Hello, I'm a returning player from before Makeb released. I recently just hit 55 on my BH, and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to go about getting geared, or what to do now? I recently did the Oricon quests and dailies, and they were really hard, considering my gear, and my companions gear. Any advice would be appreciated.

I wish, I really hope so. I'd like to stay on Harbinger, but not being able to play during prime time when you work 40 hours a week, etc, makes me really question transferring.

Exactly.. I've already used the refer a friend to transfer TO Harbinger. Lol.. Surprise, surprise that was a mistake, but I did it a while ago.. If I had known the issues I would have stayed on The Ebon Hawk. Jokes on me, I guess, and I have 9 characters on Harbinger now.

Can we get free character transfers off of Harbinger? That's now 2/30 days that my game-time has been interrupted. You do know some of us work, and have real life priorities with limited time to play, and we can't wait around on the servers all night, right?

You're welcome. I'm doing the same thing trying to get to champ. I hit the cap last night. So I'm saving all my rep until next week. Another good idea, is to use your rep tokens in such a way that you will be really close to 12k, and then, for instance, say you are at 11,995.. Use the biggest rep gain trophy you have, that way you can maximize rep you gained this week. Then save all your trophies for next week after that, and keep doing the event and bounties so you have a lot to gain rep with next week. I really want the helmet too.. And the treek customization... And the HK customization.... The HK, requires legend though, so that's gonna take a few events. Lol

So I would save all of your rep tokens, and your completed bounty contracts once you hit 12,000 weekly, until the weekly tracker resets again next week. Once it resets, you can use all your rep items, and trade your completed bounties in for the item you want.

This site has all you need to know as far as rep: http://dulfy.net/2013/02/12/swtor-galactic-reputation-guide/ To answer your question: it is 15,000 rep points for champion, once you are hero level.. and you get approx 900 for regular Bounties, and 1440 for kingpin. So, it depends how many characters you have, etc. EDIT: also of note, you are capped at 12,000 rep points per week, so if you started with more than 12,000 rep to go until champion, you will have to save some of your rep tokens until next week.

Hello, I have a few cartel coins that I've gotten through my sub and security key, that I don't plan on using. So, I was wondering, is there anything on the Cartel Market that sells well on the GTN? I know f2p players like to buy unlocks, but I also know they are credit capped. Any advice is much appreciated.

Wanted to provide an update since the event is going on now. All my characters are guilded, with 10% rep bonus, I am a subscriber, so I am earning the maximum bonus. I bought 11 completed bounty contracts yesterday(average price 52k per). So I was able to complete 3 kingpin bounties with the 4 I earned, plus the 11 I bought. I ended up with 10,800 total reputation with the BBA, approximately, for that one day. I don't plan on buying many, if any more completed contracts, as I feel I should be able to get there without it now. My standing is now newcomer, with about 4,500 rep to go to become friend level. I appreciate all of your help in this matter, it certainly made it a lot easier for me. I also researched, I only need friend ranking to get the heavily modified blaster carbines, so I may stop at friend rank to get those, and then go for champion next event. Thanks a lot!
