I don't know if this is because of the new patch but I am getting the message "You do not meet the requirements to purchase this item" when I try to purchase Mandalorian-Marked Package (Shae Vizla). I puzzled by this because one of my other characters was able to buy this before 7.1.

I'm getting "You do not meet the requirements to purchase this item" when trying to buy Shae Vizla. This is now 2022 and patch 7.1 has been released. What's more infuriating is that I was able to purchase this on another character in the same legacy.
