Despite of this customization being BoE it says "You may not sell[...]" when I tried to put it on GTN. I take it it's a bug connected to the other version of this item, which is BoP and comes from a Esstran Exports vendor. Please fix it...

I must say- I know it's not easy to maintain game of this size. I also do understand that we, players, all agreed to their terms of providing gaming service, therefore we have no rights to demand anything and shouldn't even complain for that matter, since it's futile by nature, but this is about something else. This is about EA/BW commitment to the game and to keeping us. I will not cancel my subscription, because I am committed to Star Wars universe, to the story and to having fun. The same case SHOULD be visible on the other side. They should treat us like they are one of us- a gamer. Since tuesday they showed us little empathy (except for Eric, but it's of no value to me since I'm EU player and couldn't participate in "fun thread"). Why is it we need to ask in first place? Is it so hard to reach out to us and compensate our lost time and nerves?

Same here. Nothing happens even few minutes after clicking play. Logging in took about a minute too (or more). This is really getting ridiculous... xD

Unsubbed. I truly wanted to stay even with so many bugs, worst customer service I've seen in mmo's, missing items (taking them without warning), lack of quality control, making subs beta testers and so on, but this? Hahah... it seems almost like a sabotage to finish the game off. I am not even angry as the majority of people here. I'm almost thankful for consequent actions leading to destruction of swtor, because I'll spend my time better. But you know what really pisses me off? Saying officially that something will be doable (ALL h2+ with companion, so I guess this should include new SF's), then making it obviously undoable storywise (wait, what? I thought 4.0 was supposed to focus on story) AND THEN asking us to leave a feedback. It's basically telling one thing, doing the other and asking if we're fine with it. Well thank you very much and go **** yourselves dear developers. I promise not to pay for ANY BW game from now on. Suck it. :-)
