  1. Chiming in to add support for the request of anti-focus tools for Guardians/Juggs. Both DPS specs are loathed by group members in PVP, and being the low hanging fruit is no fun for the player either. In regard to the Perseverance Tactical redesign, I don’t see the point. Using it would be a DPS loss compared to the current BIS Cauterized Coronary Tactical. With current gearing, the Perseverance Tactical would represent an approximate 16.5K combined gain per activation* of Zealous Leap/Obliterate and Concentrated Slice/Furious Strike. This would represent an over 3k net loss per Cauterized Coronary cycle. *Note the real-world difference would be an even greater loss as 2 charges of Force Clarity/Furious Power would not always be available in the rotation leaving Concentrated Slice/Furious Strike periodically unbuffed further lowering DPS. IMO adding Riposte/Retaliation into Swift Slash/Brutality and Dispatch/Vicious Throw into Force Lash would bring DPS more in line. This would also allow minor DPS tweaks to made by adjusting Force Lash damage in the future. Fixing the bugs for the charge system on the leaps and AOE taunts would be greatly appreciated too!
  2. Torso armors that include a waist cape (kama) cause the player to grow a rather sizable rear end once equipped. The models display fine in the preview window. It seems most notable on body types 1 and 2. While I'm sure Sir Mix-a-Lot approves, its rather annoying to me, especially on males characters. There are some pretty cool looking armors on the way that include the capes, so it would be great if this could be remedied soon. Much obliged.
  3. +1, definitely prefer this as hood down. On a side note, are we back to having extra junk in the trunk for male body type 2 on the kama armor models? I have not worn one for a while. TOR Fashion and Dulfy show the Jedi Strategist on types 1 and 3 and they are flat, but the shots in the new trailer show their type 2 with a rather plump derriere.
  4. Oddly enough I found dark orange / medium brown to work pretty well on the top. Ditched the pants though, nothing fixes that racing stripe on the side. Carth Onasi pants have a good look, and are nice dark brown. For my new Knight I'll head play this setup as: At least the shoulder pad is not insanely oversized, and a touch of armor works at this point in the story for me due to the player's status. The orange is really not so orange when mained on the top, nor does it have the shiny vinyl look, and matches up pretty well with the color choices of the player's master. By the end of Chapter 1 it will be time to ditch the armor and roll with a proper robe though.
  5. Wow, thanks Kaitou! I skipped right over the blow up of that image and just looked at the individual pieces. It's kind of sad how hopeful I am for this. I think the Exiled Knight is a good concept, it just does not dye well at all imo. The fabric does not have the appearance of cloth, its almost vinyl like to my eyes. If the Exiled Master copies the texturing of the Insidious Counselor robe, then there should be no worries in that department. I also like how the Insidious robe's hood lays, normally I wouldn't care for it to be hood up, but I think that one looks good, so hoping that is a carry over on the modeling as well. Keeping my fingers crossed until released.
  6. Giving this thread a bump in the hopes that this robe makes it into the upcoming Disavowed Alliance pack sans backpack.
  7. +1 100% less backpack please. Plain Jedi robe suits me fine, don't much care for the back-to-vocational-school edition.
  8. Unless they go on strike http://www.denofgeek.us/games/video-games/249310/video-game-voice-actors-may-be-about-to-go-on-strike I wonder how many chapters of KOTFE have been recorded already?
  9. This is a pretty major pet peeve of mine also. I'd pay a foolish amount of cartel coins for a Derelict Lightsaber that was 20% smaller.
  10. Saw this sketch art years ago, before I started playing SWTOR, and have been envisioning a Jedi playthrough with them ever since. Definitely a "strong" would buy!
  11. I'll throw in a +1. Been holding off on the "ideal in my head" Knight playthrough until these come out. At this point I would just assume a Kickstarter type program be implemented to allow direct funding to get this pushed to the front of the queue. Go ahead and put me down for $150.00 on the front end, and the typical 1440 Cartel Coin direct purchase plus account unlocks when they get released (double all amounts if hood toggle and or up/down versions are included, reduce all amounts to zero if the only offering is the typical "make me look bald" hood up).
  12. Why would I want to cover my glorious beard with a mask?! Obviously a true stand alone hood toogle would be the preferred method. But, being as that has been put to the way backburner, I would happily take a helm piece as a concession for something sooner. At least from a coding standpoint, it seems like it would be the easiest to implement, since they already have the models for most of the armors. As far as masks go, I personally wouldn't care to have a hood down when sporting one, but maybe I am in the minority on that ...
  13. Thanks for the replies, although re-reading my post I don't think I made it clear enough. I should have specified that the armorings in question would be crafted and not ripped. If you put a crafted Advanced Might Armoring 31 into a crafted Underworld War Leader piece, what would happen set bonus wise?
  14. Chiming in my support for a reduction. Really like this model, just can't handle the scale.
  15. +1 I'll support anything that gets the damn hoods down. And if done as a head slot item, the "Hide Helmet" option would essential serve as a hood toggle, no?
  16. Do crafted shells pick up set bonuses when an armoring is added? If so would the armoring have to be a match as found in the original drop? For example: If you added an Advanced Guardian Armoring 31 (x2 or x4) to 2 or 4 pieces of Underworld War Leader gear would you get the respective set bonus? If so, and to take it further, what would happen if you used an Advanced Might Armoring 31 instead?
  17. - Hood toggle - Classic jedi / sith robes. Preferably the full CM purchased set variety, equipable at lvl 1 - armor dyes - Chance to RE random armor drops to orange, or provide crafting schematics for these models - New hair styles that are unique to PC's. I dislike repeatably being in a cut scene with a NPC that has my exact hair cut - Legacy vault - Companion shared mounts. Expedition dialog should trigger while mounted with them also - Boarding ship should not be an automatic take off - Increase the aggro range for wandering strong mobs when approaching PC's in combat. I also like the idea of having some wandering (or static with a very large aggro range) mobs that act like real scouts. If they come upon you while engaged in combat, they run to their nearest mob group and aggro that pack back to you. Or reinforce said group and grant it some form of "readiness" bolster. - New body models, i.e. for males something in between 2 and 3 - I really liked someone's idea about having weapon sound tied to the type of color crystal used. As its a shame to have a particular model you like visually not sound the way you want.
  18. Bringing this one back to life, as I was under the impression that there was supposed to be an orange/custom version for any of the green skins. Anybody found one for this particular item?
  19. As others have already stated, I love that its a Star Wars game. The stories are well done. They draw me in, and actually feel like they belong within the SW universe. Not at all a fan of having to look at my Jedi from underneath a hood at all times though. Ergo, my hope would be for that all elusive Hood Toogle.
