much anything that has to do with killing other people. If i remember correctly she ask the Agent at some point why you serve the empire, to which you can answer ''i get to cheat, lie and kill, and do it legally'' which will get you a decent amount of affection with her. So Kaliyo basicly likes to be an independent mercenary, but if she can achieve more by working for someone than she'll approve of that.
  21. You can open the collections menu with 'CTRL + C', either go through all the lists untill you find what youre looking for or use the search bar near the top right of the menu to search for the item. If you've obtained a certain item on one of your characters if will be unlocked on that character forever, meaning that you can obtain it via the collections menu whenever you wish, though if you want to unlock it account-wide you need to pay a fee with cartel coins. This will vary between either 60, 240 or 400 CC (i believe, correct me if im wrong) depending on the rarity of said item.
  22. As stated above the Jedi Knight and Sith Warrior are melee oriented where you can choose to be either heavily offensive with the Sentinel and Marauder class (Wielding 2 sabers) or to be a Tank with the Guardian and Juggernaut. On the other side the Jedi Consular and Sith Inquisitor are more Force based. Specializing in the Sage or Sorcerer class grants you the option to be a Healer or a short to mid-range attacker whereas the Shadow and Assassin classes are stealthy, being able to camouflage and wielding a double-bladed lightsaber. Those are the differences in combat styles, as for the story; the Jedi Knight is basicly the 'main' storyline of the game meaning that for many new players this is the go-to class. But personally i believe the Sith Inquisitor's story to be just as good. And while the Consular and Warriors story are also very fun to play, theyre not my favorites. If youre not truely fixated on playing as a force user, i heavily recommend the Imperial Agent class, in my opinion by far the most interesting story of the bunch.
