Hi everyone! Some of you know me as that douche bag who carries you in ranked, some of you know me as a friend, and some of you just wanna steal my girlfriend. Whatever our relationship, you are all welcome to join my improvised Community PvP Event featuring same class/same spec duels. I will personally stream/DJ/commentate and even participate in the event. I am leaving on vacation soon so we will have to do this soon, so I am setting the date and time for next Friday afternoon or evening for some, starting at 5 pm server time or for east side hoodlums such as myself that's 8 pm EST. There will be prizes, for the person I deem the best dueler as well as best of every class and possibly more. I'll confirm the details of this next week. Feel free to argue about the date and time, but it seems pretty suitable to me, and this is bsically a 1 week notice for the event which should give everyone plenty of time to be available and to sign up for. I would like there to be some organization to this event, so I would like participants to reply to the thread with what class/spec they would like to play. Use pub or imp names for your characters/specs, it doesn't matter, they are all the same and I think by now we all know the mirror name for each one. I know there have been some duelling tournaments in the outlaws den in that big pit, but personally I think we can find a better place. I'm a PvP only kind of guy who doesn't know the game that well, so if anyone has suggestions on the location (preferably easy to film if I'm not actually in the duel, pleasurable to watch, hopefully never used before for this kind of event, and obviously easy to get to for both pubs and imps). If you want to duel someone of a different class and/or spec, you must get approval from both me and the person you're duelling against. This is to ensure we have some quality duels, and aren't getting surprise/stupid match-ups at the last minute. You can also in-game e-mail me, please send them to my Vanguard so I can easily sort through it on one character Or Pacifism if you really have no pubs. as I said before we dueled, I normally crush operatives, obliterate - smash (assuming I have my 3 ticks) - vicious slash x2 since you're slowed = 13-18k damage depending if I crit the first / last 2 attacks, so you basically stuned me and ran away after those 4 GCDs, then force leap + crush + v slash + smash + v slash is like another 10-15k damage in only 4 GCDs on my scoundrel though I can do like shoot first - punch - pugnacity/throw sab charge - punch - punch - root/run out of range - dot - heal myself, that right there is like 13-18k damage, possibly more if you get all crits, plus you have control for some of it and you can go heal up after and it's like 6 GCDs would be easy to counter the above move if my deadly saber was a root, because obliterate has a big cooldown

basically I ****ed up by not getting my AOE reduction, you saw that on my stream and kept opening with orbital. once I got AOE reduction / broke your initial stun and put all my burst on you, you had to play much more defense. I wish my main spec was still carnage because that has way more burst, an extra root, a raged crit instead of as stupid 5m one (smash), etc. even anni would probably be better if I get a choke on you with 4x dots please tell your guildies to stop insulting me I highly doubt any of them could duel me as well as you did

Braxxus needs to have two computers side by side and log into swtor on both of them while pressing enter at the exact same time, thus being on his operative twice for the price of one, top dps guaranteed

To answer the questions people keep asking me : -Yes he beat me on my marauder multiple times. -No we are not on bad terms. and @ braxxus Sorry I didn't do my research on you or ever notice you much in warzones man, you are clearly a better operative than I am and hence a better dueler than me on my Marauder, you can see our sorc vs op duels here, I already archived the marauder ones away because they aren't interesting to watch, at first he used l33t tactics to beat me before I even hit him, then I started to break and put pressure but he'd always manage to stun me and heal up, over all he is one of the best ops I've ever dueled and he has an offer to join my ranked team anytime, also I hear ireland is almost as beautiful as my country of Canada so hats off to you mr. beau paysage as we say in French.
