SIMPLE SOLUTION: LOTRO appearance tab.... when u click on the icon what now opens options to unify, hide head etc.. another tab should open where u can equip cosmetic items which can be anything of any lvl... simply for looks

So are u guys mad cuz now everyone is competitive in PvP and u can't faceroll now that everyone is equal??? My EWH gear is now useless AND I LOVE IT.... No more grinding new PvP players like weak mobs.... IMO only one that are complaining about this are players that lack of skill to win by it and not mearly gear. yea....i hate to break it to you...this game is easy as it is..and if u can play properly u would save ur cleanse for tight spots in pvp and in pve its sooo not a problem...CC makes mmo's chalenging..if not CC's then we would just click click click to win Edit: Try to interupt sometimes too Edit2: resolve bar is just fine..just learn to utilize it
