Welcome back You can create a new character an Assassin or Sorcerer, Once you get to level 50 that race is unlocked in legacy not account. If you want to change a different character to a twi'lek through the appearance designer it will cost 750 CC and that race will be unlocked in your legacy also .

I was able to go to my stronghold and fleet.. Limitations are you have no creds or crystals to buy upgrades if you want to use different armor or weapon(s). Also you have your disciples and crew skills chosen for you. Ex: if you chose Jedi Guardian you can't pick to be a tank or dps.
