It was never at laucnher. But its kinda common stuff... Most of maintances and shutdowns coming out from the blue here. There is even crapload of memes about lost progress cause of that. Get used to it

Thank you for response. The problem is - at bug report section - there is no any chat interface. So i reported it..and thats it. Plus - i never heard bout programmers and other direct-to-server workers ever contacted any player. And i've been around for a while. Plus - ofcourse i never worked for EA. So i dont really know how things are working there. But i used to be gm at some mmo projects (i would not mention those at forums of other game. Usally its frowned And.. as far as i know programmers dont even have an access to actual characters database, unless something really big or unusal is going on Different folks for different jobs. For reasons i mentioned above - i think situation is weird. And... well, i can be wrong ofcourse, but it seems no one will give an issue an actual look...

Hello. Romance of my character and lana suddenly bugged out. I contacted ingame customer suport. (there is character\companion directory so its looked like a right thing to do ). and after pretty long time i got this response. https://yadi.sk/i/g7_V04Yc0LFykg And i really find this response very weird. There is character\companion directory at customer service... But they just said its not their problem. Ofcourse i did as i've been told. But if customer service doesnt solve character\companion issues...Why its got character\companion directory in a first place? o_O And i strongly doubt programmers solving such issues... Cause its seems just a some minor glitch in characters data. So unlikely any programming is needed. Any explanations and help will be really appreciated . Thanks for your attention.
