Valor lvl 90 or full augmented conq if there is lvl 90 on account (wishful thinking). Ppl are allowed to be nonfactors but entering solo rated queue a second after dinging 55 is pure madness.

I have noticed bugged force charge when there is some obstacle along the way of the jump. It doesnt have to be a big texture like wall, even small heaps and terrain irregularities tend to interrupt full lenght leap. Also dmg taken mid-air seems to cut off the leap.

I like few ideas that you stated (medpacks schematics, duelling rooms). They are wanted for a while now but they would be nice addition to the game. I love 4v4 concept but not on the existing maps. It would just turn into marathon between nodes and that would be terrible.

I haven't played it yet, but I also think that reducing gear gap was a great move. PVP should be about fun not gear. Good players still will be better then the rest because the time invested in playing increased their skill not only gear. And latter will still be better due to min/maxing, and using EWH, but the gap will not be that vast anymore. I don't believe you weren't sick of wzs, where 3/4 of the team had 14-15k hp. That meant insta gank. Bad players will still bebad, but they will last longer, which will buy some time for the good ones.

Savage kick has the same CD as Annihilation, so by your thinking Anni shouldn't be part of a rotation as well. What is more, not using the skill just because it has long CD is just bad. It will not be part of every rotation, but discarding it just because there CANNOT be more then one rotation is baaad, mkay? Thanks, I am convinced Parse logs are created on dummies. Those data is artificial and you cannot assume anything based on it, as the environment is dynamic and you cannot always follow the same path. There are not many situations where you can just pommel your opponent without being hit amirite? So the fact that you CLAIM (source?) that your opinion is right on dummy does not mean a thing in actual play.

Expertise is related to your style of play. If you like to last longer, increase it. If you run with pocket heal you should keep it at 1100-1200 and go for maximum dmg. Regarding Accuracy it is always on a scale with Surge. When you hit 100% accuracy just swap the mods in the way that the additional value you would get on a specific stat would be bigger. If getting +53 surge would give you 1.5% of additional dmg and 53 Accuracy would give you 2.5% additional chance to hit I would go for Accuracy.

You haven't indicated if you are playing pvp or pve? If pvp the above rotations are just fine, the one placing Rupture after Annihilation is limping, but oh well. In terms of PVE and I mean trash mobs PVE, which you encounter the most (including gray stars elites) I would recommend more efficient rotation (sorry if I misspell skill names, I am writing from memory and don't pay them much heed): Force Charge > Deadly Saber in flight > Savage Kick > Smash (or Roar) > Pommel Strike > Battering Assault ... and the rest as above. The thing is those abilities have very high dmg output without any cost so it's good to keep them on cooldown at all times. That is why slow on rupture is important, as Savage Kick works only on slowed or rooted targets. I think (not sure tho) that they don't apply saber ticks, but regarding trash mobs you won't have time to notice that, as they will die instantly.

I love it! I would also add: [*] "Harbinger of defense" - staying on the node (better case) or somewhere on the map, claiming that team is noob, lame and there is no point in trying with this group. Commonly met in CV, while losing 560:570. May cause attraction of similar kind.
