  1. this was already talked about in slightly greater depth in this thread http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=5824892#post5824892
  2. Are you kidding me? I would love to ride on something that could eat me at any moment! My frail sage rolling through outlaws den on a reek? That would be so kick a**
  3. I actually posted this exact suggestion in the suggestion thread. Totally think this is a great idea though! **PLUS** it would make non usuable non tradable items (ship droid customizations) have a point! I have the 2rv(?) (the imp droid I think) on my republic character >.>
  4. Then I completely agree to this! I think it would be a great idea.
  5. One think I noticed about crafting and scavenging for Materials and items, is that it takes a LOOOOOOONG time to get some things. (23 minutes for a treasure hunting missions and that was only a rank 3 mission) So I had an idea of shortening the time on them. You could sell packs of consumable "hourglasses" (or really whatever you would like to call them) that would shorten the time on crafting/gathering/mission crew skills. Either by a percentage (25% quicker crew skill actions for 1 hour or 3 hours) that would go along with the whole Major and Minor exp boost type consumables, or you could go the route of taking specified time off of a task (10/20/30 minutes off of a crew action(these would be one per action one use only)) And like the exp boost they could have a cool down of sorts so that they arent abused to raise crafting levels to max within the day. Let me know what you guys think.
  6. Umm... Im not exactly sure what youre talking about here... They arent being handed out like candy, the ones being handed out like candy are the cartel (pink-purple Orange-red and cyan-blue) thos are the ones that are being handed out like candy...
  7. This is in the cartel market suggestion forum... plus it wouldnt make sense to just add miniskirts in general in the game since well... where would you get them? From quest rewards? "Here thanks for destroying that spies outpost, have a mini skirt thats not protecting to your legs"
  8. I... dont know how to take this suggestion.... I dont really agree with it. I'm assuming this has something to do with the dancers gear and wanting something a little more conserved. But the dancers outfits are in the movies/books/comics/games... I dont remember seeing any mini skirts in any of those... but idk.
  9. One skill tree, they role that each class has effects the way you play they game, effects the way you quest and how much time you put into it. As a sage I can go into stealth and sneak past enemies to my objective. People would abuse the ability to change ACs to much. Especially since there is a warning when you choose your AC that its permanent.
  10. I dont believe a one time purchase of an armor set would earn them as much money as repeated purchases at a chance of getting part of an armor set.
  11. Huh, i didnt know that, thank you for the suggestion.
  12. I like this idea. Its basically one of the few things that keeps me going back to the fleet. (and the trainers) but I would definitely like to have one on my ship.
  13. I usually buy the older packs because those are the more rare items, like blockade runner, they have the armor sets that sell for the big money, (Basically referencing revan), the ones that arent bought are the most rare which is what gives it the novelty of having a rare item, they are rare. if you release an outfit to the cartel market (IE Revans outfit) it would basically become just like common gear.
  14. Yeah agree with above, I dont understand how you can fill up 6 quickbars. I even collect mounts and pets and I havent filled mine. I have a sage with a bunch of healing abilities, and other items that I have Hot Keyed. Plus... where would you put them? With six I'm running out of room on my screen.
  15. I completely agree with this idea, bioware could make a lot off of selling dyes (or dye making skills/crafting techniques) from people wanting to personalize their armor even more. However i think people would abuse this if the items that you dye arent bound. Buy using a dye on the item then selling it.
  16. I actually kind of like this suggestion. It would get the F2P players a taste of what the subscription players get. But I dont agree with the idea of being able to keep the purple items equipped. It would be abused to much in my opinion. But what would this do for skills though? Would they get sprint if they are under level ten? Would people just buy it so that they could get speeder piloting for the first time cheap?
  17. I would agree to this... if you are set back down to level ten and that point in the story line. Considering playing different roles is a different leveling experience all together.
  18. Whats makes an item rare if getting them isnt? The whole point of them being rare is that they are hard or there is a small chance of getting them... Thats basically the whole definition of rare.
  19. So, you want them to sell a bunch of cartel packs, then you refuse to buy them because you dont want the rare aspect of getting a rare item. Then after selling X amount of cartel packs put the rare items up for sale on the Cartel Market... making them not rare at all, probably outraging the people who did spend money trying to get the items from the packs in the first place.
  20. I agree, even if its just for that one type of item, not necessarily all. I got stuck with a ship droid customization I couldnt sell, use, trade, or even mail. Seems kind of lame I spent my money on something I literally cant do anything with besides throw away.
  21. Agree completely, we can have a gtn and a mail box, why not a mod table.
  22. Thats the whole point, I'm saying it would make a lot more sense for an animal mount to go 110% faster than yourself rather than a speeder going 110% faster. So if someone is arguing about the realistic-ness of a mount and its speed then the speeder is the one that should really be going faster.
